Tem gente que chama isso de ser o próprio público ou escrever o que gostaria de encontrar por aí.Às vezes eu falo aqui no Boa Noite Internet que você não é o seu crachá, que o trabalho não é o trabalho, que é preciso prestar atenção nas coisas. Parece que estou dando um conselho para você, mas estou falando em voz alta uma coisa que eu já aprendi ou deveria ter aprendido.Uma dessas coisas eu sei há muito tempo. Já vi que funciona, já vi que faz bem, mas vivo esquecendo. A gente tenta dar forma ao caos e aquilo começa a se parecer com palavras e ideias, mas muitas vezes são apenas ruminações, histórias tentando fazer algum sentido dentro da cabeça.Sair da cabeça é colocar em palavras de verdade o que estou sentindo. Olhar de perto, virar, cheirar, examinar, virar do avesso.Um jeito de sair da cabeça é sentar com alguém e conversar, uma coisa que a humanidade provavelmente faz há milhões de anos.Uma vez, antes da pandemia — tempos mais simples —, fui almoçar com um amigo que não via há algum tempo. Ele fez a famosa pergunta: “Como estão as coisas? Como está o trabalho?”Comecei a reclamar do meu chefe, do chefe dele, da equipe de vendas e do RH. Enquanto falava, comecei a entender o que estava acontecendo e o que eu sentia.Depois de uns 45 minutos, agradeci ao meu amigo. Agora que eu tinha colocado tudo para fora, as coisas nem pareciam tão horríveis. O trabalho continuava com todos os seus problemas, mas era só um dia como outro qualquer.Ele não tinha falado praticamente nada. Só tinha me escutado.Quando não dá para conversar com alguém, ou o assunto ainda não está organizado o bastante para uma conversa, dá para escrever. E não estou falando em transformar a vida num podcast. É só escrever.Às vezes acordo de madrugada com alguma coisa fazendo barulho na minha cabeça. Esta semana mesmo aconteceu. Sentei, peguei o computador, coloquei no colo e escrevi. Tirei aqueles pensamentos da cabeça, olhei para eles e consegui voltar a dormir.Resolvi o problema? Não. Mas, às quatro da manhã, a única coisa que eu podia fazer era colocar os pensamentos para fora, examiná-los e voltar a dormir para resolver o problema de verdade no dia seguinte.Às quatro da manhã, eu precisava sair da minha cabeça, não montar um plano de ação nem pensar em estratégia.Se eu fosse blogueirinho de verdade, aproveitaria para vender um supercaderno personalizado, com capa de couro, divisórias e etiquetas. Mas não precisa de nada disso. Sair da cabeça é de graça. Dá para fazer isso numa folha de papel, no computador ou no bloco de notas do telefone.Lembra do antigo meme do Twitter, “Pronto, falei”? É mais ou menos isso. Colocar para fora e olhar para o que foi dito.Ficar conversando dentro da própria cabeça não conta. Eu já tive todas as conversas possíveis dentro da minha, mapeei todas as reações e pensei em todas as respostas. Isso não é sair da cabeça. É ansiedade.É como virar o Doutor Estranho com a Pedra do Infinito do desgraçamento mental, examinando 14 bilhões de maneiras de uma conversa terminar.De certa forma, é o que faço aqui. Tenho um problema, penso nele, começo a escrever e, durante o processo, entendo um pouco melhor o que sinto, o problema e o mundo.Às vezes tenho a impressão de que a gente perdeu esse hábito. A gente precisa ter certezas num mundo feito de opiniões. Conversa virou uma coisa que precisa ser vencida. “Olha aqui o que eu acabei de falar. Não há mais nada a dizer.” Pode lacrar a conversa porque ela acabou.Então escreva só para você. Ninguém precisa ler e não é preciso publicar. Eu não sei, sinto, acho, penso e escrevo. O sentimento e o pensamento saem da minha cabeça e voltam para o mundo.É isso que faço aqui. Não para você.
