Can you accept splitting bills with your spouse? 你能接受和你的另一半AA账单吗?She has split up with her boyfriend. 她和男朋友分手了。获取节目完整音频、笔记和片尾的歌曲名,请关注微信公众号「早安英文」,回复“笔记”即可。更多有意思的英语干货等着你!

With the teams attending Worlds almost fully determined, the Power Spike boys discuss their expectations for this year's World Championship and the size of the gulf between the West and China/Korea. Oscarinin will have surgery on his hand, which means that Fnatic will field Wunder as a surprise substitute for the remainder of the LEC Season Finals, but is this fair to the other teams competing? Excel displayed strength in the Summer Split and faltered in their attempt at Worlds qualification, and Monte, Dom, and dgon are here to explain why they fell short.
00:00:00 Intro 00:20:40 good guy tim has been impressed with FBI 00:33:00 mikey asks treatz if it's fair for costreamers to dump on LCS level of play 00:44:20 Alienware break! 00:47:20 King of Vocal Fry's take: TL series proved Unforgiven was so overrated and did not deserve to be all pro 00:56:15 Dave's take: costreaming negativity comes from spectator perspective 01:04:38 fist's take: TL v GG proved that Summit is a liability 01:14:28 ricky's take: GG is better than every possible EU 4th seed outside of maybe G2 01:28:46 Ligit0r's take: C9 is about to get their third LCS Championship in a row. 01:37:43 Murderino's take: TL has proven themselves this Summer 01:45:40 RubySea's take: there should be 3 LCS teams leaving after this season 01:57:43 Outro
With the end of the LEC's Summer Split and the upcoming Season Finals, Thorin and Monte dive into whether this year's new format has been a success and the changes that need to be made before 2024. The LCK off-season looks insane this year, with players such as Kiin, Canyon, Showmaker, Chovy, and many more stars with their contracts expiring. What super team rosters will be possible to assemble next year in Korea. The LPL playoffs have reached the finals and JDG looks like a lock to win, but the races in LCS and LCK are not so sure and merit in-depth discussion. Faker is back and T1 already looks better, but formidable opponents stand in his way, including a revitalized HLE with their new jungler Grizzly.

Groups have started in Europe with some big upsets, including Fnatic falling to SK and XL upending the MAD Lions. These results and more LEC matches form the core of the discussion for this episode, alongside some choice criticism from Dom for FlyQuest's messaging around their starting roster. Dgon helps Monte craft his "Kiin Campaign" for LCK MVP, as some voters may be swayed by Peyz's fraudulent credentials. JDG and G2 seem like locks to win their respective regions as we race toward the conclusion of the Summer Split, but which teams in LPL and LEC might be able to pull off the upset?

Hello & Welcome back Dive Fans for the start of the Summer Split! Following the pause on the start of the split, Azael, Mark & Kobe kick back on the Lounge to review week 1 and the big takeaways as the LCS moves to an expediated Summer split of only superweeks! They recorded the episode quickly after Game 5 on Friday, so we'll beg forgiveness for any loopiness. The gang weighs in on the FLY & EG trades, how surprising IMT's first week has been & whether they think Team Liquid Honda's run is the truth. Was Mark right all along about 100 Thieves? Power Spike is BACK for the Summer Split and they're kicking off with way-too-early predictions for the winners of each of the major regions in League of Legends: LEC, LCS, LCK, and LPL! The guys discuss the disappointing start of LCS and the league's low viewership and conclude their thoughts on the player walk-out. Three teams in the major regions are currently winless: DRX, FlyQuest, and XL, but which of these is the most on fire? Finally, they rank how fraudulent Heretics and Team Liquid are despite their undefeated records.

At the end of May, the LCSPA (League Championship Series Players' Association) overwhelmingly voted to walk out on the eve of Summer Split for the LCS. While this may not mean much to the regular viewer, fans of League of Legends eSports knew one thing: this was something unprecedented not only in League of Legends, but eSports worldwide. We talk about what the Players' Association demanded from Riot and its Orgs, and how this can change the landscape of competitive gaming in the future. *This episode was recorded prior to Riot and LCSPA reaching an agreement on resuming play for Summer Split. Richard "RichsWrath" Wells joins the show to discuss the ongoing walk-out saga from the LCS Players' Association and the current financial realities of player salaries within the League of Legends ecosystem. They dive into Doublelift's on-stream responses to the player walkout and his potential sabotage of the collective negotiating efforts. Other topics of discussion include Sjokz's surprise announcement that she'll be taking a break from the LEC broadcast for the Summer Split, the staleness of the meta as LPL kicks off once more, and the ethics of being a scab player for LCS teams.
00:00:00 Intro00:24:33 RogersGalaxy's take: LCSPA Phil needs to be fired00:41:43 Ika's take: Phil's asks were poorly communicated and not reasonable01:09:05 Zemelci's take: it would be in the self interest of LEC players to walkout in solidarity with the LCS because if this walkout fails then it signs a death warrant for the negotiating power for both regions01:26:45 bang's take: LCS should buy back TSMs spot and use it for Valorant Style relegation01:36:22 squizzomatic's take: DL is an embarassment to the LCS and should not be welcome in the league anymore01:59:50 fez's take: letting T2 be its own thing is the best thing that could happen to NA, LCSPA demands are the worst for this02:14:05 Outro
Riot has eliminated the requirement for the North American LCS teams to field amateur rosters, which left many questioning the future development of talent in the region. LCS Players' Association leader Phillip Aram joins the horsemen to discuss the group's demands to Riot and the possibility of a player walk-out at the start of the Summer Split. The discussion focuses on Riot's lies to the LCSPA about their commitment to the academy system, the best ways to support rising professional talent, and the ramifications for the future of League of Legends esports.
Evil Geniuses' star League of Legends player Kyle "Danny" Sakamaki suffered severe stress and an inability to continue playing during EG's playoff run in the LCS in Summer Split and Worlds 2022. New reporting by Richard Lewis and Thorin reveals systemic neglect by CEO Nicole LaPointe Jameson and other members of EG's upper management. Guest horseman Richard "RichsWrath" Wells, League of Legends professional player agent, joins the show to discuss in detail the background behind Danny's troubled time with the team and his suspicious announcement about joining EG's "Creator Collective" as a streamer moving forward.

A miraculous thing happened this weekend: 100 Thieves dropped a game to FlyQuest and for once nobody gave a sermon preaching about why this means the team is a fraud. That means Jordan and Cole have less work to do on this end of regular season edition of 100Talk. The dads follow the thread of what we learned through 100T's super week games and how the Thieves have learned to have a plan after getting punched in the mouth. They talk draft diffing quality opponents and debate which of the Thieves get All-LCS nods. And in light of the recent white-hot success of the org's esports, discuss the winning culture that has been built at the CashApp Compound. Don't forget - the dads always have time for their children, so listener takes and questions abound. Now all of the regional playoffs are complete, we know our full field for the 2022 Mid-Season Invitational.
