Once you figure out how to consistently break that pattern, you find success. We have to keep pushing and working to break that pattern every single day. Week. Month. Year. Most people are getting more laxed. Gaining a little more weight. Slow down their work ethic. Watch the same TV shows. Eating the same food. And next thing you know, they wake up at 50, are fat, and unsuccessful. Educate yourself with books. Listen to podcasts. Work on something different. Work out a little harder every single day. All the little things add up. Do them.
