Happy Winter Solstice! The Solstice is a beautiful time to acknowledge the quieting and stillness nature is embracing. As we are reflections of nature, this time can be profound in slowing down, listening to the heart, and grounding. In this solo episode of the Alchemized Glory Podcast, I am discussing Raising the Vibration, through updating our self-concepts and reviewing the soul contracts that are currently guiding our lives. The Winter Solstice is a season of harnessing our internal spiritual light and planting seeds for the energetic new year in the spring. The book, Your Soul's Plan: Discovering the Real Meaning of the Life You Planned Before You Were Born by Robert Schwartz, prompted me to sit in meditation to explore the idea that we as souls having a human experience have the ability to look at the different plans for our life and update our self-concepts as we gather more information and experience. This idea was confirmed in the article below and truly resonated with how I update goals and the trajectory of life. In this episode, I discuss the idea of a soul plan and how by raising our vibration through self-introspection, meditation, yoga, and awareness, we can shift the trajectory of the plan for our life by tuning to our higher wisdom and be in direct communion with our intuition. I read from this article, https://yoursoulsplan.com/a-way-to-better-understand-vibration-and-potential-life-plans/ during the episode.'Raising The Vibration' will be an evolving series and will unfold in real-time as we co-create the space together. In this solo episode of the Alchemized Glory Podcast, I am discussing Raising the Vibration, through the Liminal Space - the in-between space of becoming. The liminal space reminds us of the seeds we've planted and the faith, grace, and patience needed to bring forth and actualize what we desire. When we choose ourselves, to do the work to come back to our true essence and nature, there's often this liminal space that we experience. Through this space is where the fine-tuning, refinements, growth, and expansion live. 'Raising The Vibration' will be an evolving series and will unfold in real-time as we co-create the space together. Share this episode with some you think would resonate with this message. In this episode, I am discussing energetic hygiene practices and tools that continue to support me in clarifying and calling my energy back. During the last few days and weeks of the linear year, there is so much activity. Whether it is at work and the responsibilities to be closed out before year-end, your own personal projects, or gatherings, there can be a lot happening around us that can drain our energy and leave us feeling depleted. I've created this episode with the intention to share the mirroring techniques I have held up to my energy and to fully embody slowing down, reflecting, and envisioning what is ahead in the new year. ⠀Resources:Energetic Boundaries by Cyndi Dale: https://amzn.to/31LxDPv⠀Creative Visualization Meditation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyPvfDV1Z-sShare this episode with some you think would resonate with this message. On this week's episode of #AlchemizedGlory, I am discussing an introduction to Shadow Work. For those who are unfamiliar with the term, the shadow self is defined as the part of ourselves that we fail to see or know. In Owning Your Shadow, our shadow is described as the process of culturally sorting out characteristics that are acceptable to our society and culture and those parts of ourselves that are not accepted and have to be put away. The “refused and unacceptable characteristics do not go away” but they collect in the dark corners of our personality or the shadow. The parts of ourselves that are parts of our shadow are repressed, denied parts of Being waiting to be integrated into our consciousness and shown light. Shadow Work is liberating work is truly freeing and liberating work - at the end of the day it is work and we are rewiring how to operate in our individual lives. This work not only allows us to heal but to transcend and illuminate asour brightest and truest selves!Resources:Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza: https://amzn.to/3FntTCsThe Tapping Solution (Emotional Freedom Tapping) : https://amzn.to/3kOFSkOOwing Your Own Shadow:https://amzn.to/3qObZofShare this episode with some you think would resonate with this message. This week on the #NoVisuals Podcast, we are discussing the ideas on perception and perspective. As we become fully integrated beings seeking an elevated being and ascension, it will become increasingly important to understand the perception and perspective. Through this lens, we are able to view the world and worldview clearly. Getting to know ourselves through the practice of embodiment is a way that we can combat disillusionment politics and the falsehood driven by manipulative perception.IG: NoVisualsPodcastFB: No Visuals PodcastShanique's IG/Twitter: shathealchemist
