Rape episode, controversial as it is, touchy as I may be for some, this is the nature of the human species. Rape exists in all cultures across all times, and men (not boys) in society (not in prisons) are not at any real risk of being raped, but women are. This has evolved a gender difference in behavior due to the need for a sense of safety particularly because only women get pregnant. Ujjayi relaxation and oxygen transfer. All pranayama done with ujjayi breathing and this stimulates your vagus nerve. Then distend your lower belly and diaphragm breathing and use your pelvic floor to rejuvinate your spinal fluid. Now you can remove the inertia of your actions in your spinal fluid reflexes. Discipline in all things. Train your inner voice. Your inner voice learns as a child through parents' coercion and how you were talked to. You model your parents and re-present how you were treated, which is how they were treated. Projective identification formed by externalizations and evaluations of what’s happened to you, life experience. Arguing over god is arguing over mental concepts of divinity. Projected identity begins when you are separated from the whole - when you were born you were given a name you didn’t choose, not your design. Think about how different your life might have been with a different name.
