This helps regulate your body's clock and can help you fall asleep and stay asleep.Create a relaxing bedtime routine: Take a warm bath, read a book, or do some gentle stretching to help your body and mind relax and wind down before bed.Limit screen time before bed: The blue light emitted by electronic devices can disrupt your body's production of the sleep hormone melatonin. Try to avoid using electronic devices for at least an hour before bed.Make sure your sleeping environment is comfortable: Use comfortable pillows and bedding, keep the room cool and dark, and remove any distractions (such as electronic devices or noisy objects).Try meditation or deep breathing: Try Yoga Nidra Meditation. Meditation and deep breathing exercises can help calm your mind and reduce stress, making it easier to fall asleep.
