It fell into place as the topic to write about as she realized she could entertain people with her personal stories of the challenges of running and also encourage them to run. The book became an instant success in running groups.  Dana's experience with her book has been a fun and rewarding experience, having appeared on TV, traveled the country and met other people in the fitness/encouragement world. She had also received messages from people telling her of their own personal journeys which she found very inspiring.  Read more and download the transcript: Dana Ayers on The Author Incubator

But through meditation, she was able to envision her book completed even before she began writing and that was how it started.  Her topic for the book concerns relationships. She was able to pick one she liked by narrowing down a list of emotions that would arise in relationships. She settled for something that many of her clients find themselves in and where she herself had been in. "As soon as I created that personal connection, the creativity flowed," she admitted.  Finishing the book was a real accomplishment for Jackie because she had attempted to write at least 70 books in the past but failed to get any of them off the ground. Now she believes that if a goal (like writing a book) doesn't have a calendar date, it won't get done.  Read more and download the transcript: Jackie Viramontez on The Author Incubator
