NASCAR is headed to Phoenix for the championship finale but before that happens, Steve Letarte and the guys react to all the craziness that happened last weekend at Martinsville. Joey Logano, Tyler Reddick, Ryan Blaney and William Byron are racing for a championship, but that doesn't mean they are the four favorites according to the Professor. His model only has Blaney and Byron in Tier 1. The other drivers at the top are Christopher Bell, Kyle Larson and Denny Hamlin. While Bell isn't racing for a championship the guys think he is the odds-on favorite to win.Reddick is the lowest driver of the Championship 4 contenders, sitting in Tier 3. Logano sits in Tier 2 but having two weeks to gameplan for this race could help him. However, Tampa Timms has his eyes on Logano and Reddick top-5 bet. The guys then guess what Vegas has for average finishing position for: Harrison Burton, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Daniel Suarez, Bubba Wallace, and Austin Cindric. The best bet on the board is a two-way bet. Bet Bubba top-10 at +250 and over average finishing position of 14.5.The guys also handicap the champ 4 for Xfinity and trucks. And, last but not least in the Degenerate 4 Pack this week is: Texas team total over 29.5 vs Florida Indiana -6.5 vs Michigan Eagles -6.5 vs Cowboys Lions -3.5 vs Texans For more content head to our YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@DirtyMoDough

NASCAR is headed back to Daytona this weekend for the second to last race in the regular season. Steve Letarte breaks down the strategy with team's fuel saving. With the Playoffs not far away, Tampa Timms thinks we could have a chaotic race.We saw chaos at Michigan going airborne. Letarte talks about the changes NASCAR is making with the lift-off speed to try and prevent that from happening. The Professor has a colorful model this week. At the top are: Ryan Blaney, Chase Elliott, Christopher Bell, Tyler Reddick, Chris Buescher, and William Byron. There are some Ford drivers at the top of the predictor. But there are a couple that are missing. Joey Logano is the betting favorite. But, only two top-10s in the last 10 races have him in tier 2. Another big name the Professor isn't big on is Brad Keselowski who has 11 DNFs in the last 15 races at Daytona. Kyle Larson is 19-1 to win, but there is one problem. He's never finished in the top-5 at Daytona. If you're looking for a long shot, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Todd Gilliland are two good options. Tampa Timms has one simple rule for betting top-10s this week. “It must be plus money." For the first time all year, there are top-20 bets. The guys have a full breakdown of drivers worth betting on from William Byron to Cody Ware. The guys also chat about drivers that you could see lead a lap.Tampa Timms is normally not a fan of stacking bets, but Letarte has an idea for him betting top Toyota.Plus, the guys quickly preview the Xfinity series and why this is the week Sheldon Creed will finally get his win. Denny Hamlin is back in studio after a 24th-place finish in Iowa. Denny discusses what happened with his car and why the No. 11 team missed the setup. Even still, Denny looked to have a chance to finish in the top 10 until he got caught up in an accident with Kyle Larson. Before this weekend's race, many were critical of the partial repave at Iowa Speedway. Denny explains why the track performed better than people expected. While the repave worked, Denny still has a request for Goodyear.Denny breaks down his POV from the driver's seat, including the unintentional contact with Larson. Denny and cohost Jared Allen discuss how Ricky Stenhouse Jr's strategy paid off, helping him get a top-five finish. Did NASCAR get it right with the Daniel Hemric caution call? The guys also talk about how Larson had the fastest car, but his day was finished when Daniel Suarez caused him to wreck. Meanwhile, the Fords had a quiet start to the season but they have found speed the last couple weeks as evidenced by Ryan Blaney and Austin Cindric's wins. Does that make Joey Logano the most dangerous driver on the cut line?Denny has had back-to-back bad weeks, but he isn't worried about how things are going. In their off-track discussion, Denny and Jared wonder if Sam Mayer should be one of the drivers considered for a Cup car next year.
