In Dinner for Shoes episode 49, Sweetheart Roll + Bridal Goals, host Sarah Wasilak discusses her favorite 2025 wedding dress trends following New York Bridal Fashion Week. She talks to Special Guest Nicole Wegman, founder of Ring Concierge, about engagement rings and bridal jewelry becoming increasingly popular and expected to remain prominent bestsellers for the brand. Nicole's go-to meal is sushi, so Sarah opts for a sweetheart roll (how romantic?) from Avocado Sushi in Hoboken, NJ, which she can only eat once she retrieves the missing chopstick back from the always-mischievous Kit the Kitten.
