Jerry's update features sound of the Dolphins not really beating the Jets—the Jets did it for them. From turnovers to penalties, Gang Green's self-destruction was the surest play of the night.
AJ Brown dropped a cryptic Bible verse while Jets fans fumed over turnovers and flags—Boomer says the Bengals are somehow worse. Yanks–Sox looms as Gio doubts Alonso's Mets future, and Aaron Glenn keeps preaching confidence at 0-4 with Breece Hall in his corner. The hour ended with fans debating what hurts more: the Jets' misery or Rodgers' success—before C-Lo jumped in fiery to defend his name.
Steve Somers' memoir is out. Then callers torched the Jets' tackling effort, saying it looks like they don't care—Boomer pushed back, but the losing culture still hangs over Gang Green. Mix in Yankees chatter, OBJ speculation, and Jerry's postgame sound, and it was another hour of New York sports angst.
The Jets hit rock bottom at 0-4 with fumbles, flags, and Cam Ward's blunt “we ass,” while Aaron Glenn keeps preaching discipline nobody sees. Boomer insists the Bengals are worse, but callers shredded Gang Green's effort and wondered why he was rocking a Yankees jersey. The Yanks–Sox rivalry loomed, Pete Alonso's future looked shaky, and David Stearns wore the blame for a failed deadline. AJ Brown posted cryptic Bible verses, C-Lo called in fiery to defend his name, and by the final hour we had Brandon Tierney “abhorring football,” Irvin ripping the clock, and Gio golfing to Slipknot. Pure New York chaos from start to finish.
Jerry came back with the grim soundtrack of another Jets flop, spotlighting vets who've lived through every loss while Glenn skipped calling in old allies to fix the mess. Over in Broncos-Bengals, Troy Aikman ripped the flag-fest, and Ben Johnson cringed at his sideline spat making the wrong kind of highlight reel.
AJ Brown fired off a Bible verse that hinted at frustration despite the Eagles' 4-0 start, while the Jets kept piling up penalties and turnovers in another ugly chapter. Callers weren't buying excuses—Gang Green's mistakes are the only thing they're consistent at.
Keith comes on the air after the Jets 27-21 loss to the Dolphins on Monday night to give his comments on Gang Green's latest failure.
Jon & Al are joined by Heiko from Gang Green Germany, owner of the best Jet-Cave this side of the Atlantic. Heiko talks about looking forward to his first trip to London, the formation and growth of Gang Green in Germany, as well as football in general. There is also an update on the antics of Happy Dave and the guys talk about the amazing play of Will McDonald at Tampa in week 3.

The conversation is primed to be "fiery," with Richardson sharing his perspective on the team's struggles, the coaching decisions, and what it takes to build a winning culture from the ground up.

Sal is fired up about the New York Jets signing Garrett Wilson to a four-year, $130 million contract extension. He sees it as a brilliant move by the Jets' new leadership, eliminating a potential future problem and securing a key offensive weapon they truly believe in. Despite Wilson's past frustrations and inconsistent quarterback play, Sal is optimistic, believing this commitment shows a "clue within the organization" and a newfound stability. He asserts that Wilson, still in his prime, will exceed the expectations of this massive deal, especially with Justin Fields now at quarterback, and it's a positive sign that a drafted star wants to remain a Jet, breaking a pattern of past first-round picks wanting out.
Subscribe to Blue White Illustrated on YouTube: https://bit.ly/3KzEcqKCheck out the site too! - https://bit.ly/3u8dilDNormally, Tuesdays on the BWI Live show are reserved primarily for discussions about the current Penn State football team, while the Thursday show focuses on recruiting. However, the Nittany Lions lost four top recruiting targets between Wednesday and Friday of last week. This recruiting news sparked a frenzy of panic among Penn State fans to the point that even reporter Nate Bauer wrote about it on Friday. So, today, we'll discuss the bigger implications of Penn State's loss of Khary Adams, Joey O'Brien, Greyson McKeogh, and Luke Wafle to its top rivals. We'll discuss the emotional impact, the logical next steps, and what the big picture means for the team's ability to compete at the highest levels of the sport, given the influence of NIL on recruiting. Join the show today at 10 a.m. on YouTube to discuss this, plus the latest roster update from the team and your questions! We'll be opening the live chat for discussion from fans throughout the show. Gang Green sets in for Penn State recruitingThree of the four players mentioned earlier all chose Notre Dame over Penn State. Meanwhile, Wafle chose USC over Ohio State in a bidding war that reportedly eclipsed 2 million dollars in NIL money. We'll address each individual recruiting situation and then consider them as part of a larger picture. Can Penn State's current model of retention withstand the new economy of recruiting? Will the program be cut off from top talent each cycle? Bauer and recruiting reporter Sean Fitz will dive deep into the topic to give Penn State fans a much-needed perspective on the topic. Penn State roster update and long-term weight changes In team-specific news, Penn State released its latest roster update, with Jabree Coleman joining the program this week. With it came updated weights for the program's athletes. We've tracked the progress of each player since January, and today, we'll reveal the biggest weight gainers and losers this offseason. What context should fans take from this? We'll discuss players who are transforming their bodies and which players may be falling behind for one reason or another. Nickel corner battle hinges on fall camp We also talked to Penn State defensive coordinator Jim Knowles this month. What did he say about his defense, and what he expects from the team this year? Bauer spoke to Knowles in an exclusive one-on-one interview recently, and he'll preview that conversation on today's show. In a separate conversation, Knowles discussed his nickel position in depth with BWI. We'll discuss the big takeaways from that conversation and what they mean for the team's defense this fall. Finally, despite the earlier recruiting focus on the show, there's more recruiting news to discuss this week. We'll wrap up the show with Fitz's recruiting update, discussing the news from this past weekend and the decisions looming on the horizon for the Penn State Class of 2026. #PennState #NittanyLions JOIN Blue White Illustrated: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/join/?plan=annualSUBSCRIBE to Blue White Illustrated on YouTube and enable alerts - new highlights and videos uploaded regularly: https://www.youtube.com/c/bluewhiteillustratedvideo?sub_confirmationBookmark our homepage: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/Subscribe to BWI Magazine and Newsletters: https://bluewhiteonline.com Like us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BlueWhiteIllustrated/Follow us on Twitter https://twitter.com/PennStateOn3Penn State Recruiting Takes a Hit + Roster Update and Weight Changes
