Join America's Roundtable (https://americasrt.com/) radio co-hosts Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy with John Catsimatidis, one of America's top entrepreneurs and a tireless advocate advancing pro-growth policies. Catsimatidis is the owner and CEO of the Red Apple Group, a conglomerate that owns and operates assets in the energy, real estate, finance, insurance, and supermarket industries. John Catsimatidis is also the author of The Wall Street Journal and Publishers Weekly Bestseller — "How Far Do You Want to Go?: Lessons from a Common-Sense Billionaire." In March 2020, John Catsimatidis's Red Apple Media Inc., a subsidiary of Red Apple Group, Inc. completed the acquisition of Talk Radio 77 WABC, an iconic New York City radio station. The conversation focuses on Catsimatidis's recent meeting with President-elect Donald J. Trump in Mar-a-Lago, his conversation with Steve Forbes on the urgency of tax cuts in America, and his thoughts on economic issues impacting American families and the need for immigration reform. John Catsimatidis shares his concerns about the challenges faced in key cities across America including New York City and how ill-advised policies have led people to leave one of America's greatest cities. The trend of a mass exodus of citizens and businesses leaving states that are pushing failed economic and far-left policies can been seen in other states including California, known as the "Golden State." AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act Business and community leaders have been advocating for AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act. John Catsimatidis elevates this concern which is a national security issue. Unfortunately, the legislative measure was not included in the final major legislation of the 118th Congress - the Continuing Resolution. First responders, state and community leaders have emphasized AM radio's critical role in addressing emergencies. americasrt.com (https://americasrt.com/) https://ileaderssummit.org/ | https://jerusalemleaderssummit.com/ America's Roundtable on Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/americas-roundtable/id1518878472 X: @JCats2013 @ileaderssummit @NatashaSrdoc @JoelAnandUSA @supertalk America's Roundtable is co-hosted by Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy, co-founders of International Leaders Summit and the Jerusalem Leaders Summit. Bio | John Catsimatidis Billionaire entrepreneur John Catsimatidis, owner and CEO of the Red Apple Group, reveals how his instincts and common sense have propelled him to massive business success in this detailed account of an incredible rags-to-riches story. Born on the small Greek island of Nisyros, John Catsimatidis immigrated to the States with his family and quickly became a true New Yorker, raised in Harlem. He went to school by day and worked in a small grocery store by night to help his parents pay the bills until, just eight credits short of graduating from New York University, he opted to work in the grocery business full-time. Today, that grocery business has become the Red Apple Group, a conglomerate with interests in energy, real estate, aviation, baseball, entertainment, and media, including the iconic radio station WABC, where John hosts leading figures in government, politics, business, and economics. As Catsimatidis has discovered, the American Dream doesn't come with an instruction manual—or even a sign to let you know when you've arrived at the finish line. How Far Do You Want to Go? tells Catsimatidis's dynamic story, from his beginnings in the grocery business to entering the political arena, including a New York City mayoral campaign. He's tried his hand at nearly everything, but he's far from finished with his adventures. Now, he offers readers a glimpse into the wisdom he's gained—and the excitement he has for what the future holds in store. In his own words, John Catsimatidis shares with our engaged listeners how his instincts and common sense propelled him to massive business success in this detailed account of an incredible rags-to-riches story. John Catsimatidis went from rags to riches to become the CEO of the Red Apple Group where he began his meteoric rise to billionaire status as the founder of the Gristedes supermarket chain in New York City. He started as a child immigrant from very modest beginnings were he had to learn English and where he took one small grocery store and turned it into a sprawling empire. He has gone on to be wildly successful in other industries including real estate, energy, sports and media as the owner of WABC Radio in NYC. His book is How Far Do You Want To Go: Lessons from a Common-Sense Billionaire. If you ever dreamed of hitting the Lotto, dream on...or learn the blueprint from this book on how to get to the top...the very top. Topics we cover in this interview include: What was life like growing up in West Harlem? What inspired you to write a book and what are the main takeaways you wish for our audience to learn from reading it? What do you believe are your secrets or not so secret principles that have enabled you to build not only a successful business empire but a successful personal life as well? What is your idea of common sense that you allude to in the subtitle of your book? There is an incredible quote in your book that was your public school's slogan: Never let it rest until our good gets better and our better gets best. What does that mean to you and how have you applied this lesson? In the book, you say that you were insecure in public school. Insecure that you weren't smart enough. Insecure that your English was not good enough. Insecure that the other kids had more and knew more. Insecure that you did not belong. How did you cope with that at 5 years old & how did you overcome this? What role does collaborating with others play in your life and do you have a prime example that comes to mind of a particularly mutually successful collaboration? Can you tell us what is the sink or swim theory you learned from your cousin in Greece?

What You Need to Know is Biden has betrayed our national principles. Joe Biden and the radical left are so desperate to stoke and get involved in corrupt foreign wars, they're pulling out weapons we have banned to send them overseas. Trump's critics said he was unpredictable and might do anything to protect the country, but now we're seeing Biden's willing to do anything against even humanitarian or even our national interests to advance the foreign war machine. Mike Davis, founder of the Article 3 Project, discusses several legal issues related to former President Trump. Primarily, Trump's lawyers have filed motions to delay his trials, citing the common occurrence of cases dragging out for extended periods and speculating on the judge's potential ruling and the practicality of setting a trial date for next year. Mike emphasizes that these indictments are part of a larger pattern of "lawfare" by Democrats. John Catsimatidis, businessman and entrepreneur, emphasizes the significance of hard work and determination in attaining success. His book, How Far Do You Want to Go? Lessons from a Common-Sense Billionaire, delves into these principles and offers inspiration for readers seeking professional growth. He encourages us to persevere and overcome cultural and political biases. Catsimatidis believes in the exceptional nature of America and the opportunities it provides for those willing to take risks. Mike shares how he was happy to be wrong about the Trump CNN town hall. It was victorious for former President Trump. CNN's Kaitlan Collins moderated the town hall and her performance was not great. However, Mike says we should at least give CNN credit for bringing Trump on to the network. The Left absolutely freaked out over the town hall. You have to hear CNN's Jake Tapper who almost cried and AOC whining about how shameful it was. Kaitlan Collins opened the town hall by asking Trump about the 2020 election. Then, her colleague asked a focus group member afterwards about Trump bringing up the 2020 election too much and got owned. The voter said that Trump was asked first about the 2020 election so what do they expect him to do. The truth is that they just don't like his view of what happened in the 2020 presidential election. It was an epic night for Trump. What does this mean for Team DeSantis or for the other Republican presidential hopefuls?
