Welcome back to the Magician On Duty Journey Series! On this edition we welcome Kamisshake (@kamisshake1) Kamisshake, affectionately known as Kami, is a self-confessed aficionado of all things nocturnal. His love affair with the night began the moment he first set foot in a club, a passion that has profoundly shaped his life and career. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant energy of parties, the eclectic mix of colorful characters, and the endless stream of music, Kami has crafted a unique sound that resonates deeply with audiences worldwide. Originally hailing from Iran, Kami's insatiable thirst for electronic music led him to the record stores of Soho, where he immersed himself in the beats that would define his style. In 2003, he exploded onto the European house scene with his remix of Kelis' "Milkshake," a track that received rave reviews from global platforms including BBC RADIO1 and numerous international festivals. This breakout success gave birth to the alias ‘Kamisshake,' under which he has continued to enchant listeners with his hypnotic, sexy global beats. Kamisshake's DJ sets are a fixture in clubs across the globe, with regular performances in Thailand, Uruguay, Brazil, Spain, France, Italy, and beyond. His impressive discography boasts a plethora of productions and remixes for major labels such as Mark Knight's Toolroom and Deep Dish's Yoshitoshi and Shinichi. Kami's talent and dedication have earned him residencies at some of the world's most prestigious clubs. He was a resident at 'Fiction' in London's beloved The Cross (R.I.P), the legendary DTPM at Fabric London, and the iconic AZULI party at Space Ibiza. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did! Fire Houses have a long history of activity, from former co-workers, tragically lost lives who remained behind, those lost in the line of duty, neighborhood dwellers curious to be around the living. Ask anyone who spends time in a firehouse and I am sure stories arise. It may be cold here in London, but this mix is guaranteed to warm your cockles! I have been going in a new direction with my main floor sound and it's been going down a storm! My sets are now tougher progressive electro with touches of tech and trance chucked in for good measure. They are noisier and definitely in-ya-face! This mix features the biggest tracks from my sets in 2012. Lots of new pages on my website including the brand new MEMBERS AREA which is FREE to subscribe to and gives you access to all the hidden content of the site such as discounts, guestlist and for the first time, I have uploaded a heap of my personal bootlegs and remixes that I have been playing in my sets over the years for you to download. Seeing as the last GellerCast was all about the afterhours. I thought it would be fun to go the complete oposite. This mix is a mixture of old and new, camp or crazy. However It's called mix it up for a reason. This is my signature chunky sound recorded live last Saturday Morning at BODYSHAKERS at Barcode London. With an awesome crowd to feed off, I was in my element remixing on the fly by layering tracks, samples and acapellas on 4 decks to keep the crowd not quite knowing whats coming next. Check out my facebook page for a video of mt playing the decks above my head! www.facebook.com/StevenGellerDJ As always, thank you so much for all your messages and support. See you on the dancefloor! Steven ;) www.stevengeller.com

This mix begins at the end of the closing set...for some it's time for bed....for others the afterhours begins! Tougher beats, less vocals...but still pumping... (apologies if Itunes has already downloaded this mix under a different name...I decided to change the name and was not given the option to delete previous one) ;)

A new season and a new podcast from myself! Generally House podcasts are usually about 'The next big hit' but this time, i've decided to take a different perspective and return to some of the old classics we've all heard over the past few years. These tracks have not only been massive hits in the London clubs, but each track also shares a special significance to a memory or event I'm sure we've all experienced while being in this fantastic city! Hence, this mix (in two parts) is dedicated to all my amazing friends here in London and is why i've entitled it 'Do You Remember...?' Featuring classic tunes including both Amanda Wilsons 'Love on my Mind' and 'Intoxicated'. The storming Cube Guys mix of 'Elektro', Mark Knights infectious '8 Letters' and the unforgettable 'I just can't get enough' by Herd and Fitz, as well as many more. This mix is full of music to remind you of how far house has come over the years, and is one I'm very excited to share with you all! Here's to the next decade of house... Dare to dance?
