Seboro has also earned regular support slots for international heavyweights, including Marcel Dettmann, Len Faki, Ben Klock, Sama Abdulhadi, Alan Fitzpatrick, and Maceo Plex. This mix feels like a culmination of Seboro's various influences, where shades of house and techno collide to create a stomping yet thoughtful journey. TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ DUB TALES Dub Tales is a solo project by Francesco Vacca, born from the trio Get Serious, active since 2010 with Stefano Cibabene and Michele Quagliati. Starting his DJ career in Genoa in 2006, Francesco co-founded Groove Secret Events, organizing open-air parties with guest artists. In 2008 and 2009, the trio performed at notable Italian clubs like KAMAKAMA ( Viareggio ) and Tenax ( Florence ), gaining exposure beyond their hometown. In 2010, they moved to Berlin, playing in venues such as Sisyphos, Suicide Circus, and securing a residency at Tresor. With Dub Tales, Francesco explores deeper, dub-influenced and ambient techno, drawing inspiration from Detroit's soulful roots that first sparked his musical journey. Kurz bevor die deutschen Truppen 1940 in Frankreich einmarschierten, beendete ein junger, algerisch-französischer Schriftsteller die Arbeit an seinem ersten Roman. Zwei Jahre später, am 19. Mai 1942, veröffentlichte Gallimard den Roman trotz deutscher Besatzung in Paris. Das Buch wurde als literarische Sensation gefeiert und avancierte zu einem der meistgedruckten französischen Romane des 20. Jahrhunderts. Das ist die Geschichte von «L'étranger», dem ersten Roman von Albert Camus. Er traf mit seiner Geschichte über den gleichgültigen Mörder Meursault den Nerv seiner Zeit. Seine Generation war tief desillusioniert durch die Weltkriege und den scheinbar unaufhaltsamen Aufstieg des Totalitarismus. Heute, 85 Jahre später, stehen wir wieder an einem ähnlichen Punkt. Wieder sind Ideale vom Sockel gestürzt, koloniale Konflikte flammen wieder auf, wieder scheint der Aufstieg des Totalitarismus nicht aufzuhalten. Albert Camus sah 1940 den Menschen in einer absurden Situation: Wir Menschen sehnen uns nach Sinn, die Welt aber ist sinnlos, ja sinnwidrig. Camus vergleicht den Menschen deshalb mit Sisyphos, der zur Strafe in der Unterwelt einen Felsbrocken einen Berg hinaufwälzen muss. Kurz vor dem Gipfel des Bergs entgleitet ihm der Brocken und rollt wieder ins Tal. Deshalb steht Sisyphos jeden Tag vor derselben sinnlosen Aufgabe. Es ist eine absurde Arbeit. Camus sagt nun aber, der Ausweg liege darin, dass Sisyphos diese Absurdität seines Tuns akzeptiere und seine Erfüllung im täglichen Kampf mit seinem Felsbrocken sehe. Er schreibt deshalb: «Der Kampf gegen Gipfel vermag ein Menschenherz auszufüllen. Wir müssen uns Sisyphos als einen glücklichen Menschen vorstellen.» Und heute, 85 Jahre später? Martina Heßler erzählt in „Sisyphos im Maschinenraum“ die Geschichte einer Doppelfigur. Auf der einen Seite steht der im Vergleich zur Technik fehlerhafte Mensch und auf der anderen Seite sein Pendant, die vermeintlich perfekte Maschine. Auch wenn sich letztere letztlich nicht als fehlerfreies, technologisch errichtetes Paradies erwies, sondern als permanente Aufgabe. Mit der zunehmenden Komplexität der Technik erodierte dann auch, insbesondere seit den 1970er Jahren und durch die heutige Künstliche Intelligenz, das Bild der unfehlbaren Maschine.

Hallo Alle! Es ist mal wieder an der Zeit über der 'Mensch in der Revolte' zu sprechen. Gerade in Zeiten in denen Ideologien wieder an Attraktivität gewinnen, ist es wichtig diesen etwas entgegenzuhalten. Camus hat In dem früheren Essay 'Der Mythos des Sisyphos' über das Absurde nachgedacht. 
Der Mensch hat ein Bedürfnis nach Sinn, die Welt aber gibt ihm keinen. Daraus entsteht ein Widerspruch, was Camus das Absurde nennt. Im Essay 'Der Mensch in der Revolte' bleibt der Mensch nun nicht mehr beim absurden Bewusstsein stehen, er revoltiert. Und in dieser Revolte bejaht er Werte. Der revoltierende Mensch sagt also nicht mehr nur, dass alles sinnlos ist, sondern er sagt, dass diese Sinnlosigkeit unerträglich ist, und deshalb fordert er Würde, Maß, Freiheit, eine gerechtere Welt und Solidarität.

Welcome back to the Magician On Duty Journey Series! On this edition we welcome Pulli & Chomba (@pullichomba) When Pulli & Chomba met barefoot on the most famous beach of Berlin's Club scene in 2017, it was immediately clear that their love for electronic music unites them. With the fusion of german and chilean essence they bring a vibrant presence to the stage and put your hearts to dance - preferably under a soap bubble rain. Creating their own sounds by modifying field recordings and vocals with dynamic effects, combined with synths and organic beats, has led them to release their EPs and tracks on labels like Mystic Tales, down., Underyourskin Records, Monada, KataHaifisch and Serafin Audio Imprint. Their Sets are rooted in organic grooves - adorned with some shades of darkness, enjoying the flow between the genres Organic House, Melodic Techno and Indie Dance. Since 2022, their journey has led them to play some international shows and Festivals and you can regularly find them play at Berlin's renowned Clubs like Kater Blau, Sisyphos, Mensch Meier and Beate Uwe. Joining forces with two internationally known Labels is paving their way to more Soap Bubble Parties in the future. You can find them as part of Berlin's Crew Mystic Creatures, Underyouskin Record and Parisian Label O'Tawa.
