I've passed many Instructors and coaches courses, attended many training courses and seminars, grading up through the syllabus. Carl discusses the ways people look at a situation finding either a negative or positive. He uses a great example from the HKA where recently a class was attended by fewer people than usual. Is this a negative or a positive? For those who were there it meant 1:1 coaching and the chance to make huge strides forward in the session.
