Marie est Product Designer chez Alan et a été Head of Design chez Lunchr. Après un passage par les Beaux-Arts, Marie décide de faire des études dans les arts graphiques au moment où ce genre de formations commençaient seulement à apparaitre. Marie commence sa carrière dans le Design en tant que Webdesigner en agence et en freelance avant de devenir Directrice Artistique. Dans le même temps, Marie lance son entreprise de bijoux en forme de dessert : Secret Velvet. Elle revient sur l’importance de créer quelque chose de plus fort qu’un produit pour ses clients : une véritable expérience. Elle nous explique comment elle a mis en place cette expérience pour créer l’univers de sa marque. Suite à la fermeture de son entreprise, Marie rejoint Viadeo pour y reconstruire l’équipe Design. Elle revient sur ce qu’elle recherche lors d’un recrutement pour rendre son équipe la plus autonome possible. Marie rejoint ensuite Lunchr où elle construit l’application de zéro en se basant sur les intuitions de Loïc, le fondateur de l’entreprise. On discute du rôle de l’intuition lors de la création d’un produit et de l’impact de la recherche utilisateur, une fois le MVP lancé, sur l’évolution de ce produit. Marie revient aussi sur les rôles qu’elle a occupé pendant presque 3 ans : Product Design, Brand Manager et Product Manager ! Après Lunchr, Marie se pose des questions sur son avenir en tant que Designer et finit par rejoindre Alan, l’assurance santé qui fait simple. Nous abordons l’organisation des équipes chez Alan entre les Unités, les Crews et les Communautés et la façon dont l’équipe Design s’imbrique dans cet ensemble. On revient également sur la forte politique de l’écrit, de la transparence et de la confiance chez Alan qui permet à l’équipe Design d’avancer vite et bien avec pour unique objectif la simplification de l’assurance santé. Une fois n’est pas coutume, on aborde la mise en place de la User Research, de l’UX Writing, d’un Design System et de la relation Product Design / Brand / Marketing. --------------------------------------------------

Howard Price is a 1971 Radio/TV/Speech graduate and owner and president of Multi-Net Marketing, a national radio advertising firm for small to medium-sized networks and program syndicators. Price was a top radio-advertising salesman for the Clear Channel Communications network and eventually became their first million-dollar salesman. Prior to starting in sales, Price had a successful career behind the microphone beginning in high school as a disc jockey and later working as a reporter and traveling with ABC’s Wide World of Sports. Price is active in civic organizations and is a generous donor in the Colorado Springs area.
