Bryan is a Meditation Guide, Yoga Instructor, and Comedian. His Relax with Yogi Bryan Meditation podcast has over 2M plays. Yogi Bryan loves to make the yoga and spiritual community laugh. He noticed people were very competitive and took their practice so seriously. "It's just f*ckin yoga" he thought. People need to relax and have fun on their yoga and meditation journey. Life is too short to be so intense. Bryan was inspired to create a space for the community where they could laugh while they practice. Shortly after starting his yoga journey, Bryan began a consistent meditation practice. He challenged himself to meditate every single day for 90 days, he hasn't stopped since. The deeper Bryan went into his meditation practice, the more he realized the power of the subconscious mind. While he slept, Bryan continuously listened to hypnotic affirmations. Soon Bryan naturally and intuitively reprogrammed his subconscious mind with love, gratitude and abundance. Bryan helps people just like you find their truth, gain confidence, and release f*cks. Download his Relax with Yogi Bryan App to start your journey NOW. And today we are talking all about GIVING LESS FUCKS in this very special interview style episode! This week my co-host Sarai Speer and I are coming at ya talkin about your environment. That means allllll the things that you allow into your space, whether personal or professional, that have a direct impact on you. (I know you already know this… but hear us out) You have heard the saying "You are the sum of who you surround yourself with" right? Well, it is so true. Surrounding yourself with people who inspire you and lift you up and who are doing the things you want to doing, will 10x your ability to access that level. You will see yourself pushing and striving for more and going after your goals. Surround yourself with the opposite? Expect the opposite. Here is what we are talking about today: Struggles are an important part of learning Surround yourself with good energy Not all doors are meant to stay open Finding someone to support your dreams Clarity and figuring out who you are Hearing the right messages in the right moments The true source of disappointment I want you to leave this episode and think of this quote "You become what you surround yourself with. Energies are contagious. Choose carefully. Your environment will become you." Now, take a step back and think... have you outgrown your environment? What changes do you need to make today?

Welcome back Beauty Insiders! It's Monday, so you know what that means?! We are here with Sarai Speer aka The Platinum Giraffe and this week we are talking all about imposter syndrome and what success means to you! According to Healthline, Imposter Syndrome “involves feelings of self-doubt and personal incompetence that persist despite your education, experience, and accomplishments.” It's really a battle with yourself - the way you view your self and the way others view you. You find it IMPOSSIBLE to see yourself, your talents, your successes and you negate them by not believing in yourself. Can you raise your hand or comment if you have ever felt like you don't belong? Or you have been given something you don't deserve? Or that soon people will find out that you are not qualified (when you really actually are)? Or that you are just not smart enough and soon you will stumble? Really… have you ever felt not worthy of the blessings and gifts you have in your life…. I know I have. This is something both Sarai and I struggle with and it takes work to overcome it. So, we are diving into just that…. What is imposter syndrome and being our own worst enemy Effort DOES NOT EQUAL happiness Getting outside your comfort zone Owning your shit and moving through it The different categories of success What success means to you Embracing opportunities This is a POWERFUL episode that you do not want to miss. Listen. Take Notes. Accept yourself for the powerful fucking human you are. Embrace your faults. Love yourself. Let us know what your biggest takeaway is.
