The clock is ticking on the aging Gabba with many saying the stadium needs an overhaul. This is especially apparent as almost all of Day 1 of the third Test between Australia and India was rained out. Queensland Cricket CEO Terry Svenson told Peter Fegan on 4BC Breakfast, 'in relation to the Gabba, we've outgrown it.' 'We've had a full house the last couple of days and the Lions, for instance, they've got well over 60,000 members now and heading to 70,' Svenson said. 'I think Greg Swan, who I was with over the weekend, said nine of their 11 games are sold out.' 'We've got really strong crowds at cricket, but also test cricket and the Big Bash as well.' An internally rearranged Michael joins us, having survived a bout of runny egg based food poisoning he's risen from near death to help Em work through a hair extensions update, the hair witches have been in touch and the sensory nightmare is being addressed. Whilst Em and Michael probably wanted to be very demure and very mindful during this episode, we kind of kiss that notion bye bye almost immediately because Em hasn't even gotten a chance to have her Brat summer yet! The fact that Em's very sick and it feels like her entire body is in revolt right now probably doesn't help things much either. Naturally we've got a full recap of the Logies, from Michael's experience of being there and discovering a brand new calling, through to Em's experience of watching it after completing three back to back performances of her Outgrown tour across the weekend. We also get a rundown of the highlights from those shows, then it's onto another prediction from the Magical Unicorn of Death coming true with the announcement that J'lo and Ben Affleck are divorcing. There's a side quest into Katy Perry being an environmental terrorist, and Trump using AI generated satirical posts to claim Taylor Swift and the Swifties are endorsing him for President. After that Em and Michael are keen to reveal all their favourite moments from the Democratic Convention which is happening in Chicago this week. We get their predictions for which celebs will be next to step up and endorse Kamala, plus we also get a very special performance from Michael and Em has even more reasons to gush about Chappell Roan again too. Whilst Em and Michael probably wanted to be very demure and very mindful during this episode, we kind of kiss that notion bye bye almost immediately because Em hasn't even gotten a chance to have her Brat summer yet! The fact is a company's decision to offset or not depends on its unique circumstances. As he poured milk on his cereal, Theodore thought about the prayer he'd been reciting before meals ever since he was little. "Mom, why don't you ever say that prayer when you give thanks for our food?""I said it a lot when I was a child," Mom replied. "But when I grew older, I wanted to pray in my own words."Theodore pondered that as he ate his cereal. He put the empty bowl in the dishwasher, and Mom wiped the table. "It's supposed to be very warm today," she said. "You might want to dig out some of your summer clothes." Theodore nodded and went to get ready for school.Soon he returned. "Mom, look at this shirt. Did it shrink?""It's definitely too small," Mom said with a laugh. "But it didn't shrink. You grew!" "Praying isn't a matter of what words you say, but of being sincere--talking to God from your heart. When you don't know what to say, remember that He already knows everything you need.
