Экзотика - уже традиционное и по-своему легендарное событие в жизни столичной psytrance тусовки, много лет проводящееся на всевозможных площадках Москвы и ближайшего Подмосковья. За свою историю проект Экзотика проходил с широким размахом на территории яхт-клуба Адмирал, собирая несколько тысячные танцполы и протекая на 5 площадках одновременно. Здесь были и небольшие клубные проекты, масштабные концертные площадки и лесные поляны в ближайшем Подмосковье. Но сквозь года идея самого проекта всегда оставалась неизменна - один российский диджей играет в своём сете материал только одного мирового исполнителя электронной сцены. Отличная идея, учитывая, что в течении одной ночи можно услышать выступления как бы нескольких известных проектов, за атмосферу и динамику звучания которых отвечают не сами авторы материала, а избранные джедаи) Было время, когда каждая новая часть проекта Экзотика нумеровалась и входила в историю под своим уникальным номером. Но со временем легенда события настолько развилась и разрослась, что нынешние мероприятия имеют лишь названия. Этой осенью в стенах клуба PRAVDA прошло очередное событие из серии, представленное на 2х танцполах. В этот раз я представлял звучание знаменитого и сверх актуального в современной psytrance тусовке проекта STRYKER. Если вы не знакомы с творчеством Barthelemy Bayona, то советую обязательно включить этот лайв и послушать. Скорее всего, вы не останетесь равнодушными. Но а если вкратце, STRYKER - это знаменитый в psytrance тусовке французский проект, история которого начинается с не менее знаменитого проекта XSI, покорявшего и взрывающего мировые танцполы ещё в середине 2000-х. В своё время XSI были для меня знаковыми артистами, треки которых я постоянно играл в своих выступлениях, практически не пропуская не одной работы ребят. Да что там говорить, даже сейчас в своих сетах я до сих пор вытаскиваю из старых коллекций треки проекта с 10-ти летней историей и они заходят так, словно написаны сейчас, совсем не потеряв своей актуальности. Ровно такая же история у меня повторилась и со STRYKER'ом. Последние года - это проект номер один для меня по количеству выпускаемых треков, которые я использую в своих выступлениях. Пожалуй, сложно услышать мои сеты без участия в них работ Барта. Для меня было гордостью создать свою собственную компиляцию из работ артиста и представить её публике в ночь с 6 на 7 ноября этого года. Впервые за все проекты Экзотика, на которых я выступал (лишь на одном меня не было), у меня возникла дилемма с укомплектованием моего сета. Качественного и крутого материала было так много, что он просто не умещался в рамки одного сета. Пришлось отбирать практически через жребий) Отдельное громадное спасибо всем PARTY PEOPLE. В эту ночь я играл в самый разгар события, когда на танцполе сконцентрировалась максимальная тусовка любителей транс саунда. Энергетика была МЕГА взрывная и потрясающая! Here's my interview with Olli Wisdom, frontman of the Specimen (English gothic rock and glam rock band) and founder of the famous legendary club, The Batcave in London. From the interview archives, this interview was conducted on June 18, 2016 by DJ Nocturna. Many thanks to Craig Ellenwood of Psychic TV. Before forming the Specimen and opening the Batcave, Wisdom was the frontman of the punk band, The Unwanted. Wisdom is currently recording and playing music under the name Space Tribe, British Goa and Psychedelic Trance music . He has been a pioneer of psychedelic trance for many years and Space Tribe is one of the most well-known names in the psychedelic scene. After the Specimen split up in 1986, he went traveling to Asia and in 1988 he came to Koh Phangan in Thailand, where he first encountered the electro-driven wild psychedelic parties on the beach. He remained in Thailand for two years DJing and set up a small studio to make tracks for the parties before moving to Goa, India. He then moved to Australia and lived there for 15 years before moving back to London. He continues to tour and globe trotting in his most unique of styles around the world playing music. https://spacetribe.com

В завершении весеннего клубного сезона в Москве прошло уже традиционное событие из серии ЭКЗОТИКА, которое в очередной раз собрало на танцполе сотни любителей псай транс звучания. Напомню, что общая концепция события заключается в том, что один российский диджей выступает с материалом одного знаменитого мирового транс проекта В этот раз я представлял саунд знаменитого английского транс деятеля - проект Олли Висдома - SPACE TRIBE. Всегда не ровно дышал к творчеству этого музыканта, не раз используя его треки в своих сетах. И если раньше работы музыканта мне нравились ОЧЕНЬ выборочно, то последнее время SAPCE TRIBE очень неплохо переориентировался на современное звучание, постоянно создавая новые коллаборации с плеядой артистов FULL ON сцены. Hey guys, I just got back from a great weekend at the 2016 Dragon Dreaming Festival in Wee Jasper. First off.. I gotta say, what an awesome time we all had. The location is to die for and definitely one of the finest I've ever seen. The crew delivered some great stage designs complete with A1 Sound and Lighting. All up without a doubt I'd say it is of Australia's premier outdoor festivals. Surprisingly this was my first time attending and I was also lucky enough to be performing a Psytrance set on the Main stage early Sunday morning. Needless to say I was ultra excited & huge thanks goes out to the organizers for booking me & providing such a great Festival year after year. After a lot of thought on what to play, considering the time slot I decided on a really energetic set with a few older all time classic's alongside some of the freshest new artists that have really been killing it lately. All in all the crowd seemed to really dig the tunes so I'm happy with the end result. Thanks to all the smiling people who were rocking the floor all night and morning. These days I don't get to perform to interstate crowds as often as I would like to. I had an absolute blast playing for you all & I hope to get some more opportunities to smash out some killer Techno & Psychedelic sets over the coming summer months. Production wise I'm happy to say all is going well. Дорогие друзья и не менее дорогие слушатели!!! 3 года назад я выпустил последний сет из серии COLOURS и решил увести этот проект на покой, не продолжая его. Первый микс из проекта был выпущен в 2005 и тогда сам по себе проект поддерживал проводящийся ежегодно летний OPEN AIR COLOURS, растущий с годами в своих масштабах как в плане публики, которая его посещала, так и в плане всего происходящего на нём. По ряду обстоятельств последний COLOURS прошёл в 2008, а миксы из этой серии выходили вплоть до 2011. Было много экспериментов. И аудио проект 2011-го включал уже в себя 12 дисков, записанных в абсолютно разных стилях электронной музыки. Но подобные нововведения, отличающиеся от самого первого выпущенного мною COLOURS'а совсем размыли суть той энергетики и замысла, которые, как мне казалось, жили в нём в первых сетах из этой серии. Из-за этого и была поставлена жирная точка. Но... спустя время мне захотелось достать замазку и без всяких размышлений стереть её. Появились мысли и захотелось вернуть ту самую атмосферу того самого первого, второго, а может и третьего миксов. Прошло уже очень много лет и тот материал, которым ранее был до верху насыщен COLOURS давно уже не выходит. Full on музыка весьма видоизменилась... для кого-то в лучшая, а для кого-то в худшую стороны. Но всё же в один прекрасный момент захотелось дать новый СТАРТ. А каков этот старт будет - решать ВАМ!!
