  Toby Salgado is a Latino serial entrepreneur who has built and operated 6 companies, in the service, technology, finance and real estate industries. He started a service (environmental) company in 2001.and grew to to 58 employees and over $4 Million in annual revenue.He  became a millionaire at 33 and a multi-millionaire at 35.   After becoming a millionaire he realized that helping people was a better feeling than increasing his bank account. He was able to put 7 people through drug programs that changed their lives. and was able to take laborers and teach them sales skills and they went from driving ratty old cars to owning their own homes and having an RV and a boat. He  got his start in real estate by working with publicly traded home builders.  After the housing crash he formed a 12 Million dollar fund and became a hard money lender securing all the deals with real estate.  He was able to buy a 73 Million dollar land portfolio from a bankrupt home builder out of Sacramento, California  and launched his fix and flip strategy. He recently launched the Super Agents Live  podcast in which he interviews the top producing real estate agents in the nation who share their stories, strategies, and  tactics  to  help real estate agents become #1 in their office.
