Andrew Pollard, President and CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF), joins me to review the first batch of high-grade silver and gold intercepts returned from this year's 20,000 meter drill program on the 100% controlled Tonopah West Project, located along one of the largest historic silver districts in North America on the Walker Lane trend in Nevada.   Highlights from this first batch of drill results:   TXC24-087 returned 2.59 metres of 3,744 grams per tonne (g/t) silver equivalent (AgEq) (1,920.93 g/t silver (Ag) and 20.26 g/t gold (Au)), including 1.07 metres of 8,514.5 g/t AgEq (4,328 g/t Ag and 46.5 g/t Au) TXC24-101 returned 1.28 metres of 1,286 g/t AgEq (687 g/t Ag and 6.56 g/t Au) TXC24-092 returned 3.35 metres of 952.6 g/t AgEq (470.56 g/t Ag and 5.35 g/t Au), in addition to 1.13 metres of 1,156 g/t AgEq (534 g/t Ag and 6.9 g/t Au) TXC24-100 returned 2.26 metres of 898 g/t AgEq (530.30 g/t Ag and 4.08 g/t Au), including 0.92 metres of 1,587.1 g/t AgEq (943 g/t Ag and 7.15 g/t Au)   Andrew discussed how the goals of this drill program are to improve confidence in the continuity of mineralization in the deposit and connect orphaned areas of mineralization, but also to increase the resources and anticipated mine life of 8.6 million annual production that was first outlined in the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).  In that initial PEA at the base case gold price of $1,900 per ounce and silver price of $23 per ounce, the Project commands an after-tax net present value (“NPV”) discounted at 5% of $326-million on a low initial capex of $178-million (including $22-million contingency) with a payback of 2.3 years and an after-tax internal rate of return (“IRR”) of 39.2%, and an All-in Sustaining Costs (“AISC”) of $11.96 per silver equivalent ounce basis.   We also discussed the sensitivity to higher metals prices where at a gold price of $2,280 per ounce and a silver price of $27.60 per ounce (base case +20%), the economic profile of the Project escalates to an after-tax NPV 5% of $495-million and an after-tax IRR of 54.0%.  If we consider current spot precious metals prices the project economics are even more robust, and this is in a safe jurisdiction, with only precious metals exposure; so I ask Andrew to postulate on why they are not seeing a rerating to a larger market cap and better valuation metrics more in line with peer silver development companies.   In addition to the expansion of resources through drilling in this year's exploration program, we also review the various project derisking that their team is doing in the background like metallurgical testing and process flowsheet, hydrology studies, environmental studies, permitting, site infrastructure and the potential placement of a decline and processing mill, that will all feed into the updated PEA next year. Blackrock Silver –  Unpacking The Preliminary Economic Assessment for Its Tonopah West Project in Nevada

Andrew Pollard, President and CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF), joins us to unpack the positive Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) at its 100% controlled Tonopah West Project, located along the Walker Lane trend, in one of the largest historic silver districts in North America, located on private land in Nye and Esmeralda counties, Nevada; approximately 1 kilometer (km) northwest of Tonopah.   At the base case gold price of $1,900 per ounce and silver price of $23 per ounce, the Project commands an after-tax net present value ("NPV") discounted at 5% of $326-million on a low initial capex of $178-million (including $22-million contingency) with a payback of 2.3 years and an after-tax internal rate of return ("IRR") of 39.2% At a gold price of $2,280 per ounce and a silver price of $27.60 per ounce (base case +20%), the economic profile of the Project escalates to an after-tax NPV 5% of $495-million and an after-tax IRR of 54.0%. All-in Sustaining Costs ("AISC") of $11.96 per silver equivalent ounce basis. Over the approximately 8-year life of mine ("LOM"), production from the mining and processing of approximately 4.1 million diluted tonnes of material containing 75.4 million silver equivalent ("AgEq") ounces (silver/gold ratio of 90/1) which equates to 66.8 payable AgEq ounces.  Recoveries of 96.1% for gold and 88.9% for silver from a 3-stage crushing circuit and processing plant.   We discuss that the updated resource estimate at Tonopah West contains a total of 57,000 ounces of gold and 48.5 million ounces of silver, for a total of 100.04Mozs of silver equivalent. Andrew Pollard, President and CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF), joins us to outline the key focus of the 20,000 meter drill program starting up this month in July at its 100% controlled Tonopah West Project, located in the Walker Lane trend of Western Nevada. The Updated MRE at Tonopah West contains a total of 0.57 million ounces of gold and 47.74Mozs of silver or 100.04Mozs of silver equivalent.   The key initiatives with this year's drill program is to put in approximately 50 drill holes to convert inferred resources to “measured and indicated” on their Merten and Bermuda veins, as well as to crystalize further expansion along the 1km vein corridor between the DPB, Victor, and NW Step-out areas. At present there are multiple deposits along 2.5kms of strike length and tracked across open vein corridor spanning 4km in strike length.  One of the goals of this program is drill in between the large gaps (1.5km) remaining to infill these areas and bridge the deposits together as one larger deposit. And we had to like film six hours a day, and all these videos were heavily promoted with different brands.”08:37 - The first brand dealColton's first brand deal resulted in a viral video with over 8 million views. He's extremely thoughtful about which brands he will work with and the content he produces, as each video becomes part of his public profile.“Everything happened very fast. I was putting like crazy hours, like 10 hours a day. In the first two months I got to 72,000. This was 2018, I believe. Two months in around 72,000, and I had my first viral video series two days later. Another viral video series and I was at 450-450,000. I got my first song promo around like 800,000 followers. They just reached out to me. I had no idea what my worth was. I think I was still averaging probably at least 1.5-2 million views, and I think I accepted like $600 bucks, $800 bucks, which I was told was very underpriced. It was like yo, $800 bucks for being on TikTok?? All right. So that was probably my first deal, and that song promo got 8 million views on my video. I do put a lot of time in when it comes to brand deals and things like that. I know I usually can't remove these views from my profile, so I try to make it real good.”9:53 - Producing content organicallyEven when content is part of a paid promotion, Colton's goal is to work the product or service in as organically as possible.“The last one that I did was one for Yubo, which is an app kind of like Tinder, but almost for friends. And then you play games and stuff on there. So I was like, all right, I'm in Florida. I've got to get this video done within like 24 hours if I want to do it. So my head's just thinking like how can I incorporate maybe meeting a friend on this app, and doing something kind of crazy in Florida? I was like, okay. I just came from LA. I'm going to say that I was on Yubo and I met this other guy who loves wildlife, and he's in Florida. So I decided to go over to meet him and catch iguanas. So the video was just me and him catching iguanas in Florida. And then we both caught one where we brought them back to where like our Airbnb and were bonding with our iguanas, and then making jokes and stuff throughout the video to make it more entertaining. And that was kind of that promo. I just tried to make it feel as organic as possible. I don't want it to seem like it's forced.”11:30 - Vetting brand partnershipsAs a creator, Colton loathes email. He says the best way brands can approach creators is through DMs, where they should clearly state the type of engagement they're seeking.“Most creators absolutely hate email. I'm sure some are pretty good at answering them, but I know a lot of my friends, including me. Super cluttered. I feel like I answer most of the DMs on Instagram. So if there's a company jumping in there, I'm on my screen all the time, including all my friends. Those are the ones I respond to the fastest, and it just seems more personal. I like texts. I like Instagram. I want something personal. The formal stuff, it's not really my thing. That's why having a manager would be awesome, because we're creators. We're not someone who's trying to do emails all day. So the ones that I respond to on Instagram for sure would be the ones that stand out, or they get straight to the point…I would like to know, like, are they just trying to get like a collab, like free product? Sometimes they won't even say. So you have to send emails back and forth to figure out what that is. Like, get straight to the point. Is it you're trying to give us free product for a post, which are very much are the ones I don't want to do. Or are you trying to do pay per download, if it's an app? Or is it a fixed price, where we pay you a certain amount per post? Knowing that it is pretty key for whether I respond or not.”17:28 - Giving every video 100%Colton is serious about content and wants every video he creates to perform well. His profile is like a living billboard that showscases high video views as a result of his effort.“I like having that clean profile. I'm not trying to give away my secrets here, but you know brands are going through your profile and they're looking at how many views you're averaging. I don't want a video on my profile that says 200,000 views, 300,000 if my average is like 2 million, 3 million. When you're making those post for brands, that's staying on there. So that's why I always give 100% effort. I'll even sometimes redo them. And if I have a real relationship with them, then it usually leads to maybe a possible another deal. Or if I have other brands going through my profile, it increases my price too. It's like, oh, this guy's averaging maybe like 3 million views for brands.”19:37 - The importance of video editingThe more content Colton produces, the more he considers hiring a videographer to partner with him. The key is finding someone who's the perfect fit for his style.“The amount of time that people spend editing is insane. I mean, Justice, the guy in our content house, that guy is on the computer morning till night editing. It's a full-time job. And if I was doing that, especially because my goal for this year is getting to long format content. I got like six videos ready that I'm going to post. If I spend the time editing those six videos, like I bet you I'd probably have 20 less TikToks out right now. So I definitely will have a team. I just gotta find the right guy that fits what I'm looking for. I've tried a few videographers, but it just doesn't match up at all. Like, I'll be in the middle of the woods by myself with this guy, and he just won't talk. I'd be talking and I think I'll say something funny or be like almost asking questions. Like the guy doesn't talk. I'm sure you probably see some YouTube channels where the videographer is almost a character too. You're kind of like vibing with the person, it's gotta be the same energy.”21:38 - Why challenges perform wellVideos that include challenges typically get high views, as the audience wants to stick around and find out what happens.“My first [YouTube] Short that blew up was a challenge. I've done a lot of challenges. Challenges do very well on YouTube Shorts. Don't know why that is. But since I'm pretty athletic, we went to a gymnastics gym and I created a challenge. You know what a box is, like a gymnastics box? Well, it's kind of the same material, but it's a donut. So I placed this donut at higher and higher levels and you have to like dive through it and to the point where people would start knocking it over, and not making it. And then it was pretty much who could make it the highest. Those challenges seem to be really well. I think it's because the watch time on it really high, because everyone wants to see how high everyone's going to make it to the very end. They want to see like how many boxes, how many levels they'll reach. So I've noticed the challenges where it's levels, people want to see how high or what level they're going to reach before they eat shit.”23:06 - Mastering the algorithmUnderstanding the algorithm is perhaps the most important part of being a creator. Colton has developed a sixth sense for what will work well based on the rules of each platform and the elements that are valued.“I very much look at how things perform, and I looked at the watch time. And then based off how certain videos perform, I change my content and tweak it. It's the reason why I've made it up to this point, is I have came up with my own conclusions or ideas on what the possible algorithm was for TikTok or YouTube. Understanding that algorithm is the most important thing. And there's a bunch of different parts to how it works that are all evaluated higher or lower. Obviously one of the most valued ones would be watch time. But, for example, like TikTok it's profile clicks. People that are going out of the way to go to the profile is very highly valued. And that's why you see a lot of people that do those videos that are cliffhangers. So they'll have a part two to them next, getting the same views. Because people are going out of the way to come back to the profile to see if part two is out.”26:08 - Moving to long-format contentCondensing a video down to less than a minute is hard. That's why Colton is excited to start exploring longer content that allows for more creativity.“For me on YouTube, a lot of people make them 15 seconds, 20 seconds. Look at all mine, and they're almost all exactly a minute. I used to use the whole minute. I would totally do it for three minutes, if it was worth my time. Because I try to use that same video for YouTube shorts, so I'm still keeping everything to one minute. But it's hard for me to compact my videos to fit one minute long. I'm struggling to take out clips. So long format for me is like a little more relaxed. I just don't have to make it as fast-paced, or take out certain clips I don't want to take. So three-minute videos, five-minute videos, or even 10 minutes is not going to be too hard of a problem for me…now that challenge is gone. I don't have to worry about that. I can make it the way I want it.”41:41 - Any account can go viralMany creators have a big hit and then lose their mojo. But Colton says it's always possible to find your stride again and see your account take off.“Some accounts can die off if like maybe you went viral once and got like hundreds of thousands of followers. And that was you're only following was one video, and you've had no viral videos since. I've seen it happen to a handful of people. Or maybe they blew up through skits. Now, skits don't work on TikTok. That's also one of the reasons why I did try to diversify my content as much as possible, so I'm not relying on one niche. But for the most part, you can revive accounts, no problem. I know my friend Matt, he was, no offense, but his views were ass. They were real bad, like 8 million followers, averaging ver multiple months like 70,000 views, 50,000 views, 80,000 views for like the longest time. And then all of a sudden things started picking up again. Mekin Maheshwari -- From "Profit" To "Potential"

“Where do you see the company 10 years from now?” -- this is a question which perhaps every corporate leader has heard and dedicated much of their time and energies in predicting and shaping.  It was 2016 and Mekin Maheshwari, then Chief-people-officer of Flipkart, the largest ecommerce company in India, sat in the board-room with few other leaders as this question was tabled.  He had joined Flipkart in 2009, just two years after humble beginnings of the company. Fast forward to this day 7 years later, Flipkart was a household name in India and had soared to a valuation of over 10Bn$. And Mekin had played a critical role in this massive growth story. From being President of Engineering for the company in its initial years and then heading the people function helping manage a team of over 30,000 employees.  Flipkart had emerged as a homegrown behemoth of India’s ecommerce space, yet most experts predicted that this was just a tip of the iceberg, in terms of the opportunity ahead.   It was in this backdrop, Mekin found himself reflecting “Where do you see the company 10 years from now?”. An unusual thought came to his mind “I realized I couldn't see myself in it. More so, I realized that I don’t know myself.”  Looking back now, he reflects “I was shocked. I realized I couldn’t even talk to my wife about such a thing, for the fear of hearing -- If you don't know yourself, then who did I marry?"  2-3 months of further holding those questions sincerely in his  consciousness, and a little bit of serendipitous encouragement from the universe  (as always tends to happen with such events) , gave him the courage to move on, and let go of his position. And began a deeper search for knowing himself and serving others became his pathway. Like Gandhi would have affirmed “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in service of others”.  “I realised that there are more critical problems for people in India that stay unsolved, some of which can not be solved with a for-profit mindset.” Mekin says. He realized that rather than optimizing profits, what he really cared for is to help others rise to their full potential, and he was drawn to the field of education to do that.  He took a gap year where travelled across the country, visiting schools which admitted more challenging student populations and he met 100s of social entrepreneurs in this space. That subsequently converged into him founding Udhyam Learning Foundation, a non-profit which aims to serve the potential in each child by developing entrepreneurial and leadership skills in them.  “Entrepreneurial people are able to solve more problems, operate with higher grit, try new things, and continuously understand and improve themselves.” explains Mekin. “Grit,” Independence”, “Self-awareness” and “Self-belief” are the 4 behavioural traits which Udhyam aims to nurture among students. To this effect, an “Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum” - an initiative of Delhi Government in partnership with Udhyam Shiksha and others is currently being implemented in over 1,000 schools in just in Delhi itself, in collaboration with the government. 750,000+ students in Delhi have been exposed to this program in last couple years, which also has included interactions with 1,500+ real life entrepreneurs. The program has seen many remarkable stories of youngsters break through outer and inner barriers and innovate and launch successful enterprises. In addition to Delhi, Udhyam is active in many other Indian states too.  The other significant part of Udhyam’s work is to support nano-entrepreneurs (“vyapaaris”) - informal, unorganized small businesses . Thanks to Udhyam Vyapaar’s  one-on-one mentoring and group sessions, many street side chai wallahs (tea vendors), istri-valas (ironing services), etc have been able to improve their incomes by by better customer outreach, adding new product lines etc.  Apart from Udhyam, Mekin has also co-founded GAME (Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship), which has outlined an audacious vision of creating 10Million micro entrepreneurs in India by seeding a culture of entrepreneurship which can in turn create around 50Million new jobs.  In the past 15 months of Covid crisis in India, Mekin also played a pivotal role through ACT Grants in mobilizing the Indian start-up ecosystem to step-up their efforts to support the country to manage the pandemic. This has led to many companies and their leaders have come forward and generously contributed money, time and connections to incubate innovative solutions at scale to many pandemic related problems.  One of the signature traits in Mekin’s journey is his trust in people and his courage to let go the paths of predictable success, in search of and in surrender to a deeper unknown. He picked a lesser ranked engineering college - PESIT over RVCE, as he felt PESIT director had a more progressive mindset. He left a secure job and joined Flipkart, an obscure startup at that time, basis one conversation with the founders when none of the “experts” took the opportunity seriously. And when his career was starting to peak and shine, he left Flipkart to find his “true self” and also support underprivileged students across the country in this journey. As he started working with these children, a profound shift he went through is from seeing his role as a “teacher” to a “co-learner” along with those students. “Ya probably I understand how business works better than these children, but I am nobody to teach grit to these children. These children have far more grit than me or the people I know. And it allows me to be able to learn from them.” he shared after a powerful reflection circle with some of his students.  He lives in Bengaluru with his family, and loves playing sports especially Cricket and Tennis. Thanks to Udhyam Vyapaar’s  one-on-one mentoring and group sessions, many street side chai wallahs (tea vendors), istri-valas (ironing services), etc have been able to improve their incomes by by better customer outreach, adding new product lines etc.  Apart from Udhyam, Mekin has also co-founded GAME (Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship), which has outlined an audacious vision of creating 10Million micro entrepreneurs in India by seeding a culture of entrepreneurship which can in turn create around 50Million new jobs.  In the past 15 months of Covid crisis in India, Mekin also played a pivotal role through ACT Grants in mobilizing the Indian start-up ecosystem to step-up their efforts to support the country to manage the pandemic. This has led to many companies and their leaders have come forward and generously contributed money, time and connections to incubate innovative solutions at scale to many pandemic related problems.  One of the signature traits in Mekin’s journey is his trust in people and his courage to let go the paths of predictable success, in search of and in surrender to a deeper unknown. He picked a lesser ranked engineering college - PESIT over RVCE, as he felt PESIT director had a more progressive mindset. He left a secure job and joined Flipkart, an obscure startup at that time, basis one conversation with the founders when none of the “experts” took the opportunity seriously. And when his career was starting to peak and shine, he left Flipkart to find his “true self” and also support underprivileged students across the country in this journey. As he started working with these children, a profound shift he went through is from seeing his role as a “teacher” to a “co-learner” along with those students. “Ya probably I understand how business works better than these children, but I am nobody to teach grit to these children. These children have far more grit than me or the people I know. And it allows me to be able to learn from them.” he shared after a powerful reflection circle with some of his students.  He lives in Bengaluru with his family, and loves playing sports especially Cricket and Tennis. Larsen was the editor of Cannabis Culture magazine from its creation in 1994 until 2005. He was a founding member of the marijuana party of Canada, the BC Marijuana party and also the Vancouver seed bank a business which sells many seed varieties from their storefront and also across Canada by mail-order, including those for banned and controversial psychoactive plants such as cannabis, poppies, peyote and coca. I first heard of Dana back in 2016 when he started an overgrow the government campaign. This was a campaign of giving cannabis seeds to people who would grow them in an act of Civil Disobedience and over the course of 3 years saw him give away over 10Million cannabis seeds. Dana runs a cannabis dispensary and also an online/mail order medicinal mushroom dispensary looking after 2000 members. The mushroom dispensary provides micro doses of psilocybin mushrooms to its members in a capsule form. What is the Real State of Retail Real Estate? Chris Ressa cut his teeth in commercial real estate as a real estate representative for Sherwin Williams Paint Company.  Historically, Sherwin Williams dominates the contractor market. The growth opportunity with higher margins is in the DIY market. As a real estate representative, Chris was charged with finding new locations for stores in markets that Sherwin Williams wanted to expand market share.  He worked with local brokers, negotiated leases, and gained critical insight how national tenants view retail space.  Here he was exposed to the thinking and strategy that national retailers invest in Identifying markets, time lines, and the value placed on space and lease negotiations.  When he moved to the real estate brokerage side of the business, he found that his experience was helpful, but, real estate is still real estate.  You have to execute.   Real State of Retail Real Estate What is the real state of retail real estate?  For context, it has to be stated that the consumers demand drives retail real estate.  Second, the consumer’s behavior has led to the creation of multiple significant asset classes.   The different types of Retail Real Estate include: Enclosed Malls Outlet Centers Power Centers Grocery Anchored Centers Neighborhood Centers Free standing buildings Lifestyle Centers Mixed Use Developments For this reason, you have to get granular to understand the nuances of each when underwriting a property, because they all operate differently.  You have to consider what type of retail will create the best opportunity for a tenant.   Retail Disruption Disruption in retail is nothing new.  But, not that long ago, the tenant list of an enclosed mall was about 70% leased to fashion and apparel.  Then the outlet center created a direct to consumer opportunity for brands.   Next was the category killers, the power centers that provided all of the brands and categories under one roof; think Dick’s Sporting Goods and Office Depot/ Office Max.   Then the multi tenant buildings with the front and center impulse buy, ie Starbucks.  Lifestyle centers include high end fashion, plus mixed use, are walkable and may include dog parks.  Online Effect Now, online sales are changing how the retail consumer buys.  It’s easy to point to Amazon and the volume of sales generated, but there are no known cases where a retailer went out of business because of an online competitor. Online sales has made most retailers better.  Now the consumer can order online, and pickup at the store. It’s often reported that Toys R Us, a fortune 300 company, went out of business due to online.  Their annual revenue was $11 Billion. The truth is they were over leveraged and they could not service their debt.   Online versus Brick and Mortar Retailers are finding that when they open a physical location in a market, that their online sales increase and the reverse holds true when a location closes.  Good retailers are figuring out how to add to their bottom line and make the consumer experience frictionless.   A recent study shows that approximately 85% of consumers who order online and pickup in the store will make an additional purchase at pickup. Right now, in order to get consumers in the habit of ordering online, retailers are providing free shipping and returns.  Will free shipping continue to be offered as retailers build more brick and mortar locations for consumers to return the unwanted purchase? Retail Growth The cost to start an online business is nothing compared to a brick and mortar business. But, to grow beyond $10Million in sales, retailers are finding that a physical presence is needed.  At this level, the customer acquisition cost is actually less for brick & mortar versus online.     Multiple online brands are opening multiple physical locations to lower their cost.  Product distribution necessitates it. Warehousing, retail and online are all working together. Other brands are working to limit the number of outlets for consumers to buy in order to keep the value of the brand high, ie Nike.  Brick and Mortar Long Term Brick and mortar has a convenience edge for the consumer who needs something right now.  Combine this with evolving experience and physical locations for retail real estate is not going anywhere.  For the customer who needs service, a chat bot is no comparison to a live meeting with a person in a physical location. The store prototype is changing.  Brands are trying to determine the ideal square footage, product mix and layout to meet the consumer needs.   BIGGEST RISK  Each week I ask my guest, “What is the Biggest Risk Real Estate Investors face?”   BIGGEST RISK:   So I think both from a real estate end and a retail end. The BIGGEST RISK is human capital.  When you have an industry. That's been hammered by Headline News, both the retail and the real estate. When someone is really bright, and smart graduates college, is that the industry they want to get into? And to solve the problems and the challenges that we were just talking about, you need really sharp, talented people. From an industry perspective, I always want those at DLC, but from an industry perspective, retailers, real estate, everybody needs really smart, sharp, talented people.  Getting the bright, sharp people into retail store management training programs. I don't know the last time you talked to a millennial, but when was the last time they said, when I graduate college, and I want to be the store manager of Wal-Mart. I don't hear a lot of people doing that. And I think it's a great job. And there's a great career path.  But the biggest risk is human capital, both on the retail side and the real estate side. In the Great Recession and the real estate side is not limited to my world, but in the Great Recession, you know, in all commercial real estate, very few people were hiring in 2008 to 2012. So you have this labor shortage.  And I think the greatest risk is in commercial real estate and retail. If all the most talented people in the world move over to the tech world and no one comes into real estate, I think that's the greatest risk the industry has. Tim Paige’s Journey Tim was an accidental webinar expert. He started out selling vacuums and cellphones in malls, and while those weren't the best jobs, they allowed him to learn more about the psychology of people and what gets them to take action. Years later he got hired by LeadPages to start a podcast for them. Clay, CEO of LeadPages,  got sick one day and could not do the webinar, so Tim had to take his place. Surprisingly, he surpassed Clay’s average conversion, and since then he’s hosted over a thousand webinars for LeadPages and several hundred more outside of the company. Your influencer marketing story Making connections with your audience Tim shares the following key points to connect with his webinar audiences: Remember that you’re only just having a conversation with the other person, not with a number. When your audience isn't engaging with you, put yourself in their shoes. They probably have their hands full. Always make sure your webinars are full of value and that your audience will get something out of it that will profoundly impact their life. Connections are about delivering value To create connections with influencers, giving value first is also a must. They may seem like they have everything figured out, but there will always be something you can do for them. Be confident you have value to offer, and take action to deliver that value. You could offer your expertise or become a connector to the right person. When you act as bridge, however, keep common courtesy in mind as Tim does, and always ask for permission before making the introduction. The most important skill to build relationships Listening is the most important skill when it comes to building relationships, whether as an influencer or a follower of an influencer. “To be interesting, be interested," Tim quotes. He believes that truly listening and being genuinely interested is all you need to set yourself apart and become someone that matters to the other person.
