The latest BARRACKS TALK podcast episode is waiting, press 'play' now! The Crew was joined by our very own Pin-Up girl from Hope For 22 A Day, Kashi and her husband Jared as well as Tyler from INERT Mugs! All of the Crew looked back on all of 2024 as this was their last show, reminiscing on the good that came from the past year. They then went on to discuss what they were looking forward to coming in 2025 and what they were grateful for. They had a ton of laughs and kept it as light as a holiday paycheck. And, of course, they listened to the End of the Year Tribute for 2024. - Hard Of Hearing, Deaf, or Have Other Hearing Issues? This episode is a tribute to my new life. Five years ago at 2 a.m. on October 31st, my husband passed away. As I reflected on this experience and what I wanted to share about it, I thought about all the things I've learned and worked on over the last five years that have shaped me into who I am today, and that's what I want to talk about. Of course, there have been times that felt impossibly difficult and if you've experienced grief, you know that it's not a linear process, but I'm grateful to have found my way here and learned what I've learned along the way. Topics covered in this episode include:How to keep going and not give up Putting yourself out there and doing the things you want to do The importance of taking care of yourself, especially through griefGiving yourself grace as you grieve Wherever brings you to this episode, I hope that my experience can offer you some comfort and encouragement to keep moving forward. This episode is about the last 7 years about my father since his passing and the beginnings of Move Happy®️. If he wouldn't have died when he did, none of this would have been here because it was through his loss and the kindness of strangers that helped keep me showing up to work and giving my best and a great boss who let me be creative at work. It was the kindness of my patients that showed me my gifts in creating therapies that could be effective immediately with people needing the most help through my areas of specialities. We are 12 days away from my husband and I being crowned first in history Global Mental Health Ambassadors and Chief Spiritual Officers of America. I believe my father from the grave sent me my hero of 2020 to protect me for this Life Mission who became my husband last year. It'll be a year and a half of zero contact because evil people tried to kill us last year which forced us to separate. Love conquers all. Listen, take notes, and share with people that believe in love and love their fathers
