Following a successful MOVE America, which transcended the region due to going virtual, Auto Futures Editor Alex Kreetzer caught up with Arrival's Chief Strategy Officer, Avinash Rugoobur, to discuss where the company is today and reflect on what has been a very unique year for the transport industry.
Last week, Auto Futures was live at SHIFT Mobility in Berlin, speaking with transport leaders from around the world in what has been many people's first event since the global lockdown.SHIFT operated as a hybrid event, consisting of both real-life and virtual keynote speakers. In addition to interviewing multiple executives, we managed to find a quiet spot away from the bustling event and spoke with CEO of Hyundai Hydrogen Mobility, Mark Freymüller, who called in from his office in Zurich, Switzerland.
So much has changed in the world during the 10-week period of recording season 3 of the Auto Futures Podcast. Although we prepared somewhat to discuss current trends and hot topics we could not plan for the arrival of a global pandemic, which has rocked the world. In fact, things quickly changed after the first episode, as we were forced to record the following nine episodes via the internet. Despite these challenges, we have experienced our best season yet, speaking with some fantastic names from innovative companies around the world to talk about the challenges and opportunities the industry is facing. To wrap up, Alex, Ben and Chris regroup and reflect on the main talking points in a special episode to bring season 3 to an end.
