Welcome back everybody! Tell me how you know your spouse is unhappy without them saying their unhappy. Go! There were some gems in the Wendy Williams Biopic. Surprisingly, Tee watched and liked it. She quickly bussed down a few things from the movie. A quote from the movie Someone Great generated today's conversation,"When something breaks, if the pieces are large enough, you can fix it. Unfortunately, sometimes things don't break, they shatter." Is getting back with your ex the move? Is it ok to admire the past relationship but not rekindle?  Use your head and your gut to decipher if it is right for you. Trav gives an example of Bobby & Whitney.Chris Rock dropped some knowledge in his special Tambourine. We discuss two people wanting and making it work. Also, how equality in relationships isn't real. This week we get into a few things per usual. We start off by recognizing the vibe change of the country thus far into the new presidency. We refrained from the mention of any previous president . All positive vibes over here. Let's get into it.Do you handle rejection well? Recently, a 31 year old Harlem woman was victimized seemingly by men with bruised egos. Its dangerous to be a woman. I know its dangerous to be all types of nationalities, races, and genders, but the conversation lends itself to discussing how women feel when being put on the spot by men. Navigating that situation so that you are leaving egos intact and being polite. It can be uncomfortable. It had me reminiscing about walking the mall and the Reject Hotline. Yellow Bone, Red Bone, Light Skin...are these names for fairer skin blacks appropriate? We chat about empowering yourself and discussing limitations. Should there be disclaimers while patting yourself on the back. We discuss two specific examples. #DanaChanel who spoke of her accomplishments recently even while pregnant. #Danileigh who claims her #yellowbonesong was about embracing and empowering light skin girls.Since this is the last episode of January, Tee updates us on her segment Smart Tee. Hey Guys! This week we cover Bishop T.D. Jakes' 2020 Model Homes sermon which was suggested to us by our friends The Criders. It was a great listen and we took some highlights and gave commentary Trav & Tee style. Model Homes led to a discussion about what feeds some doesn't feed others, having children with people you don't like, and mom-son vs. dad-daughter relationships to name a few.Are you looking for a spouse or a role to fill? One of our favorite parts of the sermon was @bishopjakes stating how some aren't looking for a companion, but someone to play a role in a script that they didn't even get to read.This week's segment was I Read it on Reddit where we discussed a church burning Harry Potter books deterring kids to be led astray from Satanism. 

Hi Guys! Hater Trav always hated on the @5LoveLanguages book until this week! We discussed the importance of vocalizing what you need! And, do you feel like you are unapologetic and standing in your grown-ness, so to speak. Are you being your authentic self? Tee's bestie and childhood friend randomly posed this question and made her think. On our segment Come Again?!, we chat about men being with their late wife's sister inspired by headlines stemming from #NickaylaRivera.

This week's segment is...Come Again?! We focus on #KekePalmer 's tweet about being flawed and still beloved. Trav felt iffy about his flawed, yet beloved person which was #BillCosby. 

Hey guys! Our baby girl is turning TWELVE. We share our reaction to it all and briefly reflect on being parents for the last 12 years. This past weekend we got a kid-free break.The first night away in a year! During that break, we watched the Netflix Documentary THE SOCIAL DILEMMA. It had us asking ourselves, What is our relationship with social media? We also chat about the evolution of what people are sharing. We discuss social media cleanses, clearing out who you follow, making your page private, and old raw posts.
