When events from 200 years ago shattered the world, now those cracks have become the battleground. Randell takes us behind the scenes of building a fantasy epic—designing the world, raising crowdfunding, and tackling the “epic” genre in a bold, independent way. We'll talk about how he developed the story, what makes Citadel different, and what he learned from crowdfunding success (his campaign reached its goal in just days). Whether you're a fantasy fan, indie comic creator, or just love seeing big stories built from the ground up, this chat is for you. Clint Randell is a very recognisable face and name here in NZ where he's fronted TV and radio shows for well over a decade. But when I think of Clint, the first word that comes to mind is 'family'. Clint is a man who takes any opportunity to talk about his beautiful wife and two kids, and it is a joy to watch him parent, and a joy to see his eyes twinkle every time someone mentions Jaime. This is perhaps the most vulnerable and honest you've ever heard Clint, as we have a long conversation about finding his faith and his future wife in his early twenties, and how the two were inexplicably intertwined. I want to thank Clint for being so honest about the joys and also the really tough parts of his 17 year marriage, and I want to thank his amazing wife Jaime for allowing their story to be told. Ultimately, this conversation highlights the importance of doing 'the work', and how redemption is possible if both people are willing to get honest, raw, and commit to a better future. I love you both very much, and I know this conversation will touch a lot of people, as it did me (I literally sob around thirty minutes in) x LINKS: Follow Clint on instagram Follow me on tikok and instagram Follow the podcast on instagram Order my debut novel Love on the Air Learn more about your ad choices. Although City didn't win, yet again the fans were treated to an exciting game of football where both sides went at it full pelt for the entire 90 minutes.Any concerns about being without Jason Knight were quashed as Zak Vyner moved to a midfield role and showed that might be where he plays in the latter part of this season if the fitness of McNally, Dickie & Atkinson is assured. Randell showed once again what a fine acquisition he has been. The only blip on the night was an atrocious refereeing performance from John Busby.Dave P debates the action with Dave Tovey and Tom of Robins Nest. Now that James Gunn's Superman is on HBO Max, the gloves are off. Randell and Mike take a deep dive into where the DCU is headed, why the Snyderverse was better (so far) and why people sold Man of Steel short. We also get Mike's Season 1 recap of Alien: Earth, talk the MCU and why Thunderbolts* may not be a great sign, and then take a look at the news that bog box retailers like Costco and Target are taking the XBox off the shelves in favor of PS5 and Switch. A mixed bag performance: outmuscled early on, took a deserved lead, sat on it as well as missing some good chances, conceded a late equaliser then almost snatched back the points with a Twine free kick special.Derby were poor but after Riis went off injured and Randell was again taken off with 20 minutes remaining any impetus had been lost.DaveP hosts the post match debate with DaveT, Neil Sutton and debut boy Ant Banks. In this episode, Archie, Chris and Drew reflect on Argyle's 3-1 win over Frank Lampard's Coventry side — a result that just about keeps survival hopes alive. They break down the team's performance, key moments in the match, and standout individuals. Naturally, Bundu gets his moment in the spotlight after a superb showing, with two goals and an assist to his name. There are also honourable mentions across the park, particularly for Palsson, Szucs and Randell. In Part Two, the mood shifts slightly as the pod takes a look at the cold, hard data surrounding Argyle's survival chances. With the infamous supercomputer giving the Greens just a 1% shot at staying up, there's an air of resignation — but not quite surrender. They outline what needs to happen, results-wise, from Derby and Luton, and discuss how taking it to the final day could give Argyle a puncher's chance. The conversation also touches on the realities of a potential return to League One, and the enduring joy of football beyond the Premier League — the rawness, the charm, and that closer connection. From dugout interviews to less polished matchdays, there's something special about life lower down the pyramid. Support the show Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Speaking with Randell Moody of the American Dream podcast in CT, his business and entrepreneurial spirit with Lifewave, and his excellent hip hop music as artist Pryme Minister. We talked about my experiment to try to Waze my Amtrak ride home on Acela's high speed locomotive and how Waze had a hard time keeping up with the high speed from the Amtrak train. I asked Randell about his most positive podcast guest, Panama Jill and how she prevailed after losing an eye, and how she kept going. Randell also discussed her free painting. Other subjects discussed, my friend Rich A from NJ and his amazing entrepreneurial spirit in his dumpster recycling business. We also play some music including Pryme Minister Do The Billy (hip hop) and Bruce Chamoff Peppermint (pop). We talk about Randell's business Lifewave and how he achieved over 900 sales in his first year and about his involvement in the company. About Lifewave LifeWave is a wellness company founded in 2004 that offers a range of health products, primarily focusing on wearable patch technology. Their signature products are adhesive patches designed to stimulate acupuncture points on the body to improve health and wellness. The company claims that these patches, which do not deliver substances into the body, instead use phototherapy to enhance energy, reduce pain, improve sleep, and promote overall health. The most popular LifeWave product is the X39 patch, which is said to activate stem cells to support healing and anti-aging. LifeWave promotes its products as a natural, non-invasive way to improve various aspects of health without the need for drugs or supplements. LifeWave operates under a multi-level marketing (MLM) model, meaning its products are sold through independent distributors who can also recruit others into the business. This business model has garnered both supporters who praise the product benefits and critics who raise concerns about the MLM structure. The company has expanded its reach globally and continues to attract users interested in alternative health solutions. However, the claims made by LifeWave have faced scrutiny, and potential users are encouraged to research and consult healthcare professionals before use. LifeWave's rapid growth can be attributed to a combination of innovative products, strategic marketing, and a robust business model. Here are a few key factors: Randell explains why Lifewave is the fastest growing company in the world… 1. **Unique Product Offering**: LifeWave specializes in wearable patches that utilize phototherapy. The flagship X39 patch claims to activate stem cells and promote various health benefits without drugs or chemicals, appealing to those seeking alternative health solutions. 2. **Global Appeal**: LifeWave has successfully expanded into international markets, tapping into the growing interest in wellness and biohacking worldwide. Its products resonate across cultures and age groups, driving global sales. 3. **Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Model**: The MLM structure allows LifeWave to rapidly scale by empowering individual distributors to market the products and recruit others. This network effect leads to exponential growth as more people join as sellers and consumers. 4. **Health and Wellness Trend**: LifeWave is aligned with the booming health and wellness industry, which is projected to continue growing. The pandemic also heightened interest in immune health, anti-aging, and non-invasive treatments, all of which LifeWave products claim to address. 5. **Customer Testimonials and Word-of-Mouth**: LifeWave's success is bolstered by glowing testimonials and strong community engagement. Positive word-of-mouth and success stories are highly effective in an industry built on trust and personal experience.
