When we place our vision and values onto a person or opportunity, once it attempts to leave or does leave us, we become threatened & afraid. All of the low vibes of sadness, shame, abandonment come up. Yet, when we hold our vision within ourselves and see that whether this person is in your life or not-it will come to pass, you take their leaving less personal. You see the opportunities ahead of you and right in front of you. You appreciate the time you were with that person/oppurtunity and allow it to float away knowing all is truly well. When you notice someone has sooooo much room for growth, yet they do not take your advice, take any steps to grow or help themselves, etc. it SUCKS. It hurts. But how do you maneuver a situation like that when it is your own family or any close person you love? How do you still abide by your own boundaries as a person without succumbing to their sad state as well? All of this is covered in this podcast episode! Necessary to link up the lesson!Oftentimes, when we believe for something and we don't see it for a couple of weeks-we get down, discouraged, etc. When it's been a long while or may accomplished/unaccomplshied goals afterwards and you've put in more & more work- we just start to crumble away internally. UNTIL! It finally pops up. I'd have to say that this is one of the hardest aspects of life. Holding faith and using that waiting time to nourish other areas of YOU & your life. The current programming for someone who goes through this is seeing the result as a sense of what their state of being connects to. You must detach to let all play out & sift through what happens within you as what comes u p emotionally during this time actually has always been there just waiting for you to see it. Walking by" faith and not by sight" isn't just a scripture/quote/saying for manifesting what you want and trusting it will be there, but also a guide for your inner experience's messages to you. It is VERY common to block out any pain we feel from someone else, because it can deflect from any further pain inflicted or even make us appear as we have all of our sh*t together and are better than the person who caused us pain. It's a very primal, survival instinct I would think!!Yet this way of being is not at all "Cool" or "Attractive". It leaves you with compounded pain, lack of human connection, no honesty within, and suppressed anger/misunderstood, etc. We will speak on this today and share some insights on getting OUT of this place--into TRUTH and COURAGE to rebuild a new foundation. Control is power. So clearly having a beautiful and mindful balance is a lovely way to utilize that power. But!! Being that control is power, that means "with great power comes great responsibility." (Props to Uncle Ben from Spiderman). Maybe you don't control ANYTHING- including yourself!! What would that mean? You're bound to feel powerless. Or! Maybe you call yourself a "control freak". Simply a way to express and projection one's own inner anxiety, fear of letting, trusting others/life,God, etc. and believing that YOU truly are the Savior. Maybe that was how you got by in life, but whether you lack control or are overly controlling-- stress comes with both. This episode dives into CONTROL. When it comes to making a decision or setting and striving for a goal, everyone has their own way of actualizing what they believe they are capable of. Feeling insecure sucks. it just does. For some it motivates and for others it pushes you further down a hole. it beings on a feeling of frustration, sadness, wantingness, cravenness, resentment, jealousy, "I'm not enough" or "what I have is not enough" mentalities. THIS ALL PREVENTS YOU FROM BEING SEEN!!!! The antidote is to be okay with what is as ENOUGH. Usually, we are aware of what we want and do not want, yet for some reason we don't understand WHY or HOW we aren't at that place of fully embodying/having what we DESIRE. This is specifically in regards to prioritizing ourselves in life, being in a committed relationship (if that's what you desire), etc.!! We try to put ourselves first, but we don't understand how to do that when people's reactions come into play. This episode discusses the process in which this happens and how to proceed on the path, IF you have the knowing that it is for you.
