Ved. Regina Montvilienė

Whew! This one was juicy. I sat down for my very first ever all-female roundtable with two of my dearest, most brilliant soul sisters—Dr. Lalita and Simone Heng—and let me tell you, we did not hold back. From getting shushed (multiple times) in a Tallinn café to unpacking what it really means to be a brown, bold, and brave woman in today's world, this episode is the unapologetic, heart-expanding chat you didn't know you needed. We're getting into everything: growing up the “rainbow sheep” of our families, healing generational wounds, thriving in male-dominated industries, and building deep, aligned female friendships that aren't just “transactional.” So pull up a seat, pour your matcha (or your wine), and get ready to feel seen, heard, and maybe even a little called out—in the best possible way.

In this thought-provoking episode, HR expert Lalita Dixit joins Majeed to flip the script on leadership. With 29 years in the corporate world and experience reporting to 21 different managers, Lalita brings a rare perspective: that of the employee. She's not a manager, but she's seen leadership done brilliantly—and disastrously. Drawing from her upcoming book "I'm Not a Leader", Lalita shares what every organization needs to know about cultivating real leadership, preventing burnout, and elevating employee experience from the ground up. Key Takeaways: Why leadership isn't about title, but behavior The #1 mistake organizations make when promoting people into leadership roles How poor resource planning leads to burnout and stunts employee growth The power of feedback from the people being led—not just metrics from above A fresh approach to evaluating leaders: empathy, trust, and people-first thinking Lalita's HR philosophy in three powerful words: Leaders Make Leaders Notable Quotes: “I've never been a manager, but I've had 21 of them—and I've seen what works and what doesn't.” – Lalita Dixit “Toxic leaders use fear. Great leaders use trust.” – Lalita Dixit “We promote people for delivering results, but forget to ask—can they lead people?” – Lalita Dixit “Leadership should be about developing others—not just directing them.” – Majeed Mogharreban “If you see something, say something. That's how change happens inside organizations.” – Lalita Dixit

Here is last weeks' very juicy Community Board with Rick. I am going to post this on the main marquee so that folks on the outside can benefit from this information too, and also, to give them an idea of what goes on behind the speakeasy curtain to some degree. Rick gives us an idea of what is going on in the realm from his perceptions and long winding wisdom and access into some of the mechanics of how all this works, we get off-road and into some interesting "what if" territory. Rick also puts forth some dates, which happen to correspond to stuff Lalita talked about with us and is putting forth. Lalita put this together exclusively for The Cosmic Salon and it is a great pleasure to present it to the realm as a tool -- we have the ability to come into deeper sight and our other powers of perceptions so why not use these tools (such as astrology) to be better captains' at sea. . . Currently with our fully controlled information highway of censorship, if you search Mr. O'Looney's name on the web all you will find is a smear campaign riddled with lies that he caught the "Thing" and begged for his life to take the "thing" he is standing up against (100% fake news). However, he has been on many radio and podcast shows large and small alike as he is simply wanting the information to get out to the people of the realm. The truths are hidden (occulted), nothing is as it seems, and the total control clockwork is in full function across the realm. John O'Looney is and has been standing up in the line of fire and trying his best to bring what he has first hand seen and dealt with in his business as an undertaker -- there is a network and yet so few will speak out. This is dangerous territory in a world that is increasingly mirroring some of the key folk-horror films known to us through the decades, especially 'Invasion of the body snatchers', the 1970s version, and the more modern version staring Nicole Kidman, 'The Invasion', and 'The Strain'. We know something invasive is indeed going on and that there is a dark agenda unfolding, one of death and destruction, one where unthinkable things are happening and some of the people around us are not the people we once knew. This is not a conversation for everyone. This is one of the best I've had in connection to the "turning" I saw with my psychic eye so long ago as documented in my time-arts pieces before this all unraveled around us. I urge caution to those that do not want to go down this path. Also, I highly suggest re-visiting my conversation with Herald Kautz to help with the dot-connection being presented. There are other types of chats lined up, so please keep an open mind and patience with the fact that this is a variety show and not solely focused on this one subject. May the truth set us free! P.S. Lalita posted this video which connects more dots, there is a lot of territory to cover and it has been a slow unwinding process, yet, we are finally coming into focus of how deep this really goes: https://vimeo.com/user92305187 Niish, Instagram @thecosmicsalon369 and www.thecosmicsalon.com Tips are most welcome: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/niish369 I want to thank the producers of this show: Meredith Walako (Scheduling, bookings, and social media manager).
