Sayya est un espace dédié au développement personnel et mieux-être qui prend en considération l’humain dans sa globalité et son environnement. Cet entrepreneur a pour but de révolutionner le monde du bien-être à Paris et d’inspirer les gens à prendre soin de leurs corps, têtes et environnements.     Pour ce nouveau épisode de Savoir-Vivre, je reçois Stephanie Guillemette. Anciennement chef de produit pour Samsung et Chloé, Roberto Cavalli et Miu Miu, diplômé de ESCE à 26 ans Stephanie a décidé de quitter son CDI dans le marketing digital de poursuivre sa passion – la cuisine ! Actuellement elle cuisine à plusieurs restaurants et à domicile. Elle est focus sur les produits frais et de saison en restant saine mais surtout gourmande. Stephanie a également une vraie passion de tester les nouvelles adresses partout dans le monde ! Dans l’année 2017/2018, elle a testé plus de 300 restaurants !! Collaboratrice pour LeFooding et des autres restaurants bien réputés, Stephanie rules the Parisian food scene. Aujourd’hui on a le plaisir d’échanger avec Stephanie pour découvrir son savoir-vivre.

    Pour ce nouvel épisode de Savoir-Vivre, je reçois Yanique Francis. Né en Jamaïque, New Yorkaise pendant 3 ans et maintenant Parisienne depuis plus que 10 ans, Yanique sait comment il est d’être un « fish out of water. » Elle connait le vrai Savoir Vivre de plusieurs différents villes, langues et cultures par ses voyages et diverses expériences. Tout en restant bienveillant et absolument shiney, Yanique est la fondatrice du blog connu « My Parisian Life » et en même temps un wedding planner, écrivaine, digital consultant, influenceuse et avant tout une mère. Je vous rassure que cette femme a une vraie joie de vivre et des secrets à partager avec nous pour comment elle reste saine et sane dans la vie. Aujourd’hui on a le plaisir d’échanger avec Yanique pour découvrir son savoir-vivre.

Anciennement directrice artistique pour Disney, elle travaille sur sa propre pièce de théâtre, « Le Lavoir aux Cancans ». Kat est accro à l’acupuncture et elle est pleine de bienveillance. Cette femme rayonne et elle va partager avec nous un peu de son Savoir Vivre.

Anne-Cath est une styliste pour la collection femme chez The Kooples et une styliste photographe pour plusieurs publications assez réputées. Anciennement attachée de presse pour la marque The Kooples à Paris, elle travaille avec le placement de produits auprès de célébrités en Hollywood. LA by nature, Paris by blood et végétarienne depuis 15 ans, Anne a bien vu le début de cette révolution de bien-être à Paris et la vive à LA tous les jours, et je vous rassure qu’elle est prête à nous raconter TOUT.
