Come Satnam.

Sat Nam and welcome, In this episode of the Sovereign Woman Movement Podcast , we embark on a transformative journey and sacred gathering in which we honor the ancient wisdom that spans millennia, merging it with our contemporary modern day quest for growth, healing, and empowerment. We reject the notion that our ancestors were not savages, recognizing instead the profound knowledge they held about harnessing cosmic energies during the Spring Equinox for healing and technology breakthroughs that even modern technology cannot fully comprehend. The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance and renewal, where day and night stand equal—a cosmic portal for transformation by unloading the subconscious mind. Across cultures, from the Mayans to the Egyptians, this day has been revered as a major opportunity for rebirth and disrupting subconscious generational mind patterns that don't serve us and planting the seeds of our deepest truest deepest desires. In today's episode, we explore five ancestral ways to harness the Spring Equinox energy for personal growth and societal breakthroughs and 5 ways you can integrate these pathways in your modern day life. We dive into practices that shift us from narratives of oppression and victimhood to empowerment and sovereignty, bridging the ancient with the modern. Through the lens of rebirthing through kundalini yoga meditation, aligning with natural rhythms, planting seeds of intention, and drawing inspiration from architectural marvels and mythology, we uncover profound insights into our own cycles of transformation. Join me as we journey from victim to victor, from oppression to empowerment , reclaiming our sovereignty and legacy of strength and resilience. By doing so, we can break the cycles that bind us and forge paths of light for ourselves and future generations. Tune in to learn how you can harness the potent energy of the Spring Equinox and step boldly into your own rebirth. Thank you for subscribing, liking, and sharing. Happy Rebirth ! We've been living in divisive times for a while now. But now it's all coming to a head. How do we balance our activist work with our inner spiritual work? We've gotten to a point where they are no longer separate. They are inextricable. One feeds and nourishes the other. And vice versa. In order for us to be effective in our activist work, we need to be right within ourselves. We need to feel aligned within. In order for us to heal and release the limiting beliefs that are obscuring are deep inner truth, our Sat Nam, we need to take action to liberate the oppressed. Palestine is showing us who we really are. All the veils are being torn down. All of the masks have dropped. If we fail to take action, we are not doing the necessary work for our spiritual evolution. Change is inevitable whether we like it or not, whether we're ready for it or not. And this week's episode, I talk about why it's crucial for us to stand with Palestine.

In today's episode of Tech Talks Daily, we delve into the labyrinthine world of cybersecurity with none other than Satnam Narang, a Senior Staff Research Engineer at Tenable. As we navigate through an age where digital safety is paramount, Tenable serves as a guardian for approximately 40,000 global organizations, helping them understand and minimize cyber risk. Our discussion covers a multitude of pressing topics—from known vulnerabilities in both UK and global infrastructure to the lurking decade-old bugs that could be the fine line between your safety and a multi-million-pound breach. We explore the urgent need for robust cyber hygiene practices as well as the rising prevalence of social media scams and crypto cyber-attacks. Satnam brings an unparalleled depth of expertise, shedding light on Tenable's pioneering work, including their renowned Nessus® technology. This episode is particularly timely, considering the recent CISA warnings about new, yet often ancient, Linux vulnerabilities that are actively exploited, presenting considerable risks to federal enterprises. We also delve into the role of open-source libraries in both innovation and the vulnerability landscape. Drawing from real-world examples like the CLOP group's ransomware attack, we discuss how even well-known, old vulnerabilities are proving to be lucrative targets for both average cybercriminals and state actors. Satnam and I share strategies for reducing cyber risk, emphasizing the need for prioritizing vulnerabilities, improving visibility into network assets, and creating an effective incident response playbook. With cyber threats evolving at an unprecedented pace, this episode serves as an indispensable guide for organizations and individuals alike to bolster their digital fortresses.

In this episode we are continuing our consideration of the Yamas which are the ethical codes laid down in the Yoga Sutras. The second Yama is Satya which is a commitment to the truth. It is based on the understanding that honest communication and living is the basis for all of our relationships – with ourselves, with others and with society as a whole. We can often find ourselves conflating the truth with opinion and this is such an important concept to take on when it seems as if there are a billion opinions coming at us all the time! In this meditation I invite you to feel into your truth and to take this mindful practice into the world. There is no arguing with anyone's truth - only their opinion - there is such power in finding and expressing truth. https://youtu.be/YgoJT_AO28Q Youtube version www.SahajKaur.com Sat Nam, Nice to Meet You My journey into healing and becoming a yogi began when a good friend invited me to a Kundalini yoga class. When I walked outside after the session, a quiet, clear voice in my head stated, “THIS WILL SAVE YOU.” As I listened to it, knowing it came from a deep place, the question emerged: save me from what? I already felt accomplished as an artist who had helped develop artist housing in Boston and had a successful career. Life was good, I thought. My boyfriend and I were involved in communities and seemingly thriving. Yet I followed the voice and began to practice and study Kundalini yoga, which transformed my life. How did it transform my life? I have become steady, flexible, and content and continually pursue growth. I became blissful, happy, and content, releasing old emotions and family baggage. Those old emotional patterns had damaged my relationships and caused me to shut down areas of myself. As I cleared these energies and developed a practice, my life came into a flow. And this is a continual process as I grow. It has become abundantly clear how important is to lead a successful life, we all need the healing and release of energetic blocks, fears, and misperceptions. From healing and practicing Yoga, I can now help others. My daily practice is essential to my well-being and gives me the strength, insight, and clarity to serve others. My students have found this work crucial in their journeys to being more deeply themselves. As a traditionally trained yoga teacher, I bring you a joyful and knowledgeable lifelong study of Yoga which includes formal initiation and study with traditional swamis in India, as well as in-depth training in several modalities of Yoga (Kundalini, Hatha, and Ashtanga).

In today's episode, I have guests Rich and Shelby Satnam with me as we talk about marriage and business. Rich and Shelby Satnam are a passionate husband and wife duo who provide engaged couples with authentic, luxurious, and nourishing wedding experiences. Their company ‘Let's Knot and Say We Did' curates all-inclusive experiences tailored to each couple's personality, love story, and vision. Both Rich and Shelby serve as relationship coaches and wedding guides throughout the process, bringing forth the fruits of their inner work in service to other unions. Questions I ask: -Why are people having aversions towards marriage, and how do we avoid this thinking? -How did you come to realize that giving authentic wedding experiences was your calling? -What are the perks and challenges of working with your partner/ spouse in a business? -What are some things you are learning to navigate as business partners and spouses? In this episode you will learn: -Why alone time is super important for all relationships. -How Rick and Shelby overcame the fear of not making stable or consistent money while starting their business together. -As the creatives in the business, how does transitioning from being the doer to being the CEO feel? We can scientifically understand the rotation of the Earth as night and day and the moon's cycles; we even understand the trajectory of the sun and the seasons… But do we understand the effects of our Galaxy orbiting through the universe? There is much that we don't know and even more that we don't realize we know nothing about. Knowledge and intuition maximize our ability to know and understand to succeed. And with intuition, there are variables…our daily practice can show us a way to bring the unknown into knowing. The Universal mind is so vast; there are forces and elements within it that we cannot calculate or determine the exactness. A force can come in at any moment, one that we don't know how to interact with because it's playing on such a large scale, and our practice can connect us to the angles and information within the Universal mind so that we can know what we don't know… ** Join The 13 Moons Community with Guru Singh and practice the new 28-Day Meditation Journey alongside heart-led members like yourself. - JOIN NOW - Connect with Guru Singh: Website I http://www.gurusingh.com Instagram I https://www.instagram.com/gurusinghyogi Facebook I https://www.facebook.com/gurusinghyogi Youtube I https://www.youtube.com/c/GuruSinghCommunity Check out 'Buried Treasures' written by Guru Singh I https://www.gurusingh.com/shop Subscribe to Messages From The Omniverse: Spotify I https://open.spotify.com/show/0Rdv5gv4xkEDwG9AJjkWHf Stitcher I https://www.stitcher.com/s?fid=695247 Apple Podcast I https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/messages-from-the-omniverse/id1616724716 Anchor I https://anchor.fm/gurusingh Love You. Words have power, they define and design how we interact with time and space. They can be a rhythm that resonates with the heartbeat... and when we speak and write to the rhythm and tone of an enthusiastic heartbeat, we recreate the world and our reality out of fear and drama and into joy and levity... ** Join The 13 Moons Community with Guru Singh and practice the new 28-Day Meditation Journey alongside heart-led members like yourself. When the Earthly environment of life is in disassembly mode from the effects of the Cosmic energy, it's a time to redo/rehearse/review; this is not a time to build. Rather, prepare and repair in order to grow and prosper in the next moments. Knowing how to navigate these environments enables success. Without this knowledge, your only outlet is pure frustration. The Fraud factor: we've all felt like a fraud from time to time, with self-doubt, self-intimidation... feeling like we are not allowed to know what we often know. And it feels like there is for no apparent reason...it just happens...comes out of "nowhere." This has been happening in the human psyche for tens of thousands of years, and there's a bio-evolutionary reason for it. It serves as a governor for the evolutionary progress of your life... To what end? So that you don't advance beyond your capacity to contain it. Mantra creates a sensation for us to follow to optimization… Think of your physical body as an unprogrammed micro-chip or SIM card… Just as there are programming languages for computers and technology, kundalini yoga is one programming language for the physical body, the bio-electrical computer. It can program us through the physical body into the emotional body through the energetic body so that we can take in as much of the soul body as possible… ** Join The 13 Moons Community with Guru Singh and practice the new 28-Day Meditation Journey alongside heart-led members like yourself.
