On this episode: EC is joined by Hip Hop duo, The Combine. Made up by lyricist, Triune and vocalist, E.Q.; the guys have a in-depth conversation about the important dynamic that artists form with their fans. But first, get to know Triune and E.Q. as they go through a fun round of "This or That" with EC.About The CombineThe Combine brings a fresh upbeat sound unlike other musical groups. Triune is no stranger to the spotlight, having achieved success in the battle rap world, and touring with artists like KRS-One, De La Soul and Talib Kweli, among others. E.Q. carries music in his blood as his mother is Grammy Award-winning R&B singer Deniece Williams, and also studied the technique at Musician's Institute in Hollywood, CA.Together they have released multiple tracks such as “All Good,” a motivational homage to Nipsey Hussle. Although “All Good” was released in October 2021, it has already gained wide recognition from being featured on Fox Sports' NFL Sunday Segment with Jalen Ramsey. It has also been featured in over 50 Spotify playlists.A second single “Park the Whip (Feat. Kace the Producer)” was also featured in a CBS Sports segment on NFL Quarterback Deshaun Watson. Both songs will be featured on their upcoming album ‘Ambition,' a project which perfectly blends Triune's lyricism with E.Q.'s R&B vocals. An unparalleled arrangement, The Combine is a union of two unique sounds, which proves to be the winning combination in producing unmatched music.Hip Hop Leaf: MCLike the pod?
