Feeling is one of your most powerful tools when it comes to manifesting your desires. Feel like your kids are watching too much TV? A few months ago I did! Between the pandemic, daycare closing for a couple of months and cooler temperatures setting in we had fallen into the habit of watching quite a bit of TV, to the point where I felt like it needed to change. I implemented some new rules, drastically decreased the amount of TV my kids were watching, and in doing so saw some incredible changes happen! Join me as I talk about why it's so much harder to implement TV time today, the schedule I implemented around TV in our house hold and the positive benefits I've seen come from this with my two kids. How to Sleep Train Your Baby Part 2. Sleep training both of my kids was hands down one of the best decisions I ever made, but it doesn't come without it's struggles at times. It takes work in the beginning, but it is 100% worth it when the result is a baby that sleeps well. In this episode, Part 2 of this 2 Part Series, Ellanee Wilson, Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach, dives into the importance of scheduling in sleep training and the potential impact of developmental milestones on your babies sleep. This is information you want to be aware of ahead of time so when you encounter these things you can recognize them and are able to work through them without throwing in the towel.
