It wasn’t until I met my husband - who is also a functional health doctor - that things started to turn around. I went from picking up fast food almost every night and never slowing down, to connecting with my intuition and prioritizing my health. Now, I help women with adrenal fatigue and hormone imbalances feel like themselves again through natural lifestyle tips and supportive superfood blends.
