Un grupo de alumnos del IES Canido acaba de regresar de Beius (Rumanía) donde ha participado en un nuevo intercambio del programa Erasmus+. Acompañados por sus profesores, entre ellos Maca y Tomás, se sumergieron en en una experiencia única que combinó el aprendizaje cultural, histórico y medioambiental. Tras llegar a Budapest (Hungría) y continuar el viaje hacia Beius, cerca de la frontera húngara, el grupo se adentró en un programa centrado en comparar cómo era la vida en el pasado con la actualidad, poniendo especial atención en aquellos hábitos antiguos que resultaban más sostenibles y respetuosos con el medio ambiente. Durante su estancia, visitaron lugares tan impresionantes como las ruinas de las fortalezas dacias de Sarmizegetusa, declaradas Patrimonio de la Humanidad, situadas en un entorno natural de gran belleza donde incluso se pueden encontrar osos. También exploraron la famosa Bears Cave (la Cueva de los Osos), un espacio natural repleto de estalactitas y estalagmitas que deja sin palabras. La inmersión cultural va más allá de las visitas. El grupo descubrió tradiciones locales tan curiosas como el rapto de la novia antes de las bodas y disfruta de la gastronomía rumana, probando delicias como el Sarmale —un rollo de carne aderezada y envuelta en hoja de col cocinada— y sus variadas y sabrosas sopas. Gran parte de las actividades se desarrollaron en el Colegiul National Samuil Vulcan, donde convivieron y colaboraron con alumnado y profesorado de otros países. En una de las sesiones, Tomás, el profesor de Educación Física y Francés del IES Canido participó junto a dos profesores suecos, Rune y Jakob. También destacó la presentación del centro gallego a cargo de Ainara Montoya do Nascimento, que, junto a sus compañeros, utilizó Las Meninas de Canido como símbolo para hablar del instituto y su identidad. Las experiencias se sucedieron en distintos escenarios: desde el patio central de la escuela hasta el museo etnográfico local, donde un pequeño grupo profundizó en las raíces culturales, permitiendo alumnado practicar idiomas y conocer otras realidades, y además también les invitaron reflexionar sobre un modo de vida más sostenible, inspirándose en el pasado para construir un futuro más consciente.

We are wondering how we could go about getting it removed/shrunken? Would you recommend the 21 day detox or a cleanse of some sort? Thank you for taking the time every week to answer questions. Alberto: I am 71 and was diagnosed with BPH. My PSA is low and testosterone levels are in range for my age. The urologist mention that it's very large and no treatment at this stage except surgery. I was referred to have an MRI. Any natural solution to improve my situation. I am not diabetic, have normal blood pressure and weight. Follow a low carb diet, intermittent fasting 5 days a week and 3 days fast once a month. I am Very confused about the right amount of animal protein intake in this situation? After being awake for 1.5 hours, I fall back to sleep. Was told its my appendix and almost had it removed in '22-'23. Doctors I've met with recently said if it were my appendix, it would hurt more. Been diagnosed with hiatal hernia, LPR, IBS, slow gut motility, stool burden, diverticulosis etc. To cut a long story short, not looking for a diagnosis, just wondering if you've seen this in your practice. Namely, early morning gut discomfort on the right side (colon?) which often subsides as the morning progresses or is relieved via bowel movements. In these cases, they have pain when they have sex… Or if the body is too fat. 2.) Difficulty being aroused. When women are:stressed out, tired, depressed, too many problems,bad lover, or have anxiety. -the majority of women don't like under these circumstances to have sex with men.3.) Aversion to sex and/or of men.If a girl is growing up in a family that abuse sex then the girl will have a bad consciousness if it will enjoy sex.On average every 10th girl is sexually abused through their family… In both cases, the sexually abused woman needs a therapy to get rid of all these aversions of sex and traumas. Otherwise, intimacy or a deep connection to her boyfriend or spouse will be a problem.4.) Asexuality. Women who have no or less sex drive… That is possible.5.) Inability to reach orgasm.Up to 10-20% of women never achieve an orgasm. In all cases exist some remedies… First, check a female doctor. A.) For a low testosterone level, menopause and aging take daily:1.) Maca powder from a high altitude mountain (Andean) (otherwise it will not work!!!). En 2022 el artista Pablo Atchugarry abrió las puertas del MACA, el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Atchugarry en Manantiales, Punta del Este. Por ahí pasaron exposiciones de artistas internacionales contemporáneos hasta colecciones de artistas uruguayos como Joaquín Torres García y María Freire. Con los años, el museo expandió sus horizontes. Por ejemplo, inició talleres de cine y teatro, con sus propias salas para ver películas u obras dramáticas. Y desde el año pasado, esa expansión incluye un programa de radio. Radiomundo forma parte de la creación que sucede en este lugar con MACA Al Aire, un programa emitido desde el museo que busca capturar la esencia artística y cultural de sus alrededores. Today I want to shine a spotlight on maca, a herb you've probably heard lots about in the wellness space, but for those of us with endo, it can be confusing to know if it's helpful or whether we should avoid it. Because maca can help us handle stress and burnout, I thought this busy time of year is a perfect opportunity to talk about it! Maca is an adaptogen herb, which means it helps our bodies to adapt to physical and emotional stressors. Maca does this by acting on the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis (HPA axis) to promote a more normalised stress response. The HPA axis is a system between our brain and adrenal glands that controls our stress response and our cortisol and adrenaline output. Jurandir Filho, Evandro de Freitas e Bruno Carvalho batem um papo sobre o Disney Club, popularmente conhecido como Disney CRUJ (Comitê Revolucionário Ultrajovem). Esse foi um dos programas infantis mais icônicos da televisão brasileira durante os anos 90. Estreou em 1997 no SBT, trazendo uma proposta inovadora, que mesclava desenhos animados da Disney com um conceito criativo de "clube secreto" comandado por crianças. O programa era apresentado por personagens como Caju, Chiclé, Maca, Maluca, e outros, que apareciam usando máscaras e disfarces, em um ambiente lúdico que lembrava uma sede clandestina. Essas crianças, que lideravam o CRUJ, tinham como missão transmitir desenhos animados diretamente para a televisão das casas de outros jovens, como se estivessem hackeando a programação regular. A ideia central era que o programa era produzido "secretamente" pelas crianças para o público jovem, promovendo uma sensação de pertencimento e rebeldia. Os personagens usavam apelidos e falavam gírias da época, o que aumentava a identificação com a audiência. O Disney CRUJ exibia clássicos da animação como "Pateta e Max", "Timão e Pumba", "DuckTales" e "A Turma do Pateta", entre outros. Além dos desenhos, o programa contava com esquetes e interações ao vivo, onde os personagens debatiam questões do cotidiano infantil, desde brincadeiras até temas como escola e amizade.
