In this episode I share about my recent portal with lowering my prices and everything I've learned from this experience. I have been on a recent journey of reevaluating everything I've been conditioned to believe makes me happy. I've been unraveling that all, and discovering what provides true purpose, fulfillment, and connection in life - which is what we are all ultimately searching for. I believe we all have a collective longing, an implanted searching for more. We live in a consumerism culture that convinces us that this longing can be satiated by more things. However, even with more and more stuff, our yearning for happiness still swells. In this episode I dive into the spending epidemic, the fleeting dopamine hits from shopping, how to thoughtfully craft your life to live more minimally, and ultimately access true peace and content.

In this episode I dive into the importance of feeling your feelings to completion, why we resist this and the impact of avoiding this process.
