Bij aansprakelijkheid denken wij aan foute en schade die we berokkenen, maar in het geval van ondernemers gaat het ook om insolventie. Als de onderneming failliet gaat, maakt het een wereld van verschil of de ondernemer een vennootschap heeft, of niet, en welke vennootschap. Met een vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid zoals een bv of een nv kunnen de schuldeisers van uw onderneming via een deurwaarder uw gezinswoning niet leeghalen op zoek naar hun geld. Zonder vennootschap of met een vennootschap met onbeperkte aansprakelijkheid kan dat wel. Ze kunnen zelfs de sleutels van uw woning opeisen, tenzij u via een verklaring bij de notaris deze op voorhand hebt veilig gesteld. Just so everybody knows, Yolanda's gonna be our blade expert at Weather Guard helping us with a, a number of issues that operators have around the world, uh, for things that Rosie can't take care of. Call in Yolanda. So leading off this week, an interesting story from RWE and a big press release about it. Joel, uh, RDB has achieved a breakthrough in offshore wind logistics. By successfully testing cargo drones at its German wind farms, and, uh, the first time in German offshore airspace. Both long range autonomous drones and short distant cargo drones have been used in daily wind farm operations. Uh, the pilot project demonstrated how different drone types can deliver spare parts, tools, and supplies to turbines. Uh, they were able to move up. About 10 kilograms, which is like roughly 25 pounds over about 40 kilometers. [00:02:00] That's a pretty good rate. Uh, this is unique though to Europe because I think in the United States we're not even allowed to do this, right? Um, you can, it just depends on getting special permits. So it's called a bv, LOS or BV loss, uh, beyond visual line of sight. Uh, so you can get, if you have specific, uh, software packages and you're not over a major city and certain things, you can get those kind of, um, certificates from the FAA, but they're not easy. Uh, the, the cool thing about this is, I mean, let's just put our technician hat on for a second. Even an onshore wind farm. I'm up tower and I go, oh, Alan and Rosemary and Yolanda and I are up tower and, and I go, who brought up the 10 millimeter socket? And none of us did. Now we have to draw short straws to see you, has to climb all the way down and get the 10 millimeter and come all the way back up. Whereas with a drone, you could just fly up, land on the nelle and you have your tool, but it also means that you don't have to [00:03:00] bring everything that you might conceivably need with you up there. So like when you are climbing towers every day, you've, you're taking so much junk with you every time you go up, every time you go down and. Like it sounds easy. Oh, they've got elevators in there. And that's true. You don't have to like put it in a backpack and climb up a ladder with it. Um, in towers that have a lift, but it's still, once you get to the top of the lift,

On March 7, 2025, we released an episode summarizing key aspects of a NEJM publication regarding male partner therapy for women with recurrent BV. Although that study had limitations, the results were very surprising. Now, on 10/16/25 (7 months later), the ACOG has a new Clinical Practice Update (CPU) on this very issue. Too often when women are dealing with health issues—whether menstrual-related problems, perimenopause, menopause, vaginal infections, recurrent yeast, BV, high-risk HPV, or abnormal pap smears—we're left without enough information. Women are experiencing fatigue, weight they can't seem to lose, autoimmunity, gut health issues, skin rashes, anxiety, depression, and migraines. I've been there. I've experienced these symptoms too. I know how difficult it is to get answers and to get real help. The standard medical approach, particularly for women's health issues, relies on very few test results. You can do a blood test, but the commonly ordered blood tests often don't include the tests that would provide the specific information we need to figure out the underlying issues. If you've been dealing with any kind of health issues and you've already been to the doctor's office, they've sent you home saying all of your blood work is normal and/or your vaginal culture is normal, or if you're dealing with recurrent bladder infections and the doctor says you can just keep taking antibiotics—to me, that's just not enough of an answer. If I haven't met you before, I'm Dr. Doni Wilson. I'm a naturopathic doctor, midwife, and clinical nutritionist. That means I was trained as a primary care provider for women's health, and I understand all of the guidelines of standard medicine. Yet many years ago I too was in the gynecology office with migraines, severe menstrual cramps, and high-risk HPV. I realized there has got to be more answers out there, and so I became a medical investigator for my own health but also for my patients. From  Tarantino's hyper cool nostalgia and rockabilly soundtracks, to the Cohen brother's wild humor set to a backdrop of blunt, brutal violence, the ripple effects of this strange little film about a strange little world continues to shudder its way through time.  The premise is simple enough: Jeffery (Kyle MacLachlan) returns home from college to his small 1950s-tinged nostalgia  town, finds a severed, moldy ear in a field, and embarks upon a self-guided odyssey into the darker parts of the town's worn-down crevices, only to find that his thirst to drink in the dark might be stronger than he'd like.  The premise is simple, but the film that unravels from beneath its surface is anything but.  Relying largely on sensory instincts and “day dream logic”, Blue Velvet presents a rather loose and tangled web of threads that people love to try and straighten, only to find that the harder one pulls, the quicker the strings curl into something new.  Is this film an oedipal psychodrama? A coming of age story? A heartland conspiracy?
