丽莎老师讲机器人之纳米级成像,人类终于看清大脑每个神经元欢迎收听丽莎老师讲机器人,想要孩子参加机器人竞赛、创意编程、创客竞赛的辅导,找丽莎老师!欢迎添加微信号:153 5359 2068,或搜索微信公众号:我最爱机器人。Science杂志最新封面报道,科学家们成功扫描了果蝇的完整大脑,达到了纳米级成像,将测绘速度提高了1000倍!有解读大脑的能力,科学家就可以追踪神经元之间的联系,从而破解大脑的奥秘。最新出版的Science杂志封面,报道了MIT和霍华德·休斯医学研究所(HHMI)科学家们的最新成果,他们成功对果蝇的完整大脑进行了成像,清晰度达到了纳米级,而且只用了不到三天时间!几十年来,神经科学家一直梦想绘制出一幅完整的大脑神经网络的精细地图,包括人脑、老鼠和果蝇的神经网络。有了这种能力,科学家就可以追踪神经元之间的联系,进而了解大脑是如何做出决定的。利用电子显微镜对果蝇大脑的神经元和突触进行全面测绘已经花费了10年的时间,数十人为此付出了努力。科学家们通过结合两种最先进的技术,膨胀显微镜(expansion microscopy)和晶格层光显微镜(lattice light-sheet microscope),新的大脑测绘速度提高了1000倍。值得注意的是,发明了晶格层光显微术的Eric Betzig教授获得2014年诺贝尔化学奖,这次登上Science封面的论文,也有Eric Betzig的名字。论文的通讯作者MIT教授Edward S. Kada je ko prvi put emulirao, a kada virtuelizovao Miki prvi put emulirao Macintosh na Atariju ST: Spectre emulator i Aladin emulator. Posle toga SoftPC (podsećanje na ZZ-a, Sezam i Vreme) i SoftWindows. Mikijev prvi objavljeni tekst u novinama je bio u Vremenu na temu emulatora. Danas bi se za to koristio Basilisk Virtual PC PearPC - emulator PowerPC-a na Windowsu Šta ko od nas koristi danas i zašto Glavni igraču u Mac svetu su: VMWare Fusion 7, Parallels Desktop 10 i Oracle VirtualBox 4.3.26 Miki zbog posla ima nekoliko Windows i Mac virtuelnih mašina u VMWareu i Parallelsu. Neke su stalne, neke privremene. Probao i Linux, čak i Android VM u Parallelsu. Miki obajsnio neke cake u vezi sa svojim poslom koje možda mogu nekome koristiti (mogućnost da se ima preko 10 GB instaliranog 4D softvera u svim virtuelnim mašinama, a da se ne duplira zauzeti prostor). Jedno poređenje i još jedno poređenje ova tri alata. Alek koristi VMWare Fusion 6 u kome 2D igre tipa Age of Empires II HD rade savršeno, na Early 2011 Macbook Prou. Uz 8GB RAM-a (od ukupno 16) dodeljenih virtuelnoj mašini. Sloba koristi VMWare Workstation i nešto malo VirtualBox Windows na Macu Miki ne koristi BootCamp. Alekova supruga je stalno u njemu.
