Recently, as I scroll through TikTok I come across a rapper's profile that caught my attention. His name is Robert AKA "Castor Pollux". A true lyricist to the fullest degree. As someone who aspires to own the experience of performing a hip hop song on stage at somepoint, I am thoroughly intrigued. His appearance as a performer not exactly reflecting your standard Hip Hop representative, led me to believe he may have something to offer with his vocalized talent. HE DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. Specifically, I'm fed videos of him behind a desk in a office cubicle. Wearing a cheesy polo apparently, lipsyincing to his own recorded songs. His chin draped in this ZZ top like beard narrowly avoiding a dip in his cup of Joe. I love the contrasting nature of his style. Reminiscent of a popular Hip Hop duo in the 90's titled "The High and Mighty", the sound of his unique voice and catchy cadence hypnotize the little chubby Hip Hop fan that resides within. Naturally, we hit it off as we journey into the past where it is revealed that our substitution for lack of a digital landscape fulfilling our need for adventure becomes the streets and it's inhabitants surrounding our broken family homes. ZZ Ward was born in 1986 and is an American Singer-Songwriter from Roseburg, Oregon. She signed with Hollywood Records to release here debut EP, Criminal in 2012, which preceded the release of her debut studio album, Til The Casket Drops, that same year. Her second studio album, The Storm was released in 2017, which peaked atop the Billboard Blues Albums Chart. Her third studio album, Dirty Shine (2023), was released independently and met with cricital acclaim. On Friday, March 14 (2025) ZZ will be releasing her next album which is on the famous blues label: Sun Records, titled Liberation.

「ディープな昭和に魅了され…「昭和レトロ」がZ世代でいまブームに「今の時代にはない人の温かみ、その時代だからこそ出せる味わいが面白い」」　Z世代の間では、いま、昭和を感じさせる街並みやアイテムが人気を集めるなど、レトロブームとなっています。そうした中、ディープな昭和の魅力にはまった女性に密着、そのワケを聞きました。昭和時代の写真を懐かしむ人々。この日に開催されたのは、約40年前に閉園した千葉県の遊園地・谷津遊園を振り返るイベントです。写真などは一般の人から集められました。8ミリフィルムの上映会には、若い人の姿も。参加した高校生：よく古いビデオを見る。（昔のものは）今はない深みを感じる。このイベントの主催者の1人、明里さん（25）。普段は、会社で働いている傍ら、出身地の千葉県内を中心に歴史を感じさせる建物などを巡り、写真を撮影。約4年前からブログなどで公開しています。明里さん：千葉県中、ほぼ全域行っているので、全市町村、何回も回って行っています。江戸時代のテレビドラマを見て歴史にはまり始めた小学生時代。勉強し、昔の文化を新聞にまとめました。中学生のときには、65kmにもおよぶ成田街道を歩き、資料を作成。これらは自由研究として発表し、市で賞を受賞しました。これが街歩きに目覚めるきっかけでした。休日などに、レトロな商店街や自販機、電柱にまで目を配る明里さん。千葉・市川市にある銭湯の石乃湯では、実際にまきをくべて温度調整する体験も。石乃湯・石橋進さん：昔の経験して、記録に残して発信をしてくれて、とてもありがたい。これまでにブログであげた記事は1800本以上。1月下旬には、初の著書が出版されます。自分の足で歩き、目で見て、話を聞く。実際にその場にいくからこそ、気づくことのできる魅力を明里さんに聞いてみると、「昭和の文化、かわいいなって思う感情。今の時代にはない人の温かみ、その時代だからこそ出せる味わいが面白い」と話してくれました。ただ、昔ながらの建物は、維持するのが難しく閉業が後を絶ちません。

Just hopped off a workshop with the Association of Management Consultants in Macedonia, and let me tell you, a mindset shift hit me like a ton of bricks. Last year, I was all about waiting for the organization to kickstart a project certifying Macedonian consultants. But this time, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Proposed dropping €10,000 to get it rolling independently, with the association on board for a share of the revenue. And you know what? They loved the idea. Here's the kicker – I'm not going solo. I pitched the concept of pooling resources, and more than five consultants are already on board. It's a mindset shift from solo to teamwork, from playing it safe to taking calculated risks. During the holidays, I watched this killer video that slapped me with some hard truth: it's not a "WHAT" problem, it's a "WHO" problem. Let me break it down with a cool story from Malta.
