Architect Alan Cosh meets the owner of the Georgian Churcher's College building on College Street, Paul Fisher. Once home to Lord Hylton, as well as home to Richard Churcher's school for sailors, the building was also used for tea dances during the war. Hampshire County Council took it over in the 1980s but neglected to maintain it and it descended into a state of disrepair, says Paul.
