I'm back with a brand new season (and a new name) for my podcast. After almost ten years of podcasting, I was kind of bored of the sound of my own voice. And of listening to interviews with business owners about how brilliant they are... When what I really wanted to hear about was the mistakes and messy bits …I also really wanted to get back to my 'journalism' roots. And my favourite thing ever - doing in-depth profile interviews. The first season of interviews covers everything from getting screwed over by a business partner, trying to run a business after a bereavement, pausing a business after a relationship breakdown, coming back after a major depressive episode and more ... featuring Sophie Milliken, Lucy Davies, Lizi Jackson Barrett, Mike Morrison, Stefan Thomas, Tim Lewis, Rachel Spencer, Kerry Jordan and more. Find out what to expect from the Courageous podcast in this short trailer. Make sure you follow the Courageous podcast on your favourite podcast app - so you don't miss out when the new season lands and/or on any of the bonus episodes.2025 Courageous Business Planner Bundle - Apply PODCAST10 at checkout and save 10%.Janet Murray's website LinkedIn Facebook Instagram

“You pay your mortgage for the year and you just show up and do nothing.” - Chris, on major celebrities voice acting On this week's episode, we're chatting about the barely-feature-length sequel, Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties! How in the world did Jon Arbuckle not sense two live animals in his luggage? Is Billy Connolly good in this movie? Shouldn't it have been against the law to play this much Black Eyed Peas on a film soundtrack? How eerie is it for Jon to secretly follow/stalk Liz to England? And how do you have all these adorable barnyard animals and they're not the U.S. Acres friends? Missed opportunity! PLUS: Chris weighs in on the all-new The Garfield Movie starring everyone's favorite Mario, Chris Pratt! Harold “H” Landry, a self-made Cajun millionaire, left behind his life in Louisiana to pursue an international romance with a British woman, Lucy Davies, whom he met online. This seemingly perfect relationship ended when Lucy Landry was murdered at their home over a decade later in February 2010. Landry didn't deny killing her, but when the trial began, the past came back to haunt him. “48 Hours" correspondent Richard Schlesinger reports. Engineering Success interviews Lucy Davies an Integration Engineer at BAE Systems. Lucy studied for an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering at Loughborough University, completing a summer and year internship during her course before joining the BAE Systems graduate scheme in September 2021. During her graduate scheme she worked at the forefront of aerospace technology and has contributed directly to the next generation of military aircraft design through the Tempest programme. Lucy worked as a Safety Integration Engineer which meant that she worked on every element of the platform and completed analysis that led to physical design changes on the aircraft. After recently finishing on the graduate scheme Lucy has taken a new role on BAE System's new Electric Products programme, working on cutting edge sustainable aircraft design. Lucy recently passed her IEng and is now an Incorporated Engineer with the Royal Aeronautical Society. During university Lucy noticed the disparity between the number of male and females studying engineering and started devoting time to showcasing the STEM field to younger people. Through her tenure as the Programme President she was able to establish the courses first EDI committee and has since carried on this work, being an active STEM ambassador and now sitting on the WISE Young Professionals' Board as the Engagement Lead.
Lots of us recognize the problem but we're not sure what to do about it. Andrew Coppens joins me to talk about his new podcast "Reviving Liberty" and to share some very workable suggestions of things we can start doing today. It's surprising how much an unexpected call from a friend can lift a person's spirit. In fact, a new psychological study confirms that unexpectedly reaching out to a friend is more appreciated than we assume. The Davos crowd has plans for all of us. Lucy Davies says remember to protect our children because the great reset is coming for them too. Maintaining awareness of the blatant mental manipulation that's aimed at us every day is an essential survival. Catt Black has a great explanation of why we're thrown into conflicts that aren't of our choosing. The more the ruling class and the media try to convince us that Ray Epps is just an innocent bystander from Jan 6 and not a key instigator, the more suspicious it looks. Nobody is covering this like Revolver News. Sponsors: HSL Ammo Monticello College Life Saving Food Garage Door Pros --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/loving-liberty/support
