Has Red Bull given themselves another headache with Liam Lawson's promotion to Max Verstappen's teammate? Climb the ladder with me on Patreon: https://patreon.com/lawvsRed Bull Racing's future may hinge on Liam Lawson's performance, and the stakes have never been higher. The rising Kiwi talent is under immense pressure to keep pace with Max Verstappen—staying within three-tenths—while ensuring the current champion remains comfortable. Helmut Marko's expectations for Lawson, coupled with the team's evolving car development without Adrian Newey's full-time input, create a situation brimming with tension. Yuki Tsunoda's missed opportunity adds further intrigue, and the exit of Sergio Perez intensifies the need for Red Bull to balance aggressive potential with team harmony. In this video, see how these shifting dynamics could transform not just Lawson's career, but the entire Red Bull hierarchy. Whether Lawson surpasses all predictions or struggles under the weight of these demands, Red Bull faces a delicate act: retaining Verstappen's loyalty while grooming a fresh star. From the Junior Program's influence to the critical role of the RB21, this is a moment that could alter the course of Formula 1. Junior coaching is a bit of a balancing act. If you do it right, your time with the kids in the program makes up a very small part of their athletic career, but those years are so formative, and important for establishing a potentially life long love of the sport. While watching a junior practice in Guelph recently, I noticed that while there were provincial and nationally ranked competitors training their guts out, the interactions between all teammates were still ones that you would expect out of people that age...that is to say, they were clearly having fun. On this week’s show, we look at the junior programs and chat with the coaches, Rachelle Campbell (sprint) and Jeff Haller (distance), as well as assistant coach Joe Chappell, and some of the kids involved in the program.

Welcome to Golf Talk Live! This week the Coaches Corner panel takes a break. Instead, I give you 10 ways to save your golf game this winter. Later in the show I am joined by Brian Dobbie - PGA Teaching Professional at the Montclair Golf Club in New Jersey. Here's more about Brian: Brian has been a PGA member since 1994 and Golf Professional since 1991. Teaching golf is his passion – both the mechanical side and physical side. He has been teaching at Montclair Golf Club the last several years which is home to an outstanding Junior Program that grows each season. All level of players can benefit from a fitness program tailored to their needs. Teaching Philosophy Brian believes that the student learns by doing. If the ball is going to the right, he believes the proper question to ask is "what" made the ball go to the right, rather than "why." By replacing why with what, the student's learning process begins. Along with the student, Brian will first consider the clubface at impact and then the path on which the club was swinging. From there, it becomes a process of creating different shots, making the ball go left or right and high or low. By creating different shots the student learns faster. Brian works with all level of players and emphasizes the short game and scoring shots over the full swing. The TBDA has introduced a Junior program within their foundation to help support young folks struggling with tick-borne illness. John will educate us on how we can help children and teens struggling with these chronic illnesses.
