Want to share your thoughts about the podcast? Text a Message!Another fantastic interview for the Riding Instructor Series!I had a huge smile on my face during this interview, as I soon found out that Tiffany is a kindred spirit, leading with kindness, always. I'm sure you will enjoy hearing Tiffany's approach to teaching and connecting with her students.Bio:Tiffany Andrews (Dressage, Eventing, H/J) grew up riding in lesson barns and started her competition career at age 13. When she aged out of the junior divisions she went straight into working with horses professionally, owning and managing her own boarding/training business for 10 years. Currently Tiffany trains out of Morningside Stables and manages their Linthicum MD location. She spends her days teaching a wide variety of students, many whom have come to her with problem and project horses, or have confidence issues in the saddle and on the ground. Tiffany believes in building confidence in both horse and rider to help make their goals a reality. Tiffany offers full and partial training, lessons, clinics, and coaching at shows. She specializes in eventing and dressage but also has a strong background in hunters/jumpers and equitation. Over the years she's shown her main horse Crown Royal, whom she brought along herself, in the 3'6" hunters, the meter jumpers, training level eventing, and up through 3rd level dressage. Along with teaching riders and training client or program horses, Tiffany also is working to bring along her 4 year old OTTB, Frozen, with plans for her to be her next upper level competition horse. For more info, kindly visit: morningsidestables.horse~~~~~~~~~~Thanks so much for listening! So a business you own is undergoing an event that's made the future less certain—so what's your next move as a value investor? Finding the right time to sell can be difficult when the M.O. is to buy and hold, but knowing when to break with an investment can be just as important as knowing what to buy in the first place. Investing success hinges on finding antifragile companies—those that thrive in adversity and compound growth over time. Focusing on a few resilient businesses, rather than over-diversifying, leads to better long-term returns, especially during downturns. Rather than timing the market, investors should prioritize companies with strong fundamentals and compounding potential. Patience and discipline are vital to benefit from their growth through adversity. On this week's show, Phil and Danielle discuss how to approach your investments having events and what the Rule #1 philosophy can tell us about these situations.
