Welcome Scott Box to the podcast this week!  When I was contacted about interviewing him and reading his book, I knew he would be the perfect guest to kick off this special series of the podcast dedicated to bringing awareness to mental health in the church.  I pray that hearing Scott's story will encourage you to seek help if you are struggling in any area of your life. Scott Box is the founder of the ministry, Worship Hero. His mission is to change the way people understand and practice worship by providing tools to "Pursue Jesus. Reflect Jesus." as a habit leading to hope; to live lifestyles of heroic disgrace. He lives in Central Oregon with his wife Kariann, daughter Ainsley and son Titus. They share their home with a four-pound dog that has no teeth. "The Great Hero, Jesus Christ, makes healthy what He does not heal. I am proof,” Box earnestly shares. “Health is always an option, even when healing is not God's plan. There is always hope." This was such a fun episode.  My friend, Kariann, and I have bonded during the pandemic finding ourselves on Instagram and in Clubhouse together.  Thankful for her friendship.  We talk about preparing for new stages of motherhood, taking leaps when you're scared, and a healthy mindset where it comes to nutrition.  I love her spirit and I know you will, too! Kariann Bowles has had a passion for health & fitness for well over a decade. She's tried many of the fad diets over the yeas to maintain her own health. It wasn't until her 40s she realized the need to focus on nutrients, not just calories. In her own pursuit of optimal healthy and the desire to help others, she enrolled in health & nutrition school at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Now at 45 she is focusing her efforts on optimal hormone balance for her own self and that of her clients, to make the journey of peri-menopause to menopause as painless as possible. Kariann married her high school sweetheart, has 2 teenagers, 1 in college & 1 in high school and is ready to embrace the next stage of life. Clearing Negative Karmic patterns. While we all do our own Negative Karmic Clearing from lifetime to lifetime, there are certain negative choices that we've not worked through and are on repeat, creating anywhere from mild annoyance to complete havoc in certain areas within all of your lifetimes. Those issues or the inability to manifest what you’ve been working so hard to achieve in your life are what often bring you to me. You may have heard the many Soul Success stories on my podcast, that reveal my clients’ lives which have changed in ways they’d only dreamed of and that are now their reality. Here are the words of CC:Kariann’s reboot clearings, sessions and coaching have been phenomenal! I have conquered fears, accomplished huge goals, and found inner peace. I would recommend her and her resources to anyone! Thank you! Kariann is the best!Aw, thank you, CC!I’m so excited for CC, especially as she takes the tools that I’ve shared with her into her life as the Powerful Creator of Her Experiences. So, back to sharing more Soul Success stories . . .Kelly did not want to resort to medications for an acute and extremely painful episode. She remembered the time when a previous six day hospitalization did not resolve the acute pain that felt like a knife going from the right side of her stomach through to her back. All tests and the surgeons’ reports were negative. All narcotics, including morphine, did not offer relief for her. After six days, she was finally discharged with a back brace. It was not until her clearing, when back home, that she began to feel relief from the excruciating pain. So when she experienced a similar acute pain, now at her breast bone above her heart, she did not go to the ER, she did not take medication. She called me for a reading. When in her Akashic Record, I did see that a similar culprit as before, a Hungry Ghost, was indeed attached and drawing all of her Vital Force energy from her breast bone, exactly the way another had done to her abdomen years earlier. I let her know that this HG was someone she had killed 18 lifetimes ago. She knew from the previous reading that we all have killed in past lifetimes, as we lived in barbaric societies where we often needed to protect ourselves and our loved ones. The energy of the relationship between Kelly and that HG was aggression. This HG was in the background and resurfaced when Kelly began to aggressively complete her projects for her business that would benefit her clients. This is what triggered the Hungry Ghost. So I moved that HG along to its next appropriate experience. And I asked Kelly, what New Action she would take that would replace the energy of aggression, because that would be required in order to not ‘reverse” the clearing. She let me know that she would do her work in a way that respected her time, she would not work aggressively through the night, anymore. She would be kinder to herself with breaks and fun sprinkled throughout her day. Kelly let me know that the pain ebbed away.

Hello everyone! Welcome back to episode 8. The one thing you may note that is consistent throughout my teachings, is how important and impactful it is when we do our Divinity, our Soul Gifts. When my clients first come to me for an Akashic Record reading and clearing, the most common thing I hear is their lack of clarity. It could be “I want to know my purpose in life” or “I don’t know why my business is so busy, but I’m always tired” or “my partner is so up and down in our relationship, I’m so unhappy.”There is a way for you to gain clarity and a foothold on those issues, which are just the tip of the iceberg, I know. But whether it be issues around your business, your health or your relationships, I, through ongoing Akashic Record coaching, get you to an understanding of what is creating unwanted Negative Patterns in your life and what can be done that will create the results you long for.

Thinking about Halloween? I thought I'd share some of my "haunted" home and business Clearings. Welcome back to Episode 5! With Halloween around the corner, I thought I’d talk about all of the “Haunted” houses and businesses that I’ve cleared. Are you wondering if I have to be on the property decked in Ghostbuster garb with paraphernalia in hand? I don’t blame you if you do, since that is what the movies have portrayed. You might even wonder if I see dead people or evil spirits. Again legitimate questions since those are unwanted presences that we want removed from our home.Sorry to disappoint, but in reality, when I do a property reading and clearing, I don’t need to be there. In fact, I’ve done hundreds of successful clearings remotely. Just as I’m able to go into your Akashic record, so am I able to do that for a property, as long as I have permission from the owner or renter. It’s there that I can see what is inhabiting your home or business. I also detect what energy that Earthbound Soul or ghost is contributing to the home and its occupants.

The founding fathers–and mothers, sons and daughters–were British. Sort of. It’s true that they were subjects of the British crown, and that they looked, talked, acted and had the tastes of folks in London. But they were always different. Though they carried with them a sort of “British cultural package,” what they changed that cultural package, sometimes intentionally and sometimes accidentally. To draw an evolutionary analogy, they “speciated,” that is, evolved into something new. But just what it was they did not know, not before the Revolution and for a long time after it. In her enlightening Unbecoming British: How Revolutionary America Became a Postcolonial Nation (Oxford UP, 2011), Kariann Akemi Yokota tells us how early “Americans” dealt with the problem of “American” identity. They were nothing if not conflicted: they recognized that British culture was much more sophisticated than their own, but they also sought to find virtue in American rudeness. One of the most interesting things about Kariann’s book is how she uses a variety of unusual sources to study this cultural anxiety–porcelain, maps, paintings, furniture, architecture, cloth, clothes, and other artifacts of “material culture.” Her analysis made me look at the “material culture” in my own house differently (“What in the world does a Dustbuster say about being an American?”).
