Nein, Geoffory! Nein, nein, nein! We don't need any more of these stage shows! Yes, your dress sneakers are lovely (and, I hope, comfortable), but it's just been a couple of months since we last did this and we don't always need multiple drinks after dessert. Nonetheless, the Keighly opening light extravaganza of trailers and flashing lights has successfully invaded Cologne, Germany, and with it a whole new swag-sack of announcements to unpack. Or, rather, something like a modest lunchbox, but it still got stretched out a lot. This may all sound overtly negative, but Tim, Matt and Rob did all find some things of interest to talk about and look forward too. Well, Matt and Rob did, at least. Tim was in full cranky-boy mode. Probably because he had put down FF7: Rebirth for a couple of hours to play some superhero thing instead. In this week's episode Eddie and Leighton provide some information on the GCMA conference announced for 2019, as well as a quick summary of the recent CMAE European Conference held in Marbella. The first interview features Stuart Finlay formerly of Wales Golf who has recently moved into the role of General Manager at Radyr Golf Club in Cardiff.  Stuart talks about his time with wales Golf and how he approached his new role which is his first in Management.     Eddie will then chat to Alex Keighley a trailblazer of Yorkshire golf. Alex is the Head Professional at Huddersfield Golf Club (Fixby Hall), she also sits on the board of TGI and is a past Captain of the Northern region of The PGA. Alex is doing some sensational initiatives in developing a strong presence at Huddersfield Golf Club, including growing the Ladies and Juniors memberships, she provides more detail on this. Early in the interview Alex also talks about her days on the Tour.  

Keighly Rector is a lawyer, proud cat mom, and former competitive Irish step dancer from New York. While Keighly started running while in law school as a form of stress relief, she also found that running helped with her long-term battle with an eating disorder. Keighly opens up and shares how running and a reframed view of fitness and nutrition has helped her develop a positive relationship with her own body. With a balanced and holistic approach to training, fitness, nutrition; she finds herself stronger and faster, but more importantly, with decreased disorder behaviors and less anxiety and depression.
