Hoping you all are enjoying your summer so far. Happy to say that Penn and I are currently in full-on summer mode. After a very busy spring with our book tour, we've been lucky enough to squeeze in some beach time in between work, sports, camps, and college prep for Lola. Penn Charles capped off his busy spring with a celebration for graduating from 8th grade. PC was quick to remind us that this was “no big deal,” but we were excited to celebrate him. This sparked a conversation between Penn and me about what other milestones in your children's lives warrant a celebration (which was also a great walk down memory lane.) I've been a longtime fan of Kim and Penn Holderness, who I've had a parasocial relationship with for years as I love to consume and share their funny music videos, vlogs, and skits. And in more recent years, it's exciting to see them talking openly and with humor and authenticity about Penn's ADHD and how together, Kim and Penn navigate their marriage and raising kids in their mixed neurotype household. All that say, I loved having a chance to sit down with Kim and Penn to talk about their brand new book, out next week, called ADHD is Awesome: A Guide to (Mostly) Thriving with ADHD, which they wrote because they are on a mission to reboot how we think about ADHD by taking us inside their ADHD world, and all highs, lows, and moments in between. I think what I loved about their book, and this conversation, the most is that Kim and Penn are real and open about how beautiful, and yes, messy, it can be to navigate family life as a person with ADHD or as someone married to an ADHDer. And so in today's conversation, that's what we hear about — how Penn has learned to hack himself to manage his ADHD-related challenges, the ways in which ADHD has enriched their family life, how Kim has reframed her thinking and approach to support Penn's executive function challenges and be an “ADHD whisperer” while also taking care of her own emotional and mental well-being. After listening to this episode, I highly recommend you go to their Instagram or YouTube and check out their content. Their first book together, Everybody Fights, about how couples can fight better and end your arguments feeling closer, more loved, and better understood, came out in 2021. The book we're talking about today, ADHD is Awesome, comes out April 30. About Kim and Penn Holderness Kim and Penn Holderness have been married for sixteen years. For seven of those years, they have chronicled their marriage and their family with funny music videos, vlogs, skits, and a podcast. Their videos have resulted in over a billion views and 4.5 million followers across social media. Penn and Kim honed their storytelling skills with twenty-five combined years in the TV news business. Today, they own their own company, Holderness Family Productions, where Kim is Chief Executive Officer and Penn is Chief Creative Officer. As well as creating content for their channels, they also work alongside brands and agencies to shape product launches and marketing campaigns. Their book about improving communication in marriage was released March 30, 2021. Penn and Kim live in Raleigh, North Carolina, with their children, Lola and Penn Charles, and fluffy dog, Sunny. Things you'll learn from this episode How Penn navigated being diagnosed with ADHD in college and how that impacted his understanding of self and identity The power of “operation mindset shift” and reframing ADHD traits as strengths How Kim came to understand how Penn's brain wiring impacted his executive functioning How Penn has “hacked” himself to manage his ADHD symptoms and challenges The power of empathy, comfort, and connection when navigating a mixed neurotypes relationship What some of the “upsides” are for friends and family members of people with ADHD Resources mentioned for How ADHD is Awesome in Love & in Life The Holderness Family ADHD is Awesome: A Guide to (Mostly) Thriving with ADHD by Kim and Penn Holderness The Holderness Family Podcast ADHD is Awesome Book Trailer (YouTube) Everybody Fights: So Why Not Get Better At It? by Kim and Penn Holderness Dr. Ned Hallowell Dr. Ned Hallowell on How Parents Can Best Support Their Children with ADHD (Tilt Parenting podcast) Dr. Emily King Learn with Dr. Emily (podcast) ADHD 2.0: New Science and Essential Strategies for Thriving with Distraction - from Childhood Through Adulthood by Dr. Ned Hallowell Driven to Distraction: Recognizing and Coping with Attention Deficit Disorder from Childhood through Adulthood by Dr. Ned Hallowell and Dr. John Ratey Learn more about your ad choices. Kim and Penn Holderness pulled on their Christmas Jammies 10 years ago and churned out a viral video many still remember a decade later. They teamed up with their two young kids, Lola and Penn Charles, to rap about all the things that made 2013 special for them. Today, they are still making videos, but they are also releasing books, games, and merch. While they did win the 33rd season of The Amazing Race in 2022, Kim says another round of reality TV is not on their short list. She said, “Maybe like if you needed really middle-aged comedy, like the Golden Survivor. Also, if I needed to get trim really quick for an event.” But, she and Penn are game for sharing their family experiences in a fun and relatable way. “I think a lot of people make content that shows how funny they are, how great their life is, but as a viewer watching it, what's in it for me, that you're funny? No, I would prefer like make me laugh, show me something that I can relate to, make me feel something,” Kim said. She said News 6 helped shape her creative process. “I would say I learned a lot from our news director at WKMG, when I was there. His name was Skip Valet. When I was there for the afternoon pitch meeting, you had to walk in with three ideas. And if you didn't have an idea, (he would say) you need to take another way in to work.” And after making a pitch Kim said, “He would always kinda answer back like, ‘why would a viewer care about this story you just pitched.'” In addition to nailing the creative process, Kim and Penn bring a lot of raw talent to their content. Kim was trained in dance and Penn is a musician. But, even with all of that working in their favor, Penn said the duo threw a lot of spaghetti at the wall to see what would stick. Every video didn't go viral, but their success is evident. They currently have their own website, have nearly 5 million followers on Facebook, amassed nearly 18 million likes on TikTok, and are releasing a new book called “ADHD is Awesome.” Kim says Penn's book, “Is written for and by an ADHD brain.” The duo already has a game available at stores but said they hope to have another one available on Amazon by Black Friday. They also have taken up pickleball and are now offering a line of paddles online. They aren't alone in their success. Kim said their kids are very busy, but they are still active in some of their videos and have been making money with them since their original Christmas Jammies video went viral. For some reason, this summer feels busier than our regular school year. Our teen and pre-teen kids are involved in camps, sports, studying for SATs, and thinking about college. When I was their age, I was happen to hang with my friends and maybe get a part-time job scooping ice cream. Nowadays, teens are looking for internships to put on college resumes. What happened to summer? What happened to slowing down?We invited Carl Honoré, an international bestselling author, broadcaster and the voice of the Slow Movement to help us this week on the podcast. His two main-stage TED Talks have racked up millions of views, and his counter-intuitive message is this: To thrive in a fast world, you have to slow down. I probably say sorry at least twenty times a day. Of course I want to take accountability, but sometimes I apologize when I didn't do anything wrong. Which got me thinking, is there a problem with saying sorry too much? This week on the podcast, Penn and I invited Award-Winning Leadership Strategist & Global Peak Performance Consultant to Fortune 500s, Shadé Zahrai, to talk to us about what our sorries mean and what to say instead. If you have “Saying Sorry Syndrome” you can flip from apology to appreciation. Shadé helps us with some tips and tricks this week. Click here if you want to learn more about Shadé and her guide to stop over apologizing: https://www.shadezahrai.com/sorry. I want my kids to be happy. (I know, I know, I know. It's an impossible and unrealistic goal.) I've been in enough therapy sessions to know that chasing “happiness” is a fool's errand. We should really be appreciating all the moments we have on this planet. Being “happy” is a fleeting emotion. So when you get to see your child experience joy, true unbridled joy, you want to bottle the feeling and carry it in your heart forever. Last week, we had the chance to see Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in New Jersey and I got to witness what every mother wants. I got to see my kid (and about 70,000 others) really, really happy. This week Lola and I had debrief the entire concert experience on this week's podcast. She shared her favorite moments, the touching story behind my new favorite picture, and how Swifties came to our rescue after the concert. Lola also answers some of your most commonly asked questions. (And we give concert tips if you're going!)We wrote a book! My goal this year is to put myself in as many uncomfortable situations as possible. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone. On The Amazing Race, we were put in MANY uncomfortable positions. I found that it was easier for me to tackle bigger-picture things (like bungee jumping) than the everyday things. Something as simple as making a take-out order makes my pits sweat (and in a recent social media post, we found out many of you feel the same about phone calls to strangers!)Penn and I wanted to know why phone calls are making people anxious, so we asked Dr. Selena Snow. She says humans tend to pay more attention to negative information because we are hard-wired to spot danger. However, avoiding things that make us uncomfortable can make things worse. So, let's get uncomfortable and learn more... Learn more about Dr. Selena Snow here: https://snowpsych.com/in-the-media/ Tell us what you like, ask a question, or just say hi. Call 323-364-3929. Every time I learn about another mass shooting in this country, I lose at least a day. Though a school shooting in my community is my worst fear—it is happening at outlet malls like in Allen, Texas and at banks like in Louisville, Kentucky. It's happening at grocery stores, music festivals, movie theaters, and birthday parties. Mass shootings have changed the way we live our lives. So, we wanted to ask the question: How did we get here and what will stop gun violence in our country? This week we spoke with Ryan Busse, former top-performing firearms executive and author of the book, Gunfight: My Battle Against the Industry that Radicalized America. Ryan talks with us about why he left the gun industry after 25 years and the reality of what it will take to change the culture around guns. Whether you agree or disagree with our concern around gun violence, I hope you will listen and approach this podcast with an open mind. Imagine you are headed into your first day at a new job. You walk in the door and suddenly your mind is overwhelmed with thoughts: Nobody likes me. I'm a fraud. I'm dumb. I don't belong here. Suddenly, you are catastrophizing. Congratulations, you are in a thought trap. Thoughts traps happen to all of us, but anxious people the most. I knew immediately I needed to know more about what was happening to me, so we got in touch with author Morra Aarons-Mele. Morra recently wrote in the Harvard Business Review about thoughts traps…and how to make anxiety your superpower. She hosts the award-winning podcast The Anxious Achiever, and has written two books: Hiding in the Bathroom: How To Get Out There (When You'd Rather Stay Home) and The Anxious Achiever: Turn Your Biggest Fears into Your Leadership Superpower. Any parent with school-aged children can tell you how crazy the month of May is. Just like the month of December, the calendar is packed with activities, gatherings, and ceremonies. Except no presents, cookies, or twinkling lights. So we call it: Maycember. This week, I needed to a pick-me-up knowing we were headed into a crazy month. I figured if I was feeling like I needed a pick-me-up, maybe you did too. So I asked all of you on Instagram: What's the best advice you've ever received? And let me tell you, we got some good ones. You guys. It happened. I blinked and my tiny colicky-baby got her license. I keep repeating to myself, “She's a good driver. She's ready for this. She's a good driver.” But still, I think one of the hardest parts of parenting is celebrating the well-earned independence of our growing children, while trying not to openly grieve the stage we're leaving. I needed to call a friend to help with this transition. And it just so happens that I have a friend who is a parenting coach who always knows the right thing to say. Dr. Hope Seidel has been a pediatrician for more than 20 years. About ten years into her career, she began to notice she was healing parents more than children. She is now a parenting coach offering regular parenting classes and 1:1 parent coaching in her practice, Parent with Hope. Her words were so helpful. We invited her on this week's podcast to help us all deal with these big transitions in parenting. Recently, Kim said something to me that sort of hit me like a ton of bricks… “I can't always tell when you're listening to me.” We wrote a whole book on marriage communication called Everybody Fights with a section on active communication and magic words you can say for conversations that require extra care and attention. But the problem is that I learned how to cheat them. So I am working on new strategies for my ADHD brain not to space out - and I've got some tips. For whatever reason, truly listening takes a lot of effort for someone like me with ADHD. But I am trying to get better. We received a question last week about how to deal with some of the behaviors of ADHD when you are a person who experiences anxiety. It's something we have talked about plenty of times. The short answer is that it is a challenge for Kim. A few weeks ago, we had a particularly hard morning. Everything was fine, but that does not mean everything was fine. We talk about this and answer your questions this week - let us know what we missed! Tell us what you like, ask a question, or just say hi. Call 323-364-3929. Your support means the world to us. Apparently more people in their 40s get pregnant than I thought... This week, Penn and I talk about having to recently buy a pregnancy test and how that made us reflect on our parenting. We also hear from many of you what you would do differently with a second chance at parenting, and talk to our friends Taylor and Heidi Calmus. The Calmus Family is expecting baby #4 and we hear about their new children's book. Learn more here: https://amzn.to/3LHhNKP. Tell us what you like, ask a question, or just say hi. Call 323-364-3929. There's a lot of reasons we hold onto things, but one profound thing about that is: Everything that you own, owns a part of you. This week we talk with Kathryn Snearly, of the viral YouTube channel Do It On A Dime. Kathryn introduced me years ago to the idea of Swedish Death Cleaning. (And no, it's not where you listen to death metal music while you organize.) If you're in the stage of life where you are cleaning out items from a loved one who has passed and you feel overwhelmed, I hope you find comfort in this podcast. Kathryn discusses some of her own struggles with letting go of possessions from her loved ones and tips to help. We also talk about the two very different outlooks on clutter, writing your own "death wishes" document, and Midwest dialects. Take a listen to our discussion, and tell us if you feel inspired. In our family, Kim does most of the planning… groceries, kid schedules, house maintenance... so when it comes to family vacations, Kim deserves a break. So I planned our recent family vacation to Chamonix, France. We have talked about how we really loved our time on The Amazing Race, because it got us out of our comfort zone and took away all our distractions. So in that same vein, I wanted to plan an experience for my kids that was out of our comfort zone, free of distractions, and most importantly, that we would do together. We talk all about our vacation of forced family fun and how some of the tips we have are backed by actual science. (Plot twist!) Be part of the next chapter of our game, Family Faceoff! If you want a master class in forgiveness, marry someone with ADHD. While I am the queen of holding a grudge, Penn couldn't be more opposite. On this podcast, we discuss the connection between ADHD and forgiveness with Dr. Marcy Caldwell. Her gift for metaphor is something that resonates with Penn understanding his own brain. My favorite is her explanation around the ADHD brain being like a fishbowl, as well as some of the not so great things about ADHD and toxic relationships. In the end, it's probably good that Penn and I are yings to each other's yangs. Be part of the next chapter of our game, Family Faceoff! There is an adolescent mental health crisis going on in America right now. It's so severe, in fact, the US Surgeon General issued a rare advisory on protecting youth mental health. Take an already emotional developmental time and couple it with a global pandemic… that's a lot on teenagers. Dr. Lisa Damour explained that distress should not be your main worry as a parent of a teen. Distress is going to happen. Be part of the next chapter of our game, Family Faceoff! This week we did a whole episode about relatshes (our funny way of abbreviating relationships) in honor of Valentine's Day! We talk about how we met each other, we hear how some of you met each other, and for any of you single folk out there, we talk about where to find love. Oh, and we discuss how every love story in a rom-com movie is built on a lie. Happy Valentine's Day (or whenever you're listening to this!) Be part of the next chapter of our game, Family Faceoff! We had so much fun talking with Kim and Penn that we just couldn't stop. This is part two of our fun conversation where we touched on living with ADHD as adults, what content creation might look like in the future and more! If you don't know The Holderness Family, their videos have resulted in over a billion views and over 7.5 million followers across their social media platforms since they (accidentally) went viral in 2013 with their Christmas Jammies video. They have a best-selling book on marriage communication, a top-rated podcast, a fun-filled family card game, and most recently, they were the winners on Season 33 of The Amazing Race. Through their comedy, they tackle topics like living with ADHD and anxiety. Penn and Kim have been married for 17 years. They live in Raleigh, NC with their children, Lola and Penn Charles, and their dog, Sunny. Follow them @theholdernessfamily.Want our podcasts sent straight to your phone? I have a really hard time ever calling something a failure. For me, even if something doesn't go as well as I had hoped, I always learn and grow from the situation, which, I think, is a good thing! If you are making a choice about something, it is totally okay to not know exactly what you are doing or how to do it because then you can learn and grow. Even if you feel like you aren't succeeding in the way you thought, life has a way of teaching you things you can use later. Or maybe you will succeed more than you ever thought. Nobody knows, but getting started is the first step. You can learn more about our game here or pick up your own copy: https://amzn.to/3JpkCz6 Tell us what you like, ask a question, or just say hi. As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression where positivity is a conscious choice, I get a little skeptical about any advice on how to "magically be happier." This week, Penn was VERY excited to talk to our guest, while I had some hard questions. We had a great discussion with Neil Pasricha, a New York Times bestselling author of seven books, including his latest book Our Book of Awesome, who helped us understand how gratitude practices can help move the needle into a better outlook on life. In our discussion, I found out Neil and I had a lot more in common that I thought. (Stick around until the end for an actual blueprint for how to begin to put this into practice!) What a journey this podcast took us on. As you know, the new year always brings new hopes and dreams for me (Kim) and I will shout them from the rooftops. (If you don't put your dreams into the universe, how will it happen?!) Penn is the polar opposite. He has hopes and dreams, but prefers to keep them to himself as to not be a burden. We could not be more mismatched in this department (and I think it drives us both a little crazy.) Which one is more like you? Please tell us. Tell us what you like, ask a question, or just say hi. In our mid-40s, we knew we'd be some of the older competitors on The Amazing Race - a famously grueling show in which teams of two travel the globe conquering physical (and sometimes mental and emotional) challenges. We wanted to be as ready as possible and in the next few weeks we're going to be sharing some of our favorite workouts that can be done in a gym or at home. Even if you aren't training for a grueling reality competition, these movements will help you feel more equipped to handle the challenges of everyday life. We interviewed Taylor Pope, DPT, FDNP, Owner of Chain Effect on this week's podcast to launch this blog series and here's the headline: YOU CAN GET STRONGER AS YOU AGE. As a new mom, I was secretly dreading the time when my kids were older and Christmas would somehow feel less special when the “magic” wore off. Well, it turns out, there's lots and lots of things that make this time with teens so incredibly special and it's with great relief, I can report that it may feel even more special because they get a hand in how we shape our family traditions. This week Penn and I talk about what we love about our teens, and we get to hear from some of you too! This is our last podcast of 2022 and it's been a crazy year. We wish you a happy holiday and want you to know how grateful we are for all of you. See you in 2023! Tell us what you like, ask a question, or just say hi. Call 323-364-3929. While we typically only hear the dreadful things about menopause, I'm happy to report that there are actually silver linings to this stage of life. Lately I've been feeling a little bit like I'm going crazy. My anxiety has been elevated and I've been on edge. Maybe that's why when I saw Dr. Kourtney speaking on TikTok, her words about hormones struck me. Could this be what's making me feel like this? We invited Dr. Kourtney Sims, M.D. to join our podcast to educate us, and, after our discussion, Penn and I agreed that anyone that is a woman or lives with a woman would benefit from hearing this information. While some symptoms of menopause are less than desirable, Dr. Kourtney explains that we don't need to think of it as something that we must suffer through. What did you think of our discussion? We've talked in the past and in our book about secret contracts you have in relationships (i.e. - who always empties the dishwasher, who always makes the meal plan...) but it got us thinking... what about the holidays? We've always said "mature people ask for what they want." So this week we took those two ideas: talking about what we need for the holidays and making an agreement on who does what. Only this time, it's not a secret. Fair warning, there are a few tears but hopefully hearing our conversation helps someone. Tell us what you like, ask a question, or just say hi. Call 323-364-3929. I love talking to a Mom... especially one who is kicking as much butt as Leigh Waters. Leigh Waters was a practicing attorney a few short years ago, who is now one of the top female Pickleball players in the world. More over, her 15-year-old daughter is now ranked #1 in the sport. The mother-daughter duo even play doubles together. We talk to Leigh about how she started in pickleball, her daughter's rise in the sport, and her advice for us. Currently, I need something to get obsessed over, and I think it's pickleball. With Thanksgiving around the corner, I have been thinking about thankfulness and gratitude. On today's podcast episode, we spoke with Dr. Robert Emmons who is the leading researcher on gratitude. His work focuses on the psychology of gratitude and joy as they relate to human flourishing and well-being. It even came up that gratitude (when done properly) can turn the dial down on anxiety. We walked away from our conversation with Dr. Emmons feeling (no surprise here) very grateful. We hope you do too. If you want more help on your path to being grateful, Dr. Emmons has a book, The Little Book Of Gratitude, which I think would be a great stocking stuffer... and Penn thinks would be a very helpful bathroom book. Thank you for listening, we truly are so very grateful for you! Tell us what you like, ask a question, or just say hi. Call 323-364-3929. Your support means the world to us. Now that my daughter is in Driver's Ed, she likes to remind me when I'm not completely following the rules of the road. So much so that the other day I reminded her how long I've been driving. You guys, I've been driving for over 30 YEARS. (How did that happen?) To combat this, we got nostalgic and played some fun games to remind us of our youth. Personally, I was reminded that I hate it when I don't know the answer to something. Especially in a game. Play along with us and see how many you can get right! (Sidenote - Our game is live! On this week's podcast, I walked Penn through my month of mental health discovery, what worked, and what has room for improvement. The more we talked, the more insight Penn had on how my mind works. Speaking of how minds work, it should come as no surprise that we somehow detoured to a story of Penn performing the Heimlich maneuver on our friend (she is fine). We learned that, in a crisis, Penn will be the first to perform a life saving technique, and I'll be the one bringing you a high-quality glass of water. I think we balance each other well. Bonus: we also give a sneak peek of next week's podcast episode and how you might be able to join us on the show. In recent years, I have often have shied away from parenting podcasts and books because the older our kids get, the more I feel like they're "cooked." For better or worse, the damage of my parenting has been done. That is, until I started parenting coach with our friend Dr. Hope Seidel. Through our sessions, we've reframed the way I parent for the better starting with the basis of our unique family values. (In our discussion too you will hear how many themes are similar to our marriage book on communication. Apparently, we've had some parenting strategies all along.) Do you know your family values? Let me start by saying I have the best wife on the planet. Let me also say that even though Kim and I wrote a book about marriage (and went to marriage counseling) we are still passengers on this flight. We are still learning. The reason I'm telling you this is because we opened our podcast this week fresh off a fight. Tears and all. I went on a really fun guy's trip recently, and I forgot to thank my wife for handling all the things while I was gone for 5 days. She addressed it and initially I didn't react well. I was wrong. I asked Kim if we should redo the show, and not post this week. But we both decided that we wanted to be real. (This is real stuff other couples go through, right?) While our personal life took a front seat on this week's podcast, we did manage to answer one of your questions: “What does ‘Doing the best I can' really mean?” It's a phrase that embodies both ends of the spectrum. Listen for more on our explanation. Also here is the "Doing The Best I Can" origin story: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht6_6re0hlY. Tell us what you like, ask a question, or just say hi. ADHD is a spectrum neurodiversity, which means that everyone has at least just a little of it. Because ADHD is Penn's superpower, he gives his best tips to achieve hyperfocus, aka concentration nirvana, in this week's podcast. Hyperfocus means you can tune out everything around you, completely freeze time and space (well, in your mind) and focus on one single task. (Sounds pretty great, right?)When you finally achieve hyperfocus, it feels like time is standing still. Penn often forgets what time it is, or to have lunch, but he achieves being in the zone. Bonus: You get to hear Kim and I have a full circle moment in real-time. Tell us if these tips work for you! Now that the kids are back in school, I've decided to use September to focus on my own mental health. I've talked openly about how I've battled anxiety and depression. I know what it takes for me to feel better, now I just have to do it. On this week's podcast I take Penn (and YOU!) along for the ride as I explore meditation techniques with Susan Lee of Body & Brain. Susan helped us with a very approachable and easy way to meditate that instantly lowered our blood pressure. She reminded us that thinking about the past can bring depression, while thinking about the future can bring anxiety. That's why it's so important to meditate to be in the present. You can find more about the type of meditation Susan leads here and you can follow my full 30 day mental health journey here. **DISCLAIMER: Please do not meditate while driving.**Tell us what you like, ask a question, or just say hi. Since then, their popular parodies, "All About That Baste", "Baby Got Class," and original music "Snow Day" have received national news coverage. This week on the podcast, we spoke to Dr. Anthony Fauci about the current state of COVID and advice for parents on the upcoming school year. We had a mix of fun and serious questions planned. Early on in the interview, we asked what the pandemic was like for him and his family on a personal level. He said he couldn't answer that because their experience isn't typical. “My children get threatened, they get harassed… I've had people who are now in jail because they've been convicted of literally trying to kill me with a credible threat,” explained Dr. Fauci. To be honest, I almost couldn't even focus on the remaining questions we had for him because all I kept thinking about was, how did it come to this? Where do we go from here? There are many times we put out a video, podcast, or blog about something we believe in, and people tell us that they are leaving our channel. We lose followers, but life goes on. If you're someone who is reading this and upset about this interview, I would encourage you to listen. So many times we forget that talking heads are real humans, like you and me. It was helpful to talk to Dr. Fauci about the future of COVID, how to deal with potential spikes that may occur during the school year, and the dumbest thing he's ever done. (We did sneak a fun question in there.) You can get information about COVID vaccines and boosters here. Tell us what you like, ask a question, or just say hi. Call 323-364-3929.
