Paolo Banchero's 5-year rookie max extension is now official. No surprise there. Contracts are being officially signed around the league with the moratorium period over. Jase Richardson and Noah Penda have signed and are preparing for Vegas Summer League. Tyus Jones and the returning Moritz Wagner have officially signed as well. Jamahl Mosley's coaching staff should be stronger as well with the additions of Joe Prunty and God Shammgod. Things are looking promising with the Magic. The roster currently stands at 14 players. Will it remain that way going into the season, or is Jeff Weltman not done yet? All of that and more! #LetsGoMagic Warning: Adult Language
Episode 399 – Knicks Draft Mohamed Diawara at 51: What It Means for the FutureIn this episode, I break down the Knicks' selection at pick number 51 in the 2025 NBA Draft: Mohamed Diawara, a 6'9" forward from France with a 7'4" wingspan and serious defensive upside. I dive into what made the Knicks take a chance on him, how he fits into the current roster, and whether we'll see him in Vegas Summer League or stashed overseas for development.I also share my thoughts on the front office's draft-night strategy, why this pick could pay off long-term, and what fans should realistically expect from Diawara in the coming year. Also talk about the coaching search and moreAnd as always—don't forget to click the links below for exclusive merch, show support, and more Knicks content.

A lot has happened over the past month. The Magic drafted Tristan da Silva who looked great at Vegas Summer League. Orlando signed Kentavious Caldwell-Pope from the Nuggets. We re-signed a lot of our own guys, but we sadly let Joe Ingles and Markelle Fultz go. Franz Wagner rightfully got a max rookie contract extension. With that said, Jeff Weltman has been very conservative this summer. We didn't address two of our 3 needs (we've got more shooting, but we don't have a point guard, and we don't have a rim running shot blocking center or a better rebounder). There is valid concern that there's a possibility the Magic take a step back. Other teams in the East got better, while it's not certain that Orlando did as well. It's likely, but it's not certain that the Magic are better. Once Boston kept everyone to try and repeat as champs, it became evident that Jeff Weltman was probably going to slow-play this coming 2024-2025 season and depend on internal growth again. But we have flaws, and after winning 47 games, opponents are going to be even more focused against the Magic moving forward. The patriarch of the Magic, Pat Williams passed. Words do not do justice what he meant to Orlando. All of that and more! #LetsGoMagic Warning: Adult Language
