A long-time and much-loved cornerstone of Selador's extended family, we are delighted to welcome back the zeitgeist-surfing talent that is Just Her. A regular on many era-defining labels (from Anjunadeep to Crosstown Rebels), we are especially proud that Just Her has entrusted us with what we consider to be her one of her most accomplished releases to date. The two brand new originals on show pick up where last year's chart-topping 'Will We Ever Learn' left off. 'Upon the Horizon' once again seeing Claire herself on vocal duties, her sweetly melancholic delivery sitting atop a veritable chugger, all drenched in sumptuous melody. Whilst the breaks driven 'This Life', with its haunting piano refrain and clipped vocal snatches, sounds like a 90s breakbeat classic put through a 2022 electronica blender. And as if that wasn't intoxicating enough, this fearsome threesome is completed by a remix we've had to sit on for a little while, but which has been causing maximum excitement at Selador HQ. Watergate Berlin resident DJ, Jamiie has been on our radar for some time, and the aforementioned 'Will We Ever Learn' seemed like a great fit for a Jamiie remix. And so it has proved, as she delivers a wonderfully atmospheric peak time version excursion set to be heard on all discerning floors for months to come. #250 of our podcast series by @clickclick! ➪ https://www.facebook.com/clickclickmuzic ➪ https://twitter.com/ClickClickMuzic ➪ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCDvMChYPwbhuRdrMxG9N0OA ➪ https://www.instagram.com/clickclickmuzic ➪ https://www.residentadvisor.net/dj/clickclick ➪ https://www.beatport.com/artist/click-click/38866 ➪ http://www.kassette-records.com Most of us come under the spell of the electronic cosmos sooner or later, but doing so at the tender age of 4 years rather seems highly exceptional. And even if this might appear almost impossible at first glance, this was indeed the case for young Christoph alias Click † Click, when he heard Kraftwerk for the very first time on the radio back then. Therefore, it is no surprise that this experience was going to change his life significantly. His name thereby originates from his earliest musical roots when he was still forfeited to the more minimal sounds of Techno and in which time he also started his first own label Kassette Records in the year 2006. And even if much has happened since and a lot changed musically, Click † Click always remained true to his roots by keeping his name. Through his musical transformation from Minimal Techno to Jackin' House, also the labels changed in the course of time, on which we have been able to pursue his musical talent over the years. In 2013, he already established his second labels Palms & Flamingos, meant to provide room for exactly such projects, which had developed over the years. Of course it did not take long, until many reputable labels of the scene got wind of his artistic refinement. Like this, Click † Click already put out numerous releases on imprints like Green Velvet/ Cajmere's Cajual, Shir Khan's Exploited Ghetto, Mihalis Safras' Label Mr. Carter/Material and Riva Starr's Snatch! Records, which not only lead to countless chart positions on relevant platforms, but also caused further international interest in his music. Productions like Teenage Killerfunkband (2010), Ducks In The Kiddie Pool (2013), Girls Girls Girls (2013), The Muzic Box (2015) or Birdhain (2017) made their way into the crates of scene pioneers like Magda, Jamie Jones, Green Velvet or Claude VonStroke. This diversified and respectable appreciation of his creative doing naturally provided him with numerous national and international performances in the best clubs and most important festivals of the world as well. Like that, he already played in such reputable venues like the Watergate Berlin, Ministry of Sound London or D-Edge Sao Paulo, as well as the meanwhile relocated to Portugal BPM Festival Mexico or the Monarch/ Great Northern in San Francisco. Also his successfully completed tours through varying countries like Brazil, Mexico, USA, China, South Korea or Thailand make unmistakably clear, that the name Click † Click should not be forgotten too quickly. ———————————————

Christiano has had the chance to observe closely many of the world-famous sacred cows of international electronic music, comparing with them, learning the secrets and the techniques of mixing, in order to test his own sounds into the biggest House and Techno events. Music make-over goes hand in hand with his artistic growth, a destiny which was already written, which brings him to the residence into his creature, that KamaKama which in years has laid down the laws of music and trend, thanks to, above all, the wish of so many "Guest Stars" that, noticed his work, have started requiring him to open their events. In the latest years Christiano has indeed had the pleasure of sharing the consolle with lots of world-famous artists such as Luciano, Loco Dice, Ricardo Villalobos, Richie Hawtin, Matthew Dear, Raresh, Mathias Kaden, Matthias Tanzmann, Marco Carola, Solomun and many more. This impressive artistic turning-point projects him into the whole attention of the insiders, giving him the chance to brings his dj set into the best italian clubs, and even all over Europe, expecially in Ibiza, playing at Circoloco (Dc10) and at Privilege, in Germany at Watergate (Berlin) and Club Finca (Stuttgart), but also in London (The End) and Basel (Nordstern), gaining regards from his old-timer colleagues. His dj set is a whirpool of style and quality, a continuous up and down which ranges from house to techno, with big basslines, groovy rhythms and Detroit influences, that render it somewhat catchy and sultry. Christiano has had the pleasure and the honor of playing in the best clubs and festivals in Italy (like Magazzini Generali Milano, Kindergarten Bologna, Bizzarro night Roma, Cocorico’ Riccione, Tenax Firenze, Bellaciao Perugia, ElettroWave Festival, Muv Festival etc.) and for the coming year other very important apparitions are already planned. Christiano is also working on his music productions: he just released on Safari Electronique (Arnaud Le Texier UK label), on Mixx records (Brothers Vibe US label) just appreciated and played by many top djs like Loco Dice, Luciano, Ricardo Villalobos, Danny Tenaglia, Dj W!LD, Richie Hawtin, Federico Molinari, Layo & Bushwacka, Dinky, Arnaud Le Texier, Dyed Soundorom, Martinez, Sascha Dive, Christian Burkhardt, Markus Fix, Robert Dietz and many more. At the moment Christiano has founded with his friend dj Säure a new music production duo under the name of HUGE and they will release 2 ep’s on the Berlin based label Natural Rhythm and on Waldliebe Familien. …and other big news coming soon !
