Paco Osuna's record label, Mindshake presents a collaborative three-track tech house EP with scorching hot grooves by Chinonegro and Andre Butano. This is the second time that Andre Butano has collaborated with Chinonegro, as the pair recently teamed up to drop an EP via 8Bit. ▬ Andre Butano is a Chilean artist who is back on Mindshake after featuring original music on the imprint in 2021. That release was made alongside Aldo Cadiz, and he regularly teams up with others, including collaborations with people ranging from Mendo to Miguel Lobo. His upbeat style has flowing percussion underpinned by rolling basslines, and his music has been released on prestigious record labels including the likes of Relief, Desolat and Circus Recordings. Chinonegro is a Peruvian artist who knows exactly how to work a dance floor into a frenzy after spending many years as an international resident of Club Room Chile. He has translated that knowledge of how to captivate a dance floor into his productions, which have been release by labels such as Elrow Music and Kaluki Musik. Chinonegro's music has also found heavyweight support by DJs ranging from The Martinez Brothers to wAFF. ▬ “Party & People” closes out the release with it's wonky bassline and sleezy vocals that combine to deliver a hedonistic groove ►► follow : @mindshakerecords - @andrebutano @chinonegromusica

Podcast Overview: Will & wAFF discuss touring, the importance of having a mental break from the DJ lifestyle, keeping up the motivation to produce along with DJing and his parties in the Columbian Favela's Who is wAFF: From his roots in the clubland underground of Leeds and Hull, DJ-producer wAFF has gone on to become globally renowned. He has earnt widespread respect. His schedule is relentless but he doesn't cut corners. He's the only British artist who's recorded for all three European techno hubs, Sven Väth's Cocoon, Adam Beyer's Drumcode and Loco Dice's Desolat. He approaches music with unstoppable enthusiasm and attention to detail. This summer, for instance, his Ibiza gigs range from his residency at Paradise at DC-10 to Elrow at Amnesia (and the rest of the world!). He's DJing everywhere, from recent Space in Miami to festival slots at Glastonbury, Hideout, Sziget and, yes, the original Nevada Desert madhouse, Burning Man. Now based in London, much further back wAFF kickstarted the underground dance scene in his native Hull and achieved success with his Koala parties in Leeds, providing a widely respected initial springboard to take things forward. He's been part of Jamie Jones's Paradise crew since their first 2012 season at DC-10, and also recorded regularly for Jones's Hot Creations imprint with tunes such as his Hot Creations debut ‘Rainbows', 2016's ‘Sick Pleasure' and ‘Kidney Punch', and 2015 monster ‘Fat Gash', all played by DJs ranging from Patrick Topping to Marco Carola. For Cocoon he recorded the Freeks EP, which contained the much-hammered hypno-thumping classic, ‘Groover', while Drumcode released his urgent nine minute techno-tinted floor-stormer ‘VibrationZ'. VIDEO VERSION: https://youtu.be/fMfnyEcnJis Introducing Hector: Hector's journey to becoming a renowned DJ started at the age of 16 when he first stepped behind the decks. Originally from Mexico, his ambition led him to seek opportunities beyond his hometown, eventually finding his way to the vibrant music scene in London. Working at the legendary Phonica record shop proved to be a pivotal moment, as he crossed paths with influential figures like Anja Schneider and Loco Dice, who later offered him positions on their esteemed imprints, mobilee and Desolat. Through his association with Desolat, Hector solidified his place as an exciting and dynamic player in the global music scene. His captivating performances while touring the world garnered a strong and devoted following, earning him respect from fans and industry peers alike. Alongside his DJ career, Hector's hunger for artistic evolution led him to produce his own music, which was quickly picked up by highly respected labels such as mobilee, Desolat, One Records, and Tsuba. With an unrelenting desire to conquer the world's biggest clubs and festivals, Hector has made a name for himself as a resident DJ at Marco Carola's Music On in Ibiza. He has also graced renowned festivals like Time Warp, DEMF, Kazantip, Awakenings, BPM, Hideout, and Sunwaves, while delivering unforgettable club sets at esteemed venues like Tokyo's Womb, Space Miami, Fabric London, and New York's Output. In 2015, Hector shifted his focus to supporting others by forming the Vatos Locos crew, an assembly of talented and underrated producers and DJs who emerged during BPM Festival in Mexico. The crew operates as a family, emphasizing a democratic and ego-free approach to creating unforgettable experiences. From WMC and Movement in Detroit to Sonar and Ibiza's Underground, the Vatos Locos crew has brought their unique vibe to audiences worldwide. Hector's commitment to nurturing emerging talents extends to every aspect of Vatos Locos, including their record label, parties, and tours. VL Recordings, launched in 2016, aims to spotlight lesser-known artists and Hector's closest friends. With releases from artists like Mahony, Seb Zito, David Gtronic, and the VL crew, the label continues to showcase exceptional music. Hector's dedication to the brand goes beyond his DJ career. He oversees the entire process, from merchandise design to event production, encouraging the entire Vatos Locos crew to contribute to decision-making. As Hector's empire expands across the globe, he remains focused on maintaining the highest standards of quality and promoting his Vatos Locos familia. With an unwavering passion and clear vision, this Mexican powerhouse shows no signs of slowing down, leaving an indelible mark on the world of DJing. As accomplished behind the turntables as he is in the studio, and with ever growing support from artists including Desolat's first ladies 'tINI' and 'Anthea', and Panorama Bar's ‘Julie Marghilano', his mounting reputation as a formidable DJ/Producer is entirely justified. Having already achieved a string of releases, both digital and vinyl, with labels including mobilee records, Earlydub Records, Deep Tech Records, Entail Records, Hypertone Reocrds and Wiggle, Scott's application to cultivating himself as a rounded musician is further reinforced by running both his own label imprint and internationally recognised event brand 'NoVus'. ◉ Follow Scott Kemp: - soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/scott-kemp - facebook: www.facebook.com/ScottKempDJ ◉ Follow Soundroom Bucharest - soundcloud: @soundroom-studio - facebook: www.facebook.com/soundroompodcast

Also eigentlich ganz einfach, trotzdem #Knotenimkopf. Willkommen in unserer Welt. Sagt mal, wo geht's hier eigentlich nach Alabama?
HORATIO PREZINTA SECVENTE SONORE 68 SPECIAL GUEST SORIN SIMON About Horatio: Producing, DJ’ing, and running his own record labels, HORATIO is a seasoned connoisseur of getting us to move our bodies. Active since the 90’s, the romanian producer/dj has kept his finger on the pulse of dance music strongly pinned and shown a distinct blend of stylistic fusions. Recalling sounds that attract listeners worldwide Horatio’s releases have been housed by important labels like Viva Music , Desolat , Circus Recordings , Rawthentic , Bouq and Stereo Production . Horatio proves once again that Romania is a fertile ground for djs and producers and deserves his place within these imprints known for their techno / tech house and house specialties with an added organic swirl. About Sorin Simon: Sorin Simon has always been attracted to music and it all started in his childhood home of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, where he took piano lessons while still in school. The passion for music only grew as the years went by and as he started to go to different festivals, Sorin decided it was time for him to become a producer. So in 2006, he got himself some musical equipment and started learning the tricks all by himself. That same year, he started playing music at some private parties for friends. Slowly, he was learning the craft and by the time he moved in Jersey, in the Channel Islands in the UK, he was ready for the big stuff. Soon enough, he was resident at one of the top clubs in the city. Time went by and in 2017 Sorin moved definitively to London where he started playing different clubs all around the city. A year later, he signed to Vivus Records, an underground/independent and vinyl-only label from South Germany. Sorin has played at multiple festivals both in Romania and abroad such as Monegros Festival in Spain, Back To The Wild and Electric Castle in Romania. As a producer, Sorin Simon’s dark and trippy soundscapes are reminiscent of the Romanian underground scene and his first track, O dimineață târzie, remains an unreleased jam, that has nonetheless over 100k views on Youtube. Since then, he released two EPs – Ecouri Paralele at Other Thoughts Records and the track Fragmente on the VA03 released by Vivus Records. Sorin aims to give the public the same lovely feeling he has when he encounters quality music and his mesmerizing and deep microhouse does just that. His goal was never to be a people pleaser, but to please the right people.

The Terrace Podcast Presents Episode 197 a Re-Broadcast Mix recorded live From Viva Music Pool Party, Shelborne WMC 23.03.2012 [Be@ TV] With consistent studio output and live sets over the last four years, 2010 looks set to be their year, with Dj's including Loco Dice and Steve Lawler heavily strengthening their profile with huge support in their backbeat of warm-swung loops that drift towards the sounds of early house and never fail to unwind with a looped combination of stunning tones, subtle synths and intricate drums. Riding high on the techno scene's recent climate change with grooves that twist and turn each bar yet never loose the consistent grasping control over your body's lower torso; Livio and Roby have been producing percussive prompted beats with a natural European zest long before the majority of today's techno dj's ripped back the parched electronic layer to reveal a more organic house sound. Displaying exceptional production skills, early releases and remixes appeared on Lawler's Global Underground "Lights out 3" and "Viva" compilations. On top of clearly knowing their way around a pair of turntables, 2007 followed with releases thick and fast; the classic simplicity of their gritty underground sound, assembled into increasingly energetic tracks made Livio and Roby one of the most visible names of the deep house resurgence. 2008 saw the pair share the turntables alongside Loco Dice in Romania resulting in the ultimate testament to their musical talent. Dice welcomed Livio and Roby into his community of creativeness, promptly inviting then to join both his booking agency Artist Alife and much applauded label Desolat where they went on to release “Mistique” in collaboration with their pal George G. From their early appearance in the booth with Loco Dice and Martin Buttich at Cocoons Ibiza residency to recent singles on Nick Curly's Cecille imprint, the two Romania producers have built quite a reputation for themselves that really justifies the heavy hype that's been surrounding them of late. Labels including Viva Music, Cecille and Loco Dice's eminent Desolat have welcomed the deep duo to explore a now signature sound, that's awash in the beats that made many of us fall for house in the first place. Exercising their persistent reference to a winning Chicago and Detroit compound, sitting on the deep, percussive side of house has earned them their respected place in the often tangled and disjointed electronic scene. www.theterracepodcast.com

The Terrace Podcast Presents a Special Guest from The Desolat Family : Episode 175: Yaya In the era of digital revolution, the geography of individual stories draws the lines which blend cultures, lifestyles and different rhythms. Yaya's geography unravels on three essential cardinal points: Benin, where the roots of his African blood come from, Torino and Ibiza, places of training and achievements. Within Yaya's electronic work, the echoes of his aphrodisiac background, of a clearly tribal African nature, mix with the sunny Balearic rhythms of new house, deepened through several summers in Ibiza. Yaya grew up in Torino, in the resonant Babylon which was his home, where the rhythms of his father's drums, singer and leading voice of the renowned group M'bamina, ensemble lining up Italian musicians coming from Zaire, Cameroon and Benin, prophesied a multi-ethnic Italy. With rhythm in his blood, Yaya approaches the sound turmoil which is setting the kinetic nights of Torino's underground on fire and falls in love with electronic music. Like a child lost in the minimal wave overcoming the techno house scores, Yaya spent his summers in the mid 2000s within Ibiza's electronic ferment. On the white Island his vivacity lead him to play at several afterhours and his musical assertiveness, reflecting his heterogeneous origins, allowed him to be noticed by the enterpreneurs of the white island's big electronic circus. An electronic mix combining a full commitment towards all techno house dialogue's horizons seasoned with tribal influences soaked with an intrusive sound of Italian demand: this is the identikit of the afro-sabaudian lion's sound. Yaya became part of the Zoo Project in the summer of 2009; the following winter, on Friday nights next to the river Po, Yaya's roar sets the nights on fire during his slot at Savana Potente. In the afternoons, Yaya spends hours mixing synths of his hybrid sound, storing up a vast library of tracks. The arias of Yaya's scores reach the ears of Loco Dice, who falls in love with the Afro Latin rumba of Fresca de l'Agua and decides to record the Vecute ep. Yaya thus becomes part of the Desolat family. In December 2009 Do you know Telespalla? is his track in the Desolat X Sampler, double vinyl signed by all the artists of the German academy: Loco Dice, Martin Buttrich, tINI, Guti, Livio & Roby. In 2010, thanks to Desolat and Zoo project, Yaya lands in the big meccas of European electronic music: Miami Music Conference, Sonar Barcelona, Fabric London, the Iarmaroc Fest in Romania, the Bermuda festival in Berlin, Goa in Barcelona , Sankeys in Manchester, Mint in Leeds, Silo in Liverpool, Mad in Lousanne, Cocoricò, Magazzini Generali in Italy... In the 2010 summer season in Ibiza, Yaya plays weekly with his residency at the Zoo Project, at the We Love Savana Potente at Space on August 15, and at Ushuaia at the tINI & the gang during Desolat's Wednesday. During Autumn 2010 Yaya spends his weekends alternating between the Independent Republic of Savana Potente, his gigs around Europe and playing often with Loco Dice around Italy. For Christmas 2010 Loco Dice puts the second Desolat X Sampler under the tree in the Desolat offices of Hoffeld Strasse in Dusseldorf: Talk to your heart is Yaya's track, which fulfills the work of the Desolat ensemble, set up by Dice, Martin Buttrich, Guti, Livio & Roby and which features the collaboration of big names with guests such as: Dj Sneak, Frank Roger, George G. ( third member of Prominesku together with Livio & Roby) and Audiofly (who sign their track together with Guti). In 2011, the housedisiac roar of the afro sabaudian lion is ready to make all electronic Europe bounce. www.theterracepodcast.com
