Orefinders and Mistango Resources just announced a strategic partnership with major producer Kirkland Lake Gold that should propel the shares of both companies forward. Stephen Stewart, CEO of our sponsor Orefinders Resources and Chairman of Mistango River Resources joined us to explain the significance of the event. We were quite interested considering we’re an Orefinders shareholder. Stephen was excited to discuss the new JV agreement, option and equity investment that he believes is a transformational event for the companies. They’ve now got $15 million in cash along with a major technical boost from Kirkland’s renowned team which ideally situates them to make significant discovers. While Stephen admits some of the potential upside was relinquished in the deal, he believes the benefits far out way the costs. We all know that mining is a very risky business and he views this transaction as a de-risking event. Much of the Orefinders/Mistango projects adjoin Kirkland’s Flag Ship Macassa Mine, one of the highest-grade mines in the word, so the synergies are quite apparent. The earn-in aspect of the deal could see Kirkland owning up to 75% of both companies and insures that things will move forward to the benefit of all. Definitely exciting times for all three companies.

The WHO is working with China to try and pinpoint the source of SARS- COV-2. Sian Griffiths, Emeritus Professor of Public Health at the Chinese University of Hong Kong says there are lessons we can learn from the investigation she led into the original SARS outbreak back in 2003. That inquiry revealed how SARS had spread from bats to humans via civet cats. A Covid-19 vaccine claims to be 90% effective. It uses genetic material, messenger RNA. Daniel Anderson of Harvard MIT Health Science tells us about the huge potential of mRNA to provide treatments for many medical conditions. However, rolling out such a vaccine globally faces a huge range of economic and practical obstacles as ethicist Nicole Hassoun of Binghamton University explains. And a unique experiment shows despite a vast range of precautions including being isolated US Marines have contracted Covid -19. Stuart Sealfon, Professor of Neurology at Mount Sinai Hospitals says this study shows we need testing to be integrated more thoroughly into everyday life and that many of the precautions we currently use may not be enough to prevent transmission. We all feel pain on a regular basis; when we stub a toe, break a bone or even experience heartbreak. Bebeto from Cameroon wants to know how to cope with a pain in his wrist that just won’t go away. Does a positive mindset help? Or perhaps meditation? Marnie Chesterton speaks to psychologists and neuroscientists to find the answers. We hear from two people with very different experiences of pain. Lucy has fibromyalgia and experiences pain all over her body every day. While Stephen has a rare genetic condition which means he doesn’t feel physical pain at all. But they both argue that pain shouldn’t always be unwanted. Perhaps we need to embrace and accept our pain in order to beat it. (Image: Credit: Getty Images)

Psalm 34:4,6 NASBS I sought the LORD, and He answered me, And delivered me from all my fears. [6] This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him And saved him out of all his troubles. Psalm 34:8-10 NASBS "O taste and see that the LORD is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him! [9] O fear the LORD, you His saints; For to those who fear Him there is no want. [10] The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; But they who seek the LORD shall not be in want of any good thing." Matthew 6:31-34 NASBS "Do not worry then, saying, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear for clothing?' [32] For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. [33] But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. [34] "So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." • When faced with overwhelming discouragement, David encouraged himself in the Lord. • While Stephen was being stoned, he looked up and gained strength from a heavenly vision of the Lord. • Paul and Silas were beaten, thrown in prison and shacked, but prayed and sang hymns to the Lord. • In times of doubt, discouragement and anxiety, pursue the Lord Jesus Christ. • In those moments of fear, where doubt seeks to cripple your faith and drag you down, seek the Lord Jesus. • In times of desperation and hopelessness, look up, cry out to God, walk in then power of the Blood Covenant. “Don’t be afraid to sing in your own voice.” Stephen Taylor is a drummer and drum set educator living in Nashville, TN. He is the founder of StephensDrumShed.com and also the creator of the Drum Better Daily system. While Stephen has been utilizing the internet and social media to create an online drum education business for quite a while now, he started off playing a lot in clubs on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. He eventually left that scene to further his education by attending University of Southern Mississippi and obtained his jazz studies degree under the instruction of Dr. John Wooten. Stephen did have a professional career as a touring musician with the band, Lovers and Liars and was signed to Universal Republic Records but in other interviews I have heard Stephen talk about how this situation was as amazing as people may think. It was time for him to take control of the wheel and do something that was his own. Since this time, Stephen has poured his energy into Stephen’s Drum Shed. He has a close relationship with his online students and focuses on providing value to the drumming community. You Will Hear About…. Our thoughts about engaging with our audience. Living in the culture of where music originated from and how that adds a legit quality to music. Why you may not be happy with your sound. Establishing rules to work within to explore your creativity. Making your strengths stronger. Why your story matters. Why Should You Listen? There are many things that I enjoy about Stephen’s content but one thing in particular is how pragmatic he is about character building. It is something he tends to focus a lot on. Basically, how you develop your character off the kit helps your playing while on the kit. The two things exist simultaneously. So, knowing this about Stephen, we dove headfirst into topics about self-acceptance, courage, your voice, making your strengths stronger and why your story matters. All of these topics are inspirational and it is all obtainable with enough soul searching and kind spritness towards yourself and others. I think that there is something for everybody and every skill level in this interview. Follow Stephen Taylor YouTube Website Instagram Facebook Follow ‘Drumeo Gab’ Instagram Facebook YouTube
An OG Bitcoiner from Colorado with a background in precious metals, Stephen Macaskill is the co-founder and CEO of the Dasset digital asset exchange. Based in New Zealand, Dasset has announced a strategic partnership with the U.S. based Bittrex exchange. The new partnership will give Dasset users access to deeper liquidity. Why you should listen: Stephen says the impetus for Dasset came from the realization that there was a gap in the local crypto market. “When we looked at the New Zealand market four years ago, there was a 20% premium over the global spot prices of crypto assets in New Zealand due to a lack of liquidity, and a lack of local exchanges,” he said. “Dasset has helped that situation, so the spread has dropped by around 80%. That means that compared to global spot prices, New Zealanders can now access rates that are within 1-3% of those prices.” Key takeaway: Dasset provides the ability for New Zealanders and Australians to buy, sell, and trade over thirty different crypto assets. Stephen says that Dasset provides the on-ramps and off-ramps between the legacy financial system and the digital asset financial system. Stephen is a Bitcoiner who pays his bills in crypto. He says he has opted out of the legacy financial system and uses crypto for all of his financial transactions. While Stephen is a passionate supporter of Bitcoin as the world's largest decentralized digital currency, he says ultimately it is up to the market to decide which digital asset will win the future. As a boy, Stephen Goldsmith had dreams of being a cartoonist. His aptitude for art was innate, but his journey would take a detour to become a master of polishing and finishing national treasures and museum quality jewelry. Stephen Goldsmith is a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Goldsmiths, and shares his nearly 50 years of knowledge and experience as a master polisher with peers and students alike through his trade acclaimed book, Polishing and Finishing for Jewellers and Silversmiths, published by Crowood Press. While Stephen has had the privilege of working with jewelry created for royal families and celebrities, his real treasures are created in the classroom and studios where he demonstrates to artisans how to bring their jewelry visions and stories to life. Polishing and Finishing for Jewellers and Silversmiths has become a bench Bible of sorts for silversmiths, and Stephen very generously shared two copies of his book which he signed personally to give away to two Jewelry Navigator Podcast listeners. To enter the drawing for one of the two signed copies of Stevens book, email brenna@jewelrynavigator.com by December 11 2019. Ever wonder what rockstar super celeb podcasters do to relax? Wonder no more because this week, we get into the dirty details of Megan’s desert vacation and the salacious specifics of Stephen and Wendi’s lakelife getaway. Megan (@handsomepartybutt) started her getaway with a surprisingly delightful visit to the DMV and the local Walmart. While Stephen (@thepenta) and Wendi (@Wendibird82) kicked off their weekend with panic attacks while surrounded with bags of gourmet cheeses AND a serendipitous Walmart trip. Miraculously, all three of the Jammerz resisted the temptation to indulge in the genetically engineered Oreo flavors offered by the superstore overlord AND the trio addresses the BIG issues like: how to cum (with or without a partner) during a group vacation, appropriate bathroom etiquette AND the most responsible way to do drugs. Will Megan ever settle on a place to live and raise a family OR will she end up living between 7 different cities? Can Stephen tell time from the position of the sun? Is Wendi ever going to overcome her weird urine addiction? Did Megan trip balls bro? And where in the FUCK can a girl find a chafing stick?!? An open and transparent book. That was certainly the overall theme of this Welcome Back interview. Our guest has not only been on the podcast before, but I’ve also hung out with him in person on two occasions so I wasn’t shocked by his honesty… the guy is a quality individual without question. Stephen (chatroom alias, “PH”) shares his continued quest to gain solid consistency in the market as he trades and goes through many situations most people can relate to. He still has things to work on, but he’s overall in an uptrend and that is what matters. Higher highs and higher lows. He also revealed a new venture he is undertaking that is designed to help all new traders. Be sure to stay until the end as we talk more about it. Notes: Today we are speaking with Stephen a.k.a. PH. His original podcast is linked in the notes below. Stephen started off mainly investing in companies he was familiar with when he just started. While Stephen went through many different strategies starting out, he had to go through that to find what exactly he is comfortable with and excels at. Now he primarily focuses on trading gaps which has led him to a high win rate and much smaller losers than winners. Stephen has utilized the concept of R, which is initial risk. This ties directly into Risk vs Reward and the big emphasis Stephen makes is the fact that it is dynamic. While he accepts the risk on entry, if he sees a more logical location to move his stop loss and lose less, he always will! If a trade doesn’t meet his determined targets vs risk, he passes on the trade. He has rules that he sticks to every trade but there is a need to have some flexibility. Considering Stephen is an entrepreneur, he launched https://www.stocktradersjourney.com/ to document his journey through education and his trading. He offers reviews of various trading education, trading signals and anything else that pertains to trading the market. He is doing this without any affiliation compensation. We truly enjoy these follow up interviews to really show the progress our community members have made. Learning to trade and trade well is not an overnight process but with hard work and dedication, any one truly can learn how to do it. Quotes: It’s the evolution of the journey and trying to find the strategy that most fits our individual personalities. The R is your risk value. Every single trade I’m willing to risk 1R to make 2 or ideally 3R. I don’t just set it and leave it though. You want to have rules but need to remain flexible. The market isn’t a rigid thing. It’s a living, breathing thing you can’t control. The purpose of this website is to share with people the mistakes I’ve made so they can learn from them. Julia Montag from BibRave joins us on this exciting episode. BibRave is an awesome site to review your races and help other runners find their perfect race. Julia explains the history behind BibRave and what #bibchat and the BibRave Pro programs are all about. Stephen tries unsuccessfully to bribe Julia with bacon from Andy’s company to put a good word in for Andy. While Stephen was cyber stalking Julia for show prep, he finds that BibRave has their own podcast! We talk a little about the motivation behind starting the show as well as Julia and Andy’s nervousness about putting their running lives out in the universe. A spin of the random subject wheel gets us into talking about racing pet peeves and Andy tells Julia about his love of band-aids. In our route report Julia explains the beauty of running on Chicago’s Lake front and Stephen talks about the mighty soul crushing Soggy Bottom. All discussions of energetic imbalances reference certain frequencies an imbalance may be similar to. A frequency is NOT the actual disease; Newly revealed Hereditary imbalances added to the AIM database; It's not just "unknown" imbalances that can go undetected; even something in the AIM database may not show as present at the time someone's photo is checked, despite it having been present in them forever. Hence our constant use of the phrase "thus far" or "at this time"; Revisited a few topics from last night's Monthly Call: (1)We are simply messengers and are no longer tied to whether or not the message is received, accepted or acted upon; each person's decision is the right one for them and we respect that. (2)There is nothing linear about quantum mechanics or life or consciousness - or energetic balancing. (3)Religion follows spirituality; ascendant masters were all highly spiritual.; The frequency of Zika Virus was identified and added to the AIM database within the last month or so. While Stephen strives to add anything of significance or concern to the AIM trays, he continues to stress the importance of being "anti-bugs" and Hereditary imbalance-free.
All discussions of energetic imbalances reference certain frequencies an imbalance may be similar to. A frequency is NOT the actual disease; Newly revealed Hereditary imbalances added to the AIM database; Roberta is the Founder who enjoys working with "anti-aging" and enhancing frequencies the most. Stephen reminded us that healing Hereditary imbalances is the ultimate anti-aging process, which was mentioned on the Monthly Call last night, too; Stephen suspects there is another unknown Hereditary imbalance to be revealed, based on what he's feeling, but nothing as significant as the one found on 2/16; Discussed the term "active", what it means in Stephen's energetic work and the mystery of when some hidden unknown imbalance is "ready to be found"; Stressed the importance of always saying "at this time" when the results of any testing are reported; While Stephen doesn't feel a higher life force scale is of value at this time, testing does ensure that life force is not only rising at the first-year 5 month mark, but that it's also rising even when it reaches 100; Once an immune deficiency frequency exists and destroys the barrier between you and everything hereditary, it does not come back. The only recourse is not having anything left hereditarily, hence the purpose of this work; Most participants will need more than a year to self-heal everything Hereditary; Take advantage of the recording of last night's call with Roberta discussing all the "positive vibes" available to us on AIM, healing emotions and more.
All discussions of energetic imbalances reference certain frequencies an imbalance may be similar to. A frequency is NOT the actual disease; Newly revealed Hereditary imbalances added to the AIM database; Will this be the year when self-healing isn't just for "tree-huggers"? Impossible to know precisely what, if any, frequency you are detoxing because the same imbalance can have a different impact in different people. And you might feel something when balancing energies are first added to AIM, or not until the frequency is just about gone in you, or not feel any thing at all; While Stephen is highly observant of what's happening in the world, he believes the most important focus is on healing all hereditary weaknesses, so that whatever you acquire is easily overcome. Overcoming imbalances fundamentally makes you stronger.

While Stephen is being stoned to death he calls out for God to receive his spirit and to forgive the people who were stoning him. I wonder where he could have learned to do that?
