The gang is back for Draught 108! Coley is drinking Disco Ninja Hazy IPA from Revision Brewing. The Commish is tackling the overly dramatic El Segundo Brewing and Ogopogo Brewing Collab IPA Hop City Express: Trouble's Brewing. Sandro is exploring the NAs with Athletic Brewing's Upside Dawn Golden.Everyone's July 4th weekend ranged from "Epic" to "Relaxing". Coley had pool time with craft beer friends, Sandro was able golf his ass off and grill like the grill monster he is, and the Commish took a road trip up the Central Coast of California. Last Beer, @PhillyCrooker87 on Instagram, calls into the BoozeLine to give some love to the BoozeCast and raise a 4th of July toast. What styles are up, what styles are out, which breweries are most loved and who has fallen out of favor.
The boys pop a bottle to recap july 4th festivities, talk USC and UCLA to the Big Ten, Conference realignment in CFB, the perfect cfb playoff and more. Crack a coldy and enjoy the show.
Coley's getting ready for summer with a Tropical IPA from Santa Barbara County's Island Brewing Co., while the Commish is a little out of his comfort zone with a MadeWest Brewing Co.'s 6th Anniversary Double Hazy IPA. Sandro dips into some of Lagunitas' hop water offerings. The Beer Institute recently released a 2021 study detailing which US states drink the most beer by breaking it down by gallons consumed yearly by residents over 21 years of age. The states that consume the least may not be a surprise, but the there's a surprise or two in the top 5. The BoozeCast's resident Dromance expert takes listener questions as Sex, Love, and Sancho returns. A young lady gets a marriage proposal at the worst possible time, a New Jersey man is worried he's dating too many women at once, and a New Mexico woman's ex boyfriend won't leave her alone after he broke up with her.

Leaked email reveals a BYOB party at No 10... It's been reported more than 100 staff at No 10 were invited, including the prime minister himself, all the while Government were telling the public they could only leave home for work, exercise or essential supplies. The BBC's Vicki Young and Craig Oliver (former Downing Street director of comms when David Cameron was the prime minister) talk it all through with Adam... To commemorate the occasion, we're all bringing some high octane celebratory beers and welcome special guest Brittany Brouhard, Owner and Head Brewer of Naughty Pine Brewing Co.Coley is drinking 903 Brewers' Fragile Like a Bomb Imperial Double Oatmeal Stout, Sandro's got Stone's Xocoveza Tres Leches Stout, The Commish busted out a Firestone Walker Anniversary Ale, 2017's XXI, and Brittany is enjoying Silva Brewing's Rhinestone Red American Ale.The seltzer craze seems to be dying off, as evidenced by Truly recently disposing of large quantities of unsold, outdated, and now unsellable, seltzer. As is tradition for first time guests on the BoozeCast, Brittany shares not just one, but multiple Greatest Drunk Stories involving a deceptive bush, being locked in a brew tank, and taking an unplanned, facedown snooze halfway between the bedroom and the bathroom. Brittany recounts her craft beer journey that eventually led to being Head Brewer and Owner of Naughty Pine Brewing in Westlake Village, CA. What she's learned, what she's faced, and what advice she would give to her younger self all those years ago. It's all feel good stories and scotch in the news as a high school basketball teams gets on an accidental FaceTime with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Seth Rogan was stoned to bejeezus on the Adele televised special, and data shows the most popular scotch brands in the world this year.
With the Commish and Sandro out, Coley takes control of the BoozeCast! Guesting in with Coley is one of Booze League's best beer friends and industry veteran Dan Bridges. Coley's sipping on Stunna Pale Ale from Mikerphone Brewing and Dan's got El Segundo Brewing Company's Broken Skull IPA. The 4th & Oz fantasy football league is under way in the Booze League and the BoozeCast hosts are all on the shameful end of the standings and have each earned the Charlie Sheen Award. Finally, the Drink Up segment returns focusing on Beer Snobs, with the gang having to take a drink for each of the classic Beer Snob Habits they are guilty of. Sandro goes over the traditions, the traditional beer, and the history so nobody schnitzels inappropriately. The seltzer wave hit everyone hard, but numbers say it's receding, and the Commish's story of the common Olyphant/Duhamel Mixup was fraught with inaccuracies.Plus, Molson Coors is making some decisions regarding a bet the BoozeCast has with Craft Beer Republic, McCormick still hasn't chosen their Director of Taco Relations, and Florida Man has a heck of an issue with a giant lizard in the toilet.
We might be talking about having low energy, but we certainly bring the high energy in this podcast (despite Andy not initially feeling it)! How often do you ask yourself, 'why' in your training? Why do you perform the exercises you do? We ask ourselves this of Deadlifting. Do you need to do it and what is it good for? If you feel pressure in your training to perform certain exercises or worry that you're not doing them correctly, have a listen and use our tips, and ask yourself if there might be a better alternative that is more relevant to you! Dieters! Do you often struggle from low energy? Is this surprising when you're consuming less calories than you're burning? We talk about how you can manage low energy and what areas of your life you can make some changes to help make it slightly easier. Lastly we discuss alcohol when dieting. Can you include it in your diet without it sacrificing your fat loss goals? Is it better to abstain completely? If you want to hear us talk about this topic more in depth, head over to Episode 19, The Boozecast, where we talk about this in a bit more detail. Head over to Facebook and ask to join our #NAFP Community where we continue our conversations and you get to see our faces! Birthday party season has begun with David & Liam attending a go-karting party for Boozecast guest James. David makes an unbelievable blunder in his attempt at getting a birthday present and is constantly harassed on the phone; James makes crazy efforts to save a few pounds on a taxi and Liam gets offered a three wheel car – even before they arrive at the race track! Very important information is relayed to them via a video showing the correct step-by-step method to sit down in a seat and what dozens of different coloured flags mean. David crashes spectacularly and fails at reading graphs while Liam gets attacked with a screwdriver. The party continues at pizza hut where an individual pizza is shared and the price of coke discussed in great length. As all good parties do it ended with a few drunken people in a house discussing anything and everything they wanted. The news stories this week lead to this show title and a man is made unhappy by a traffic warden. David goes to a college interview, gets lost, confused and goes on a rant, all this week on the We Killed The Radio Star Podcast! Thanks to music.mevio.com for proving music for the podcast. The song this week was Potato Anthem by Adam and the Couch Potatoes!
Joined by a special guest who was previously featured on the Prom Night Boozecast edition of the show, for the second time on the podcast Dr. Robert Gunn makes an appearance! Robert blinds us all with the experience of visiting Alton Towers with David and the rest of the Boozecast crew, a crazy day-out leading to debates of temporary tattoos, the creation of business cards, the joy of a stuffed giraffe and the scariness of the ride Thirteen. Who can outdo each other and find the best weird news story this week? Also talk of another drunken night out at an 18th birthday party which includes tips for Rob's girlfriend, ice breaking techniques, dancing to Basshunter, finding the toilet, falling lights, tiny dance floors and even smaller dresses. All this week on the We Killed The Radio Star Podcast! Thanks to music.mevio.com for providing music for the podcast, also check out this week’s song ProVoCaTiVe by 2MorroW EvR AfteR!
