I used to believe that I have to win in order to be accepted, in order to fill in that lack of love. I used to believe that I need to worry a lot in order to be responsible. I used to believe that I need to just work hard and harder and the win will come for sure; quantity over quality. I used to believe that sharing my weakness makes me too much vulnerable. I used to believe that I need to be angry in order to show how much it means to me. All of these mindset beliefs have been driving me crazy. Have been holding me in my vicious circle. Until I started to identify them, delete them, upload new beliefs that are constructive and have a positive effect in my life. Do you notice any of your beliefs dragging you down and depleting your energy?
