Thank y'all for tuning in this season! See y'all very soon for season 6!

Hello Everyone!!! Although I've been feeling bittersweet about this being the last episode, it is a good one! For this last episode of the season, I just wanted to send some encouragement to all of you & remind you to keep on going. Personally, I've been going through many challenges during this process of rediscovering myself; and it has gotten to the point where it affected my mental and emotional health significantly. But now that I'm recognizing I haven't been okay, I can shift my focus and move better during these transitions. When I take time to encourage myself, I give myself grace; and it helps me look forward to this journey of growth. I just wanted to share some of the things that I'm learning within my own process to all of you. I know I'm not the only one who is going through something, so if you're like me, you now know that you're not alone. We all go through things every now and then, and that's okay. But it's about how we deal with what we're going through that makes the difference. During these times of hardship, let faith be your best friend. There is always a rainbow at the end of the storm!
